Indonesia: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Aceh

Abbiamo avuto una bella stanza con vista diretta sul mare assolutamente incredibile! Il personale era molto amichevole e sempre utile. Era un soggiorno meraviglioso, e sicuramente saremmo tornati indietro.

Nel complesso, ho trascorso un ottimo soggiorno al Kyriad Banda Aceh. L'hotel era pulito, confortevole e ben tenuto. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno, rendendo l'esperienza piacevole e accogliente. La posizione era inoltre comoda per spostarsi a Banda Aceh. Un'ottima opzione per chiunque cerchi un hotel pulito con un buon servizio.

When staying in Banda Aceh the Parkside Alhambra Hotel is one of the first choices for accommodation. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy. The hotel is located nearby to restaurants and grocery stores. The Syiafiatuddin Road with many shops for souvenirs and the local coffee (Gayo) is just opposite of the hotel on the other side of the roundabout. The Raya Baitul Rahman Masjid is in walking distance. Definitely worth to stay in the hotel, because the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel even has its own restaurant.

Una notte rimane a Banda Aceh prima di andare a Pulau Weh. Buona scelta. Simple, pulito. Mi sono aggiornato in una stanza con una finestra, ma la vista è una parete, quindi non c'è differenza. La posizione è buona - vicino alla moschea principale. E' una piccola città.

The hotel was centrally located in the city. However, the hotel really need major renovations as it looked so worn out and like abandoned place. The walkway to my room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned and maintained properly especially the carpets (refer attached photo below). Inside the room, the toilet was not really clean. There were many black stains on the toilet bowl and the room’s floor had many dusts. The breakfast provided was not a buffet but just a very simple a la carte mea. The receptionist wasn’t there all the time and you need to wait for some time (more than 5 minutes) after press the bell before they entertain you. Overall, this is gonna be the first and last I am staying at this hotel. Not recommended.

Avevo un bel soggiorno all'Hotel Hilani! Dal momento in cui sono arrivato, il personale mi ha fatto sentire super benvenuto grandi sorrisi, check-in veloce, e erano sempre pronti ad aiutare. Uno dei membri del personale mi ha anche salutato con il mio nome, che sinceramente mi ha dato una bella vibe ✨ La stanza era pulita, confortevole e aveva tutto quello che dovevo per rilassarmi.Mi piaceva davvero quanto l'atmosfera fosse tranquilla e tranquilla dopo un lungo giorno. Il servizio è rimasto grande tutto il tempo, e si può dire al team che si preoccupa davvero degli ospiti. In generale è stato così un soggiorno liscio, senza stress. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

La prenotazione dell'hotel è stata effettuata l'ultima volta che il 22 Nov 2023 è arrivato a Banda Aceh. Il prezzo è ragionevole. Abbiamo ricevuto il numero di camera 333 e purtroppo la connessione WiFi era troppo pessima. Non c'è connessione all'interno della stanza e dobbiamo andare in lobby solo per essere collegati. Informi la ricezione e la risposta non può essere fatto. Dopo cena ho fatto nuovamente lamentazione ad un altro personale di ricezione e ha risposto molto bene aiutandoci a cambiare un altro alloggio a 355, che è connessione Wifi è stato estremamente buono. Inoltre ci aiuta a portare il nostro bagaglio. Era così utile e molto buon personale. Le strutture erano tutto a posto. Molto raccomandato per ospiti musulmani.

Tutto è stato buono dopo l'inondazione a Aceh. Mi sono fermato durante la stagione delle inondazioni. La zona non è stata inondata, ma c'erano problemi di energia e Internet instabile, quindi l'hotel ha funzionato su un generatore. Molto amichevole e gentile personale. Camera anche pulita. Ma il bagno non era sicuro. La testa del doccia si e' caduto e mi ha colpito la spalla mentre stavo facendo la doccia. Il colazione era buona. Mi piaceva davvero il bihun goreng. Il goreng nasico era un po' pesante, ma non era una grande questione. Oh, si, hotel vicino alle stalle di Sate Matang e negozio di souvenir. Può fare shopping a notte perché il negozio di souvenir è chiuso alle 11:00.

L'hotel è bello e pulito dall'esterno, ma i servizi in camera lasciano a desiderare. Gli armadi sono crepati, la porta del bagno è fragile, l'aria condizionata è fredda ma molto rumorosa. La colazione merita un plauso. Offre molte opzioni e il cibo è piuttosto buono. Suggerimenti per il Portola Grand Arabia Hotel: per favore, effettuate la manutenzione dei servizi in camera. E per favore, riparate i mobili della camera 206. Perché non è più abitabile. La stanza è umida e maleodorante.

Traveled with a family of 2 kids. Booked a big family room. Upon check-in, the hotel informed us that the room was without air conditioning, which was not clearly indicated in the booking room details. The hotel refused to change the room and the hotel was fully booked on the second day. I was forced to top up double my initial booking cost, from IDR 800k increased to IDR 2.2 mil. My friend booked the suite room with air conditioning for half of what I was forced to pay.
