Xin Yuhang, il dipendente che lavora all'Hotel Sun Castle Resort è molto bello, utile e amichevole, ci aiuta con le difficoltà che abbiamo avuto durante il nostro soggiorno. A causa delle barriere linguistiche, era paziente nel tradurla a noi e nonostante la folla che lo ha fatto entrare e fare impegnativo, si occupava di una per l'altra con classe, professionalità e aiuto di ogni persona. La mia ragazza e io abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel e vacanza a Harbin. Grazie mille per aver fatto del nostro soggiorno una grande. Lo apprezzeremo 10/10

Abbiamo avuto un bel soggiorno a Xana, il personale non parla inglese, ma non era una questione, erano molto utili e si occupavano bene di noi e delle nostre esigenze, utilizzando un app di traduzione per parlare l'uno con l'altro. La stanza non era così grande ma funzionale e pulita, il letto è confortevole, il bagno e il bagno erano puliti e c'era un tè pomeriggio gratuito al lobby con dolci cucine e frutta. La posizione è al centro della città, proprio davanti al parco Zhaolin e a soli 1 mn di cammino verso la strada commerciale Zhongyang e a soli 5 mn di Songhua River, parco. Se si usa DIDI TRAVEL sull'app Alipay, la posizione di questo hotel dovrebbe essere scritta come ”Xi'an Deluxe Hotel.” In generale, è stata una bella esperienza per noi di rimanere a Xana e consigliere ai nostri amici se viaggiano a Harbin

Overall this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Rich cultural history and uniqueness. I shall put the negative part first before I put the positives at the end. Cleanliness I marked down because someone before me put flowers into the bathtub and there were random roses petals coming out of the knob that controlled the drainage of the bath tub. There were stains on the bathtub too. Location I put 5 but actually I would rate it 4.5. The street that the hotel is on is extremely crowded and jam in the late mornings to night. It is highly likely that you will be dropped off near the entrance of the street and need to walk in if you cab. We decided to use public transport and walk in instead on the second time we came to the hotel. But early in the morning it was relatively empty and the cab could come in to pick us up. It is very near the walking streets / zhong yang jie. There was an event literally outside our hotel area. Got a chimney bread plus ice cream on the same street as the hotel but is diagonally on the opposite right. This booking is for a lower tired room. But when we went there we were offered discounted upgrades. Not free but at least it wasn't the price stated. We upgraded to the highest tier, a suite with dedicated sitting area and bathtub. Celebrated my birthday here. They prepared a cake. It was delicious 😋 Many costumes to try but most were too big. For reference i am 152cm 48kg. I managed to find a blue and white costume with a matching hat that was more fitting so I could wear it out of the hotel room to take photos in the reception area. The toilet staircase, the chairs in the reception, outside the elevator, a backyard and the restaurant are nice places for photo taking. The ancient elevator closes at 5pm. I am not sure when it opens. The restaurant had a promotion on dianping or douyin. Recommended for 4 people. But portions are typically huge and if only 2 people come likely to waste. We met another couple on our trip and we decided to share. Non hotel guests can eat in the restaurant too. Just before we left, we had a door gift too^^

We spent three nights in this hotel and found it to be a little further from everything we wanted to see and do, but that did not make our stay any less pleasant. The staff were attentive and incredibly friendly. The hotel looks out on a lovely pond that is frozen sold in winter and covered with a thick layer of snow. A perfect playground for young and old alike. Catching a Didi from the hotel is also fairly easy as it isn’t stuck right in the centre of the ice festival activities.

