Zambia: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Provincia di Lusaka

I usually have a good time at the resort and stayed a couple of times. This time from the start, there were a few things: I had asked reception because we were going early, to have the breakfast boxes for the kids early to take at 5:30. When we got to the restaurant in the evening it took a while to be served. When we got the kids in the shower, there were no towels and when we phoned it took a while. We also phoned to ask for normal milk as my child can’t have creomora and they said they would bring but never did. Then our taxi driver let us down so I called reception to book an airport shuttle in the morning and she said she would call back but never did. Eventually after I called back, they got back to me with results. Didn’t tell me the price though. When we checked out at 5:30, they didn’t have the breakfast boxes. And told us our taxi was K400 per head! So all in all, wasn’t a great one.

Hotel and location is perfect and central to everything. Room service for repairs is very slow to come out to check. Food was good but lacked variety during dinner and menu options could do with an improvement. Indian food was passable could do with a flavour balance. Overall great stay

Il servizio in questo hotel è sorprendente, tutti mi hanno fatto sentire molto benvenuto ogni giorno. Il colazione era molto buono, e come qualcuno che si è fermato qui per 2 settimane c'era abbastanza varietà ogni giorno che non mi sono molto stancato alla fine. La casa era grande e disponeva di ampie strutture. Le camere erano spaziose e confortevoli. L'unico lato inferiore di questo hotel è la sua posizione nel CBD, che non è una zona sicura e sperimenta traffico pesante quasi ogni giorno, soprattutto durante l'ora di rush. Tuttavia, l'hotel stesso è molto sicuro, nel senso che non mi preoccupava che mi avessero fatto del male una volta che ero all'interno dell'edificio. Inoltre, ci sono stati spesso glitch con il WiFi, ma purtroppo è così nella maggior parte dei luoghi in Zambia e la connettività è stata solitamente abbastanza stabile per fare chiamate video.

L'hotel è lontano dal centro della città e il taxi prende solo contanti. Il proprietario dell'hotel fa lavorare i dipendenti 12 ore al giorno 365 giorni all'anno senza un giorno di congedo per ore di lavoro lunghe, se prendono un giorno di congedo, tagliano 2 giorni di congedo per punirli per il giorno di congedo. Trattamento dei dipendenti Bud non tornerò mai in questo hotel

Самое лучшее в этой гостинице - расположение. Буквально за забором парламента. Что означает относительное спокойствие, ночную тишину и круглосуточную безопасность. Просторная зелёная территория с бассейном - романтичное место для завтраков, работы или просто ничегонеделания. Гостевые номера не самые выдающиеся, но с набором всего необходимого в наше время, правда, без туалетных принадлежностей. Два рулона бумаги - максимальное украшение ванной комнаты. Зато есть холодильник, телевизор, шкаф, стол, тумбочка. Живи и наслаждайся, если тебя не пугают периодические отключения света, воды, интернета (непродолжительные, как правило). Но на то она и Африка.

L'ambiente è buono, sicuro, la decorazione è vecchia, ma il rapporto prezzo è buono, la cibo cinese è buona, la colazione è molto deliziosa, le uova di pepe di lama domestica sono tutti panini di riso, il gusto cinese

這次入住盧薩卡威尼斯酒店的花園大床房，真的很舒服，房間寬敞明亮，衞生做得很好，床軟硬適中睡得很安穩，户外花園坐着很舒服，前台熱情，服務到位，早餐豐富，中西式都有，滿足我的需求。他們家餐廳菜也做得很不錯，方便了我在這邊宴請客人。在盧薩卡入住首選，下次還會再來。

트윈룸예약했는데 예약할때본 사진과는 다른룸을 받았습니다 근무하는 직원들과 로지의 오너는 친절하였지만 침대옆이나 주변에 콘센트가 없어서 화장실 입구의 하나뿐인 콘센트를 사용해야했고 에어콘, 냉장고가 있었지만 작동하지는 않았습니다 그래서 더운데 멀리있는 콘센트에 선풍기 틀고자야만했습니다 그리고 조식포함이고 룸서비스로 해준다고해 기대했는데, 9시에 가져다주는 조식이 블랙티하나에 쨈이나 버터하나 안바른 마른빵안에 후라이드에 한조각이 다였습니다ㅋㅋ

Impianti: sono tutti nuovi, con dentisti, con trapano, senza ventilatore.C'è un serbatoio caldo, ma rotto, ha cambiato una buona chiamata alla reception. Igiene: la stanza è pulita.L'acqua gratuita è inchiodata con le labbra.Dopo la pulizia, si dimentica di lavarsi l'acqua. Ambiente: ci sono ristoranti cinesi intorno, supermercato cinese. Servizio: il servizio non è molto eccellente, non è male.
