what can I say about this hotel... the first one, there is very polite reception, they can give you good advice and show the best rooms they have to choose. the second one, really pretty sweeming pool inside, it's looks no so big, but it has a very nice view to the sea and warm water, where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. the third, what I really enjoy....full inclusive barbecue dinners only for 7 usd, the waiters looking for you and try to help you with everything they come to you to ask and suggest the best dishes or just bring fruits or juice. It's the place where the staff really try to take care of you. after long trip, I really enjoyed the place and got energy for the future steps in my trip to sulawesi Island.

The room is good, only the parking is a little bit difficult to park since it was too small. Located on the city centre so no worries about finding restaurant and so on

I stayed here for a business trip and had such a pleasant experience. I was lucky to get a sea-view room and the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean, the facilities were complete, and everything felt very comfortable. What I appreciated the most was the service. Every staff member was genuinely warm and helpful. Even when I accidentally got spicy soup in my eye, they responded quickly and took great care of me. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

È uno dei più recenti a Palu. È un grande concetto ma un'esecuzione media. Visioni dell'hotel come il boutique in francese. Tipo classico europeo. Ho due camere tipo soggiorno una notte e deluxe regina il giorno dopo . La camera gemella si sentiva piena di mobili e non faceva spazio per muoversi. I tovaglioli e il letto sono nuovi, così è stato bello. Tuttavia, la doccia non era piacevole. Il flusso d’acqua era terribile, senza portare l’acqua fuori dalla doccia. All'interno della doccia, sono state trovate solo una bottiglia di lavaggio corporeo (ma senza etichetta) e nessun shampoo.La colazione è media, la cucina aperta è un po' rumorosa. Le tavole da tavola sono raramente utilizzate a causa della posizione alta della tavola non ha senso quando si mangia.

Questo hotel è vicino all'aeroporto. Puoi andare all'aeroporto da solo 🚶 di mattina. Non devi fare un auto. Si sente ancora molto bene

Controlla di fronte a me per un lungo periodo di tempo per risolvere/trovare una soluzione, ho aspettato per molto tempo per la turna, anche se ci fosse altro personale, dovrebbe essere in grado di aiutarmi. L'interno dell'hotel sembra avere un bel patrimonio, oggi la TV è ancora manuale. I sedili nella sala SDH non sono di valore.

Il miglior western plus coco paul è situato nel centro della città. Anche così l'atmosfera tranquilla è ancora sveglia. Nel lobby dell'hotel c'è una cosa unica che è il pavimento del pesce davanti al divano. La stanza è pulita. C'è una piscina e una sauna e un giardino. Il cibo è molto varietà. C'è un delizioso menu tradizionale di torta per manado porridge. Il condizionamento dell'aria è molto acqua fredda riscaldatore funziona bene anche. TV ha molti canali disponibili. La stanza è dotata di sedie e tavoli per rilassarsi. Ci è un caldo per fare caffè e tè. E' stato bello poter provare questo hotel.

One of the great hotels located in downtown Palu. Friendly bf kind staffers, and provide a good selection of breakfast. The hotel manager will come to each table and have a little chit chat with the costumer. The room is spacious and clean. The pool is nice and close to the gym on the 3rd floor. You can see the things around the hotel from the pool. From this hotel you can go anywhere around downtown Palu. The only drawback is the internet. There are times when the internet is down for like 15 minutes. However, I don’t mind staying in this hotel again in the future.
