Hotel resort molto buono, in stile tailandese molto classico. La camera è grande e, anche se un po' vecchia, è ben tenuta. La vista dal balcone è fantastica.L'hotel dispone di 3 piscine, due delle quali sono piscine termali.

Camera pulita, buon colazione, piena, comoda materassi, TV chiara, un po' misteriosa entrata, difficile da trovare se non lo sai, il segnale Internet non è buono. La camera è conveniente.

Avete apprezzato il nostro soggiorno. Personale amichevole e accogliente. Piscina piacevole. Colazione cambiata ogni giorno, buona qualità e abbastanza quantità. Camminando a molta distanza dalla città. Sarei felice di rimanere qui di nuovo se avessimo bisogno da qualche parte a Chiang Rai.

It’s a nice and unique hotel, location is very near to the Blue temple which means you better have a car, we have no problem on this, just found it too dark to find the way back to the hotel at night. Our experience was half n half with this hotel, we booked two nights, on the first night with river view, we like the interior with reasonable space, the hotel is building more blocks which start hammering at 8am, on top of that we didn’t sleep at all during the night because it had strange sound from the ceiling, we were on the 4th (top ) floor and it was probably the generator of the air conditioning, the sound came every 15 minutes, so we didn’t sleep n were so tired. We told the front desk next morning and they changed the room for us and upgraded to the pool access room. It was good to have access to the pool directly from your room. Breakfast was nice and have variety of choices. I’m not sure if I will choose this hotel if I go again, I rather have a good sleep than a horrible night even they upgraded us the second night, they didn’t ask how we were when we checking out, seems the upgrade sorted everything, not bothered to tell us why there was noice and not care about any feedback!!

We stayed here recently, and while the room was big, it felt a bit bare, there wasn’t much furniture, just one bedside table and no proper chair - only a stool. There was no coffee or kettle in the room, but you can get free hot water at the café downstairs (just ask for it) and purchase instant coffee packets, or get a fresh brewed coffee for a fair price. The room had windows at the front and back, but only the one facing the walkway had an insect screen, which was odd since it doesn’t offer any privacy when the window and curtains are open. The back window opened onto an open field, but has no screen. The curtains were about 80% light-blocking, so the room stayed dim after sunrise. The beds were comfy, but the Wi-Fi signal in our room was weak and slow, we had to use our mobile phone data to get decent speeds. Parking is limited, and all the spaces were taken by 8 PM, so plan ahead if you’re driving. There was quite a lot of construction noise starting around 9 AM, but considering it was shortly after the floods, it’s understandable they needed to do repairs. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay if you don’t mind a few quirks, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

The location is far from the city , Grab sometimes takes a long time for booking because of that. The resort itself is great , good breakfast and it's quiet Our room had problems with some small insects , 2 days in a row we had to tell reception to use insecticide spray...on the 3th day I gave up because there was no remedy

The hotel environment is very good, the staff attitude is very good. Anyone who doesn't know Thai the hotel staffs will help. Breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool is clean. The hotel suit for Travelers on vacation, on business trip and those who want a quiet place to relax. I highly recommend this Hotel. 酒店环境特别好，服务员态度很好。不懂泰语都会帮忙。早餐很好吃。游泳池很干净。很适合出差，旅游，放松都可以。我强烈给大家推荐一下这个酒店。 Le cadre de l’hôtel est excellent et l’attitude du personnel est très agréable. Pour toute personne ne connaissant pas la langue thaï, le personnel de l’hôtel vous aidera. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux. La piscine est propre. L’hôtel est idéal pour les vacances, les voyageurs d’affaires et ceux qui veulent un endroit calme et relaxant. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Hotel di buona qualità. Mi piace, la pulizia, la stanza e tutto. Giusto, è meglio avere camere sul secondo piano, come si può aprire le tende. La colazione è stata fornita.La varietà non era molto, ma è tutto a posto. Raccomandato 👍👍👍

L'hotel è piacevole in manipolazione delle richieste se si chiama. Il personale si alloggia. Mi sono toccato il gesto di gentilezza quando uscivo dalla mia macchina e mi sono urlato il bagaglio che è piuttosto pesante il personale è venuto a correre e l'ho preso da me . Il processo di controllo è grasso. Ho ordinato cibo di servizio in camera e è stato così veloce in 10 minuti che è stato consegnato in. la mia camera. Hanno il migliore insalata di pollo e pane di aglio. Il cibo e il servizio è eccellente,,,

Hotel molto bello e ben curato. Check-in rapido con una receptionist gentile, disponibile e con un’ottima comprensione dell’inglese. L’hotel dispone di una piccola piscina interna e offre una colazione a 200 baht a persona, principalmente salata, ma con un piccolo angolo dedicato ai dolci. Ho prenotato una suite con due camere da letto: una matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli, entrambe dotate di bagno privato. Le camere erano ampie, pulite e provviste di due balconi. In dotazione anche un frigorifero e bottiglie d’acqua gratuite.
