This hotel is a 15-minute drive from CGK Airport. My friend and I stayed there for one night to rest before our early morning flight the following day. The room was nice and spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and quality linens. The staff were very helpful in assisting with my large luggage. Additionally, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport. Since it is the beggining of December, the hotel has been beautifully decorated for the holiday season, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, especially in the lobby. The only minor downside was that despite booking a twin room, the bath amenities provided were only for one person, including items like the toothbrush and shower cap.

The cleanliness need to improve. I got 2 towel in the bathroom, and one of them is still wet when i check in. Still got hair on all the table in the room. Receptionist are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet still not bad and the server very efficient as well. Overall is ok, just cleanliness must be improved!

I said that cause they really treat me very well, all of them are very friendly and full of smile. I booked 1 night around Rp.500.000 and I think that’s cheap because the location is near to the airport and also they provide free shuttle transport 24 hours. Foods are delicious also. the room is pretty big with all amenities. I loved to be there. later I will spend my holiday there with my family 🥰. they didn’t paid me to give this review, I promise it 🙂

Good location in Banten, everything are good only the room size a bit too small, even after upgraded, especially toilet.. But so far the service and breakfast are above par.

Where do I begin? The entrance to the hotel is impressive—gleaming, well-maintained reception areas and spotless toilets, truly reflecting the 4.5-star rating. The reception staff were excellent—friendly, accommodating, and genuinely warm in their service. The facilities themselves were solid, offering a well-equipped gym, engaging fitness classes, a decent-sized pool, and reasonably priced food and drinks. Overall, the amenities were good, and I had no complaints on that front. However, an extra fold-out bed was an added cost (about half the price of the room), though they did offer a discount on it. Unfortunately, things took a turn when we saw the room. This was nowhere near a 4-star standard—more like a 2-star experience. While it's cheaper compared to places I stay in Australia, it was still twice the price of accommodations nearby, which makes it feel overpriced for what it is. The lady at reception could only offer us two room options, both of which were in poor condition, so we opted for the lesser of two evils. This was a disappointment in terms of service. The room itself had a number of issues. The hot water barely worked—either scalding hot or ice cold, with no middle ground. The room was dirty, with visible damage such as switches hanging off the walls, poor patch-up jobs, and mold on the ceiling. It was simply unpleasant, as you can see in the photos. This is supposedly one of the best properties in the area, but it felt like they have a monopoly here, given the lack of competition nearby. The air conditioning unit made a horrible noise and had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the room was tired and in desperate need of renovation. One last thing to note: if you're traveling with children, be cautious when it rains—the tiles at the entrance get incredibly slippery. Would I recommend this resort? Based on the room quality and the price, unfortunately, I can't recommend it. I won’t be returning in the future.

In generale, il soggiorno era buono. Il personale era amichevole e utile, che apprezzo davvero. Tuttavia, il letto era un po' sporco, che ha causato un po' di tintura, certamente qualcosa che potrebbe essere migliorato.

Everything was good except for the room cleaning service that did not replenish the exhausted tissues, toiletries such as toothbrushes and head coverings that were not given, and the drinking utensils that I had used were not cleaned😞

Stayed there for 1 night as our flight arrived late and conecting flight the next morning. Close to the airport but hotel shuttle only until 12pm. (Pay attention to the taxi drivers at the airport, they try to rip you off) Hotel is ok, clean but already quite used. But still good if you need accomodaguon close to the airport. Friendly staff, didnt try the breakfast but looked good.

La seconda volta che si soggiorna in questo hotel, il servizio è sempre amichevole.Il servizio 24h, e anche un caloroso aiuto per prenotare un taxi. La porta è molto conveniente per fare il pullman, e l'ambiente del ristorante è anche buono.

WiFi è orribile, deve accedere a tutto anche se Connect automaticamente impostato sul PC. In caso contrario, per il prezzo pagato, non si denuncia.

Ottenuto uno sconto da Trip.com, quindi a questo prezzo, le strutture si sentono bene. Il mobilio sembra vecchio, i suoni della piastra, le mutandine sono dure, butiii .. Ci è un asciugacapelli, acqua calda liscia, abbastanza strutture .. Vale il prezzo di sconto .. 🤭☺👍

This is my second stay at this hotel, it's worth for me return again next time, everything in perfect and I left my passport they help me secure and kept it until meet me up and return. I totally not aware my passport left behind, really appreciated the security and good services provided by counter staff. Thankfully to them.

Nice hotel in the middle of Gading Serpong. It is near to Sumarecon Mall Serpong. The breakfast is variative and delicoius.
