Il personale è cordiale e la colazione, seppur semplice, era pulita e ben preparata. La family room su due livelli era perfetta per la nostra famiglia e la vista dal terrazzo era magnifica, con l'intera cittadina visibile a colpo d'occhio.

Innanzitutto, sono stata felicissima di essere accolta da una grande caraffa di vino e da un tappeto turco! La camera era pulita e ben attrezzata, e penso che sarebbe perfetta per donne, coppie e famiglie.
Dalla terrazza superiore si può vedere la Valle delle Rose, e chissà se c'è una piscina in estate? Se sì, sarebbe fantastico.
Si può anche raggiungere a piedi il villaggio di Cavusin, ed è tranquillo di notte.
Anche la colazione era deliziosa e mi sono divertita molto.
In ogni caso, mi è piaciuto ammirare l'arte tradizionale turca nella hall, nelle camere e in ogni altro ambiente dell'hotel.
Lo consiglierei ai turisti!
Anche il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e mi ha dato un sacco di consigli. Grazie mille.

Absolutely amazing hotel!! Location is perfect, the rooms were super cozy with all amenities. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. And the breakfast was fantastic!! I’d highly recommend staying here; their service was excellent. It was so nice that we even extended our stay for another night! Thank you for such an amazing and welcoming stay!

Seki Cave Cavusin era un hotel fantastico. La loro stanza è così pulita, comoda e confortevole. Siamo in una caverna ma in modo moderno. Hanno un buon, completo e delizioso colazione. Il loro personale è molto utile e amichevole. Puoi chiedere tutto sul cappadocia con loro. Il loro migliore vista è guardare il palloncino caldo al mattino (così bella) e nella loro vista posteriore hanno casa di pietra caverna. Puoi scavare due viste in un hotel. Siamo molto statici e si può soggiornare a Seki Cave Cavusin e molto consigliato questo hotel. Grazie per il vostro miglior servizio.

L'ospitalità può essere un parametro di riferimento contro un hotel a cinque stelle. Sono come una franchising familiare piena di amore e gioia. Sono molto soddisfatto dell'alloggio.
Rimasi qui la prima notte del nostro viaggio. Ho prenotato perché è l'hotel più vicino all'aeroporto NAV che posso trovare per il prezzo.
Ma dopo essere rimasto, non è solo la posizione, tutto è così bene!
Abbiamo cenato la notte in cui siamo arrivati. per solo 300 monete locali, si ottiene un paio di piatti: un set di carne, salate, vacanza contenente, zuppa e dolce, e ravioli. (sufficiente per nutrire 3 persone mentre è solo due o noi). Il colazione è anche fantastico con una vista favolosa.
L'hotel è anche vicino a un centro commerciale e un grande supermercato.
Raccomanderò a chiunque venga qui.

Se stai cercando un hotel in stile moderno a Goreme o Nevsehir, questo sembra avere un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Tuttavia, se puoi permetterti di affittarlo, potrebbe essere un'alternativa se non desideri i tradizionali hotel nelle grotte di Goreme.

Mi è piaciuto davvero il mio soggiorno in questo hotel, la stanza era calda e confortevole e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva, tra cui una tavola da vestire, un'appartamento per la fabbrica di tè e una TV. Le pareti di pietra esposte lo hanno fatto sentire come se fossi in una grotta e ho trovato la posizione di questo hotel eccellente, perché siete molto vicini a tutte le azioni a Goreme.

UUtente ospiteLa pulizia è buona, ogni giorno abbiamo nuovi asciugamani e servizi riempiti, il personale è amichevole e utile, la posizione è 1.5km passeggiata al centro del punto turistico come la Moschea blu e Aya Sofia e 5 minuti a piedi alla fermata del bus, È un peccato che Netflix non funzionasse, WiFi piuttosto stabile, si raccomandava.

