The Hotel is old and very few improvements. Just one hook up for charging phone and it's at desk light. Which is not even close to were your bed is. The so called carpet is older than me I believe. Bathroom sink does not have a working sink stopper cause the sink faucet is not made to have one. Pictures I learned can be adjusted. The elevator used to get to ground floor shook Everytime you use it I would not adverse staying HERE for the the money is not worth it The location is not worth the money They have made money off the property and not put money back in property I bet the room fire smoke detector guess it is a dual type hasn't never been replaced Micro Hotels I thought had better standards I spent right at 30 years as a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR so I do when things could be better !!!!!!!!!!!!

L'hotel era più vecchio ma pulito. Conveniente a Gatlinburg, e il parcheggio della montagna Smoky. La stanza aveva tutto quello che voleva mini frigo, piccolo caffè, asciugacapelli. Ascensore al secondo e terzo piano. Ma non era conveniente per entrambi i lati delle grandi entrate all’aperto. I letti erano confortevoli. La stanza aveva una TV a schermo piatto, ma i controlli remoti non funzionavano. Cercavamo di chiamare il desk, ma il telefono non funzionava neanche. Quando siamo andati al divano front, hanno detto che non sapevano che le camere avevano telefoni, ci hanno dato una nuova remota che non funzionava neanche. Ci erano solo un lavastoviglie e un asciugamani nella stanza, ma ci hanno dato di più quando siamo andati al divano front. Il condizionamento dell'aria funzionava bene, ma la piscina era aperta, ma non era riscaldata come annunciato.

So I of course read google reviews about this place before hand and was torn ... ultimately deciding on it because I kept going back to it on google ...upon checking in after I online booked it...I was greeted by a young woman behind the desk who was cheerful eager to help and informative. Even thou it was nearly 10pm. After 10 minutes the room phone rang it was the front desk and the same young woman who checked me in ..asking about my pit bull saying the lady next door called said my dog was trying to attack her car thru the window...this flat out didn't happen however my dog and her car were playing and my dog isn't a pit bull she's an American Bully but I get it ...I assured the front desk my dot wouldn't be by the neighbors window again and apologized for her having to call me ...fyi y'all ever known a dog to try and attack a cat thru a window without barking growling or acting a damn fool??? Cuz mine sure didn't do any of that ...ANYWAY...The room I booked had 2 queens and lemme tell ya the beds were unbelievably comfortable as were the pillows. The aesthetics of the room was chill and relaxing TV worked as it should so did the AC ...but on to the best part the lady tending to the contentinal breakfast...which was fully stocked at all times and not just stocked but perfectly lined pastries breads and cereal bowls. On my particular morning which was a Friday they served sausage links biscuits eggs blueberry or plain pancakes. They had fresh apple or orange juice but it was the attendant who made it amazing not just her detail but her pleasant disposition to everyone was fantastic. I would return just to tip her again !!! This was a treat experience and one I'll never regret

Breakfst was excellent. Location was very good. Sink drained very slowly. Bath light took several minutes to reach full brightness

Scopo, centro commerciale, Starbucks, tj maxx, la lavastoviglie, ecc. Ci sono solo così tante aziende a 100 ft di questo hotel è così conveniente per tutto!

Everyone was so nice. The employees treated you very nicely. I checked in and went to my room. I found out my door did not close all the way. I would close it, but it would not latch. I went downstairs, and the mantainence man was right there, and he went up with me to fix it. Everything was clean, even the bedding. The bathroom was clean, but when I was getting ready for bed, I saw an ant on the counter in the bathroom. I did not think anything of it and killed it and went to sleep. The next morning, I was getting ready in the bathroom, and I found 2-3 ants on the counter. I killed them, but I was gone all day. I stayed a total of 2 nights. When I came back for the night, I went to bed. The next morning, I took a shower. The water pressure was not good. The hot water and the shower were awesome but could use more pressure. Once again, getting ready for the day and this time, there were ants all over. They were going up the walls on the ceiling. I am not sure if something was spilled on the walls, but it looked like they all were going towards one spot. That's what led me to believe that. So I moved all my things and got ready in the foyer where there was a mirror. I was leaving that morning anyway, so I figured I would tell the staff. So I checked out and told the front desk, she just said ok.” I thought she would take it seriously, but she did not. I stayed in room 411. Very nice room. Just check for ants. The breakfast was free for both days. I was told the owner was giving free vouchers for breakfast. I thought that was awesome. Overall, good stay.

L'hotel è più vecchio, soprattutto con un gusto umido e non si sente pulito.Ma la sua posizione è buona, il parcheggio è grande, la stanza è grande, il servizio è buono, la colazione è buona, perché sono familiare, vivo in questa casa molte volte. Una volta viveva vicino a un hotel di Wanhoo. Anche se la stanza era lussuosa, la stanza era piccola, e due allarme di fuoco erano a mezzanotte, il rapporto di prezzo era troppo basso e l'esperienza era troppo pesante.Quindi vivi spesso in questa casa.

Grande hotel, grande posizione! È stato possibile mantenere le case non sostituendo le voci della stanza (carta da bagno, tazze, ecc.) ma la stanza era pulita.

È un posto fantastico per rimanere! Non guardare incredibile all'esterno, ma molto bello all'interno!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui molte volte negli ultimi anni 5-10, quindi abbiamo pensato * sapevamo cosa avremmo dovuto ottenere. È estate a Nashville, quindi sto bene guardando l'altra strada, con l'edificio e la stanza che si sente umida. La stanza in generale era buona; comoda letto, frigo, microonde, sedia piuttosto comoda e osmana. Le cose minori sono solo confuse e preoccupanti che questo hotel una volta fantastico si sta tendendo in basso. 🚪La carta chiave sulla porta è stata bustata! Sliding nella carta è stato il FINICY DI TUTO, ci dando problemi. Una volta la carta chiave slitta tutto il cammino, mangiando la carta. È venuto a recuperare la carta. Non è stato fatto alcuna correzione, ci è stato detto di essere attenti. 🪟 Le ombre del sole dietro la finestra erano giacca AF, la sinistra era giù ma non si spostava (il cordone era stato rimosso e bloccato in cima). Tutti i tempi di destra erano in alto senza un modo per farlo giù, tranne per tirarlo. Ma quando l'ho fatto, ho capito perché l'avevano in alto e il motore elettrico si è spenta ... Non è andato tutto il cammino verso il basso e è stato sdraiato. 💧Il bacino è in retromarcia, acqua calda a destra e fredda a sinistra. 🌡️ Il termostat è stato rotto. Mentre la stanza era rimasta fredda, era molto fredda, era umida, e era abbastanza umida che i mobili avevano un senso di grazia. La stanza ci ha fatto funzionare, si', ma se le piccole cose fossero state aggiunte, ci avrebbe fatto pensare che il nostro prossimo viaggio sarebbe stato prenotato altrove, anche si'.
