Quarto desenquadrado da categoria anunciada cama é apenas e só uma casa de casal não é King Size mas é muito limpo e acolhedor funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis apesar de serem poucos Apesar de curta foi uma ótima estadia 😊

A little out of the way. VERY steep climb to the hotel - taxi needed unless you are very fit. Fine walking down. Hotel was spotless couldn't fault it at all. Slight issue with tea & coffee in the room. Couldn't plug kettle in without it being on the floor - could maybe do with a small table near the plug?? Only 1 normal tea bag and 1 fruit t bag for 2 people staying. Had to ask for extra t bags, spoon and milk-wasn't supplied in the room. Breakfast was good-not a massive choice but what was there was very high quality and was replenished regularly. The hotel it self was affiliated with a restaurant in town which we went to twice-amazing food and service. Staff were very helpful-great hotel would definetely recommend and stay again.

Beautiful elegant period accommodation with antique furniture, surrounded by well manicured garden. We had fantastic views of the river and vineyards from the balcony ( room 6A) , The ”casa” is immaculately clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the spacious tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower was looking amazing. The owner Manuel was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He gave us a lift to the train station early in the morning, because of the national strike disruption and also prepared pack breakfast for us. A welcoming glass of port on our arrival also was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend Casa de Sao Domingos to anyone.

Hotel bellissimo in una posizione meravigliosa. Ogni camera ha una vista. Le strutture sono un po 'dattaccate e la nostra camera ha una grande tintura sul telaio. Il personale della ricezione non era molto informato, ma il personale del ristorante era grande!

Beautiful location. If you stay there is a complimentary tour of the wine making facilities. We had dinner at the restaurant which was packed... Food was above average but our medium t-bone was more of a medium well done. Swimming pool was cool and relaxing as it over looked the river. Suggest a minimum stay of 2 nights so that you can explore the town, river walk and vineyard walk.

L'hotel è eccellente in ogni modo dal personale caldo e professionale alle camere confortevoli e alla posizione perfetta, tutto è stato davvero eccellente. L'unico punto di sfondo è il parcheggio dell'hotel, che è mal progettato e non ben segnalato. E' sorprendente che un hotel così grande abbia un'entrata di parcheggio così scomoda e confusa.

The villa itself was amazing. We had everything we need, and the views from the balcony was just beautiful! However, we had problems turning on the heating a/c, tried to ask for help from reception but unfortunately, no one was there. Turns out the a/c had to be turned on from their central system. We had to endure a super cold night without any heating available.

收費邏輯與實際體驗嚴重不符的“名義五星級”酒店，已踩坑，不推薦！ 選擇 Vidago Palace Hotel，是基於其五星級定位與歷史聲譽。但作為長期在全球範圍內入住五星級酒店的常客，本次入住體驗與預期存在明顯落差，核心問題集中在基礎設施收費邏輯與實際提供內容嚴重不匹配。 首先，SPA 與所謂“温泉體驗”完全不符合五星級標準。 酒店對住店客人額外收取每日 成人10歐、小童5歐 的費用，起初理解為温泉或完整的療養設施使用。但實際進入後發現，僅包含一個體量很小的室內泳池以及一個更小的室外温泉池，除此之外並無任何配套設施，整體規模和內容極其有限。 更令人失望的是，所謂的“温泉泳池水温明顯偏低”，體感遠未達到舒適泡湯標準。我們在室內泳池停留不到半小時便不得不離開，而室外池在當日氣温條件下幾乎不具備實際可用性，尤其對家庭出行來説，存在着涼風險。這種水温與體驗，很難與“温泉”二字相匹配。 此外，恆温泳池與健身房均需額外付費。在國際五星級酒店體系中，這兩項通常屬於基礎配套設施，而非另行收費項目。以當前的設施體量、水温控制及實際體驗來看，單獨收費的做法顯得缺乏説服力，整體觀感更像是將基礎設施進行拆分收費，與五星級酒店應有的服務邏輯不符。 其次，客房硬件細節明顯拉低整體檔次。 房間內的吹風機需要持續按壓才能使用，這種配置在快捷或經濟型酒店中較為常見，卻出現在一家定位為高端度假酒店的房間內，令人難以理解。對於五星級酒店而言，正是這些基礎硬件細節，最能反映真實水準。 餐飲是本次入住中少數相對令人滿意的部分。 主餐廳與大堂吧的出品水準尚可，菜品完成度與口味表現穩定，至少在用餐體驗上達到了應有水平。 綜合來看，這是一家外在條件與歷史感很強，但在實際入住體驗、基礎設施配置及收費邏輯上明顯未能匹配五星級定位的酒店。以當前價格與標準來看，對習慣國際五星級酒店服務體系的客人而言，落差感較為明顯。

La stanza era incredibile, aveva dei regali per il mio miglior compleanno e il cibo/vino era eccellente. Il bar onesto era grande e il loro vero interesse per il vino era chiaro da tutti a cui abbiamo parlato.

Hotel con una camera molto spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Ciotole e vestiti inclusi. Colazione variabile e con prodotti di qualità. Ottima piscina interna; spa con sauna, bagno turco e jacuzzi. Area esterna piacevole, con molti posti di parcheggio gratuito.