UUtente ospiteOverall,I greatly enjoyed my time at the Rio Cappadocia Hotel. It is a very clean , new hotel with a modern cave feel. We had two rooms because I made two separate bookings. Both rooms were cozy and spacious, especially the second one(which was bigger in size). The rooms have beautiful carpets, the interior is simple yet attractive, and the beds were comfortable. The staff members greeted us warmly, and we were often provided with complimentary tea. The free breakfast was pretty good, including four different types of cheese, hardboiled and scrambled eggs, a few types of breads, olives,etc. Turkish tea and coffee are also provided. The hotel is conveniently located, and the room rates are reasonable.
The main issue I had was communication. Although there were no major problems, the following did not sit well with me.
Prior to traveling to Cappadocia, my initial question that I asked was what bus number to take to the hotel(upon arriving at the airport). The response was , ”For this we need to arrange a transfer for you. Give us your flight number, passport numbers, the number of people , and I will arrange it for you.” The staff member was talking about the pick up at the Gerome bus stop, and not the shuttle from the airport to the hotel.
This confused me. It became even more confusing when I was told we could get help with direct transportation from the airport to the hotel....and then the mentioning of a transfer pick up from the bus stop again. I simply wanted a direct, simple answer that provided an option for direct transport to the hotel. On top of that, the staff member was not talking about the correct airport(based on the flight number I had previously provided). When I asked for help to arrange a taxi to a restaurant, she gave the driver the wrong restaurant name(after I had said the correct one). There was also an instance in which I paid for both the green and blue tours with cash, and was asked if I had already paid. They checked their system and realized that I did. I should have asked for a receipt, but they should also check their records before asking this( it was confirmed that I had paid, so it wasn't a big issue)Additionally, I wanted to postpone the green and blue tours after a hectic traveling experience, as well as after a long day doing the red tour. I was told ”Don't worry...you will be in a VIP van..the tour will be great”, instead of just acknowledging the fact that we were exhausted. I didn't need to be sold on something I had already purchased(and that I still wanted to do). We just wanted some rest time before doing the other two tours. We were offered complimentary tea one last time at the end, but the staff member told us to write a review of our stay first. We refused, and I said I would do it later. She was friendly prior to our departure, but asked why I hadn't written a review. And, she asked if we could follow the hotel on Instagram. I understand the importance of advertizing a business within such a major tourist destination, but this was a bit too much. I hope the hotel can see this as constructive feedback.
Despite the previously mentioned verbal/written communication, it was a lovely hotel. I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

CCkKelvinL'hotel è stato un ottimo soggiorno, ed è stato un piacere incredibilmente bello e persino aiutato a portare il nostro bagaglio al momento dell'arrivo. Ci ha aiutati anche a pianificare tutte le nostre attività in Cappadocia, tra cui visite locali, l'esperienza della notte turca, noleggio di vestiti e servizi fotografici, tutto era semplice e conveniente. Enes è molto vicino e curativo, il che ha reso il nostro viaggio più piacevole.
La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, proprio nel centro di Göreme, vicino ai punti di vista popolari e a pochi passi dalla stazione di autobus, che rende molto facile andare intorno.
La colazione è stata eccellente, con molte piatti caldi e una grande varietà da scegliere.La nostra camera in stile caverno è stata accogliente e unica, con una caratteristica di riscaldamento perfetta per la stagione attuale. La stanza aveva anche bevande complimentarie e un frigo, che era un bel toccamento.
Un altro punto di vista di questo posto è la terrazza sul tetto, la vista è sorprendente, soprattutto al mattino quando si può vedere i palloncini caldi che si alzano sopra la valle, che è sorprendente e veramente inoltrabile.
In generale, un fantastico soggiorno e molto consigliato!

SSonia RaphaelWe booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop).
📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp.
They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel.
🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅
🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot!
🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people!
Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom.
🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️.
The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼
🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request.
Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here!

KKUMAR VASWANIQuesto è uno dei più fighi hotel che abbia mai visitato nella mia vita. Se ti piace l'architettura gotica e qualcosa di diverso stancato degli stessi vecchi hotel boutique, questo è un posto per visitare. La piscina sanguigna nel dungeon è sorprendente con serpenti e pietre sul tetto.Se siete in musica rock medievale gotico e ancora volete i lussi, questo è il luogo dove dovete venire a vedere.

I booked the hot balloon riding in the morning I came inside the lobby for waiting but a man who is reception told me you can wait outside (Hello is so cold why I come inside). I don't understand I pay for the hotel just my room not for the lobby ? anyway when the rider pick up a person for balloon riding in the list that not my name but he say this is your guide tour must go with him but I say no this is not my guide coz I don't have a name in the list , He ask for my room no. and confirm that your tour guide go with him . Finally I go with the wrong tour the rider must to pick me up to the hotel and waiting for my tour guide again . wasting time ..I give only 0 point with the guy reception in the morning if you wanna who is your staff going to check the CCTV in the lobby on 2 Dec 2025 time 6.20-6.45.

UUtente ospiteLa stanza è grande e la vista è incredibile! Apri la finestra ogni mattina, respira l'aria fresca e guarda le morfologie ondulate in lontananza, che ti fanno sentire rilassato. L'unico rammarico è che la mattina di questi giorni il tempo è stato brutto e non sono riuscita a vedere i palloncini in cielo come avrei voluto. Comunque è un presagio e tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta! L'entusiasmo e la premurosità del personale dell'hotel hanno compensato il leggero rammarico! Il capo, originario di Orhun, è il genero di Guilin, Guangxi! Non ci sono stati problemi nel comunicare in cinese, ed era anche entusiasta di darci consigli di viaggio e sul cibo. Abbiamo preso un appuntamento prima di partire. Verrò di nuovo a Karlik la prossima volta e chiederò comunque quella stanza!

DDaphne MLWe really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404.
After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience.
The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it!
Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week!
A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable.
We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive!
The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok.
I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate.

UUtente anonimoThe room is ready when we arrived at 5pm. The room is clean, there are 1 queen bed and 2 single beds which able to accomodate the 5 of us. The hotel is beautiful. They served you many options of food for breakfast. The most important thing, they allowed us to leave our luggages while we completing the tour and wait for the airport transfer to come and fetch us.
