The cleanliness need to improve. I got 2 towel in the bathroom, and one of them is still wet when i check in. Still got hair on all the table in the room. Receptionist are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet still not bad and the server very efficient as well. Overall is ok, just cleanliness must be improved!

they have a free delivery service from airport to hotel.Convenient,near the airport,very suitable for you if you have an early flight tomorrow. Rooms are clean,pretty quiet,they have special local indonesian food.

Viaggiando da Bandung ho preso il treno di tre ore e poi ho taxi all'aeroporto. Arrivare all'hotel, così facilmente accessibile e direttamente al Terminal 2 è stato un grande fine del viaggio. Il controllo era efficace e Dafa ha portato le mie borse sulle scale e direttamente nella mia stanza con un fascino e un sorriso. Quando mi sono lasciato il giorno dopo per prendere il mio volo, ero pronto prima della navetta, così Ahmad mi ha accompagnato dall'hotel al treno del cielo, così mi trovavo il modo e lui poteva gestire i miei due sacchetti pesanti. L'intera mia esperienza non solo ha reso il mio volo mattino dall'aeroporto internazionale di Jakarta conveniente, la cura e l'attenzione ai dettagli sono stati aggiunti all'intera mia viaggio. Avere una scelta di opzioni di trasporto gratuita a vostra disposizione (shuttle ogni 30 minuti al di sopra e al fondo dell'ora, e treni cieli a 7 minuti a piedi) rende semplice e conveniente per ogni viaggiatore. Oh, quasi dimenticavo che il buffet del colazione occidentale è delizioso.E le camere sono così tranquille che non ho mai sentito un aereo, anche se li vedessi.

Non so dirlo più, wowwww. Questa è la seconda volta che siamo stati all'hotel saphire sky. Il personale lo accoglie sempre caldamente quando arrivamo all'hotel. E anche tutto il personale che si occupa bene di fare la procedura standard durante la pandemia di covide. Ben fatto, sapfira, tienilo in alto!

Il servizio dell'hotel è buono, la stanza è pulita, la posizione è convincente. Vieni e soggiorni per il prossimo viaggio d'affari.

The deluxe room is spacious, bed is very comfortable and the hotel is very clean. If you would like street food, you can just walk from the hotel. The shuttle bus in the morning departs hourly. Its convenient for us. Breakfast not much choice though. Overall I am satisfied staying here.

I servizi sono finora così buoni. Ci piace finora. Tutte le varianti per colazione in pratica sono buone, ma suggeriamo di aggiungere più varianti (soprattutto la variante pasticceria-- perché il mio fratello più giovane ha bisogno di più muffin 😀) Spero che questi servizi aumentino la qualità e il Grand Zuri Bumi Serpong Damai può migliorare di più e di più.

As my partner put it. Miles better than the Ibis Budget to which this hotel is cojoined. It was a good choice for an overnight stop at the airport. The room was of a fair size and the bed was comfortable, It was available at the time we checked in and all went well. Didn't use any facilities as it was time for bed. Easy to get grab (even at 6am) or the hotel can get you a car for transfer back to the airport. A few shops / restaurants nearby. A good comfortable nights sleep.

Everything was good except for the room cleaning service that did not replenish the exhausted tissues, toiletries such as toothbrushes and head coverings that were not given, and the drinking utensils that I had used were not cleaned😞

Very surprised by their services. From the first step I arrived at the hotel they always give me a friendly manner, the security staff, front office staff and restaurant staff all of them looks very sincere. I came in early morning and handled by Front office staff named Faris. Although it was at 6 am and he’s on his night schedule but he doesn’t look tired, he still welcome me with friendly gesture. I told him I was came to attend the concert at ICE BSD so I just do the registration and leave the hotel for preparation. Then I came at the evening after the concert and find out the cutest welcome treat from the hotel. I’m pretty sure that was his idea. My heart touched and I was very happy. Thank You Mercure, next I will recommend this Hotel to others.

Questo hotel si trova in una posizione strategica. Il complesso dispone di ATM e una clinica. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita. Il parcheggio era anche spazioso e c'era un guardia di sicurezza che aiuterà a trovare un parcheggio disponibile. Tutti i dipendenti erano molto amichevoli e utili. Aveva due ristoranti. Il ristorante terrazza e un altro ristorante cinese. Il cibo era delizioso e il prezzo era ragionevole. Il personale era così utile come Indri e Melly. Anche il check-in e il check-out erano veloci. Rere, Devina e Dolly erano molto utili. Potrei tornare e rimanere lì se sono nella zona.

前台服務相當好，特別熱情，居然會説中國話，不錯不錯。床單被套枕套確實黑呀，一個字臟，床上還有好多女人的頭髮。早餐值得推薦

It was a long trip. Was in Indonesia after visiting multiple countries in a business trip. As I was to stay for a week in Indonesia, was sceptical about IBIS owing to the room size. Initially booked for just a day. But that day made the difference and I stayed for the whole week in the same room. A couple of their staffs were extremely good and made me change my decision. Puji stuck a casual conversation on the first day. He was extremely helpful in choosing my food and good company. He and Robby were good company and my reason for staying the full time in IBIS. On first impressions this hotel presents as nice definitely above average but not awe inspiring, it is reasonably priced and there's definitely no complaints on value for money. Then something else stands stands out, it took me a few minutes to realise this at first but the staff all knew my name. I felt welcome, wanted, and coming from someone who travels a lot hotels are normally very disassociated places you goto stay, you're just another generic face in another generic room recieving yet another generic smile from dare I say it another generic hotelier. The thing I couldn't put my finger on at first was here didn't feel like that at all. I could complain about a few things in this review but I refuse to, I will tell the hotel manager directly. This hotel doesn't deserve any bad reviews at all, it has a soul and the staff all reflect that even the not so great members of staff you can see that they're really trying to please you and it's just language that is the barrier. Room service is second to none. The laundry service is included in that very moderately priced room 4/5 items of clothes washed per day and returned to you in an immaculate state wrapped in polythene like it's the most important item of clothing ever produced. So it's clear to see I was impressed by the laundry service. The next service which is more personal to all travellers is the room cleaning service, I've had to leave my room in some states because of working hours. I returned to a room with folded clothes placed neatly in my wardrobe my mess all arranged and tidy. Sparkling floors and fresh finished bathroom, it was above and beyond anything I've ever received in any hotel, in case the hotel do not know how extremely professional their staff are I will mention her by name 'Paula' was the name of miracle woman who kept my life in order while I stayed here at the Atria. I didn't have to tip her and at first I didn't but the consistency and welcoming smile everyday, plus the innate feeling of security for my personal belongings compelled me to show some sign of appreciation for her dedication. Paula you are a credit to the Atria I mention her by name because she was the one who did my room all the staff at the Atria were extremely polite even the security staff who made calls and provided transport when I requested at short notice. Thank you to all! The next is Atria management who weren't locked away in an office all day but were actively visible to guests and accessible by staff very quickly. Ms Yunita I cannot thank you enough for the out of hours support you provided AFTER I checked out to go home following the airport issues I had, it's this response to a guest you had no reason to help which compelled me more than anything to write this review. If you are looking for a hotel in Jakarta and you want to feel safe and secure and actually be safe and secure the Atria Residences is the hotel for you. Enjoy your stay you won't regret it.