Perfect hotel that gives you a pleasant stay. Room : We book 1 family room and 1 standart room, all room is modern, all room was very clean and warm, they have floor heating, water heater, bath amenities that smells good, very clean and fluffy towels, automatic curtain, big tv, hair dryer, all things you need. Restaurant : The restaurant was very clean and warm. They have restaurant for breakfast with variety of food, even they dont serve western food, but you still can have fried rice and boiled egg for your daily protein intake. You also can have lunch and dinner here with reasonable price and decent portion, the dishes were delicious, our favorite is 锅包肉 guo bao rou, sweet sour pork which is northern’s specialty dish. Service : Their service is excellent, serve you with smile that warm your heart in this cold weather place ❤️ they were very helpful and sincere. They have pickup service from the nearest train station too. Around the hotel : There were ski place with affordable price for ski equipment, clothes, shoes, gear, and ski lessons. Perfect for ski begginers and kids. At night you can also try 烧烤 various chinese barbeque with affordable price, have some beers with your friends and family. Scenery around the hotel was very beautiful too. Overall : We are very happy during our stay in this hotel, it is a memorable stay for us. A soli 750 metri dall'hotel, vicino alla Chiesa di Sophia, ZhongYang Street e Cable. In tempo di colazione, ringrazio personalmente la signora Jenny Huanghua Manager per la sua grande cura e amichevole, nonché per portarci lo yogurt ogni mattina, anch'io vorrei ringraziare la signora Air 金 del FB per portarmi la scatola per tenere cibo per mia moglie. Grazie anche a tutti i team per il benvenuto e il sostegno. Ho una buona esperienza in hotel. Guardatevi in attesa di rimanere la prossima volta.

Respite the hotel name containing the word international there is nothing international about this property as they were completely overwhelmed with our arrival. The first thing they did was drive us off to the police as they didn't know how to do the registration for foreigners. The rooms are good and well maintained and we got a delicious complimentary berry juice in the morning. The heating worked well and it was nice and warm inside the room. The location is superb and everything is within walking distance. The negative thing is that we needed some help during our stay and the reception area is always empty. The owners are impossible to find. Do not expect a single word of English to be spoken at this property. A lovely cat is around and is an admirable animal. Overall a good stay and I would stay again in the future. Good value!

L’ospite e tutti erano così caldi e benvenuti, molto gentili ai miei figli, e anche i miei figli hanno lasciato prendere in prestito i loro giocattoli di neve per godersi nella neve fuori dalla stanza. Amo la camera familiare, ho avuto un proiettore, così abbiamo avuto una serata di film invernale. Il conducente Li era felice e gentile di portarci al negozio di comodità locale, e consigliava un posto per le attività di ghiaccio e neve, ci ha portato anche a uno dei cibi halal/musulmano che era a circa 25 minuti di distanza. L'appartamento è così bello e eccezionalmente consigliato.

Tutto su questo soggiorno era sorprendente per la prima volta a Harbin. Inizialmente, la gente era così calda e amichevole - dal portatore, dal desk front e dal manager responsabile (gridato alla signora Jojo!!). L'iscrizione era ben sistemata e siamo stati portati subito in camera che era tutto pronto e tutto riscaldato, che era una piacevole sorpresa! (P.S. eravamo a Pechino Con*** e la stanza era fredda quando ci siamo accolti.) Queste piccole cose erano ben pensate da Jojo e dalla sua squadra che ci facevano sentire come se ci fosse una famiglia. La stanza era molto moderna e pulita e c'era un bagno giapponese con sedi a caldo e funzioni bidet! Sono molto speciale per i bagni, quindi sono molto, molto contento della pulizia e della moderna disposizione del bagno. Vorrei aver preso delle foto della stanza per mostrarvi esattamente come sembra un turista, ma si può contare sulle foto dell'hotel perché sembrano veramente quelle. Un altro punto di vendita di questo hotel è la posizione - è davvero conveniente raggiungere tutti i luoghi turistici. Infatti, mia madre e io abbiamo finito di prendere il trasporto pubblico in posti entro il secondo giorno perché era facile farlo e le fermate degli autobus sono proprio in strada dall'hotel. Come primo in Cina, mi piaceva ancora di più questo posto perché nello stesso blocco ci sono un paio di cibi cinesi da scegliere. Inoltre, c'è un centro di vicinato che è a soli 10 passi dalla porta dell'hotel, che ha un supermercato - perfetto per acquistare tutti i snack e i souvenir prima di volare a casa. Grazie a tutti in questo hotel - hai reso la mia mamma e io il mio primo viaggio in Cina e Harbin ancora più memorabile con la tua calda ospite!

Stylish hotel in elegant high-rise building. Perfect dinner and breakfast. Location somehow distant from subway as well from the main city attractions. There is a mall opposite to the hotel, but literally no pavement to reach it by foot. No option to pay the deposit with Mastercard, nor in cash with Euro or USD. When paying with WeChat, extra fee for „international card” is added without explanation. Service will call a lift for You, but won’t explain that there is a dinner included in the booking package. You have to ask for the lobby bar voucher.
