Kazakistan: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Regione di Almaty

Fantastic stay! We will be back for 5 days next year. We stayed for 1 night and 1 day, and everything was much better than we expected. The resort is beautiful and very clean. What we loved: The Room: We stayed in the purple chalet. It was very cozy, warm, and had a great mountain view. The Staff: The service was excellent. The staff speaks very good English and they were so helpful with our questions. Skiing: We had a great time on the slopes! The equipment and the snow were perfect. Our Plan: One day was too short. We liked it so much that we are planning to come back next year in the Autumn season for a longer stay of 3–5 nights to see the colors of the trees. Bottom Line: Highly recommended for families and international travelers. Thank you!

Le tende glamping sono perfette per visitare il Charyn Canyon (Valle dei Castelli). Si trovano proprio accanto al centro visitatori, all'ingresso, a 10 km dall'uscita dell'autostrada. Le guide ci hanno anche offerto un'escursione esclusiva nel canyon. La tenda in sé era perfetta per due persone: due letti, riscaldamento, luce e una vista spettacolare. A volte era un po' rumorosa quando il vento si faceva molto forte. La tenda non ha un bagno: bisogna camminare qualche minuto per raggiungere il centro visitatori. In ogni caso, è uno dei posti migliori in cui soggiornare per visitare il Canyon.

We stayed at this hotel for a few hours, just to take a shower, have dinner (a noodle cup), and pack things before rushing to the airport. The room is clean. The reception cannot speak Chinese as claimed. No elevator.

The stay was overall excellent and very satisfying. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The environment was peaceful and suitable for families. The service was good—staff were friendly and helpful, although there is still slight room for improvement in responsiveness. Amenities provided were also good and sufficient for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the WiFi, which was quite slow at times. In addition, the pick-up and drop-off process was a bit slow and could be improved for better efficiency. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others, especially for family trips.
