Indonesia: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Aceh

Abbiamo avuto una bella stanza con vista diretta sul mare assolutamente incredibile! Il personale era molto amichevole e sempre utile. Era un soggiorno meraviglioso, e sicuramente saremmo tornati indietro.

Nel complesso, ho trascorso un ottimo soggiorno al Kyriad Banda Aceh. L'hotel era pulito, confortevole e ben tenuto. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno, rendendo l'esperienza piacevole e accogliente. La posizione era inoltre comoda per spostarsi a Banda Aceh. Un'ottima opzione per chiunque cerchi un hotel pulito con un buon servizio.

The hotel has a great location and is very convenient. The staff at the hotel breakfast restaurant were very helpful and welcoming. There are some shortcomings that need improvement: the guest room floors weren't cleaned properly, there was dust on the bedside table, the towels smelled bad, and the hot water for showering in the morning wasn't hot enough.

One night stay in Banda Aceh before heading to Pulau Weh. Good choice. Simple, clean. Got upgraded to a room with a window, but the view is a wall, so no difference. Location is good - close to the main mosque. It is small town.

The hotel was centrally located in the city. However, the hotel really need major renovations as it looked so worn out and like abandoned place. The walkway to my room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned and maintained properly especially the carpets (refer attached photo below). Inside the room, the toilet was not really clean. There were many black stains on the toilet bowl and the room’s floor had many dusts. The breakfast provided was not a buffet but just a very simple a la carte mea. The receptionist wasn’t there all the time and you need to wait for some time (more than 5 minutes) after press the bell before they entertain you. Overall, this is gonna be the first and last I am staying at this hotel. Not recommended.

Avevo un bel soggiorno all'Hotel Hilani! Dal momento in cui sono arrivato, il personale mi ha fatto sentire super benvenuto grandi sorrisi, check-in veloce, e erano sempre pronti ad aiutare. Uno dei membri del personale mi ha anche salutato con il mio nome, che sinceramente mi ha dato una bella vibe ✨ La stanza era pulita, confortevole e aveva tutto quello che dovevo per rilassarmi.Mi piaceva davvero quanto l'atmosfera fosse tranquilla e tranquilla dopo un lungo giorno. Il servizio è rimasto grande tutto il tempo, e si può dire al team che si preoccupa davvero degli ospiti. In generale è stato così un soggiorno liscio, senza stress. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

La prenotazione dell'hotel è stata effettuata l'ultima volta che il 22 Nov 2023 è arrivato a Banda Aceh. Il prezzo è ragionevole. Abbiamo ricevuto il numero di camera 333 e purtroppo la connessione WiFi era troppo pessima. Non c'è connessione all'interno della stanza e dobbiamo andare in lobby solo per essere collegati. Informi la ricezione e la risposta non può essere fatto. Dopo cena ho fatto nuovamente lamentazione ad un altro personale di ricezione e ha risposto molto bene aiutandoci a cambiare un altro alloggio a 355, che è connessione Wifi è stato estremamente buono. Inoltre ci aiuta a portare il nostro bagaglio. Era così utile e molto buon personale. Le strutture erano tutto a posto. Molto raccomandato per ospiti musulmani.

Everything was good eventho after flood in Aceh. I stayed during the flood season. The area wasn’t flooded, but there were power issues and unstable internet, so the hotel operated on a generator. Very friendly and polite staff. Room also clean. But the bathroom was not safe. The shower head fell and hit my shoulder while I was showering. Breakfast was good. I really liked the bihun goreng. The nasi goreng was a little bland, but it wasn’t a big issue. Ouh yaa, hotel near to Sate Matang stalls and souvenir shop. Can shopping at night because souvenir shop closed on 11pm.

Grande hotel, camera è grande. Personale amichevole. Posizione è buona ma non facile. Non adatto per sedie a rotelle. Delizioso colazione e conveniente se necessario aggiungere più pacchetto.

Agevolmente il miglior hotel di bilancio a Banda Aceh, vorrei solo trovarlo prima. Le camere sono spaziose, dotate di WiFi, aria condizionata, caldo, cassaforte e desk plus coperchio, letto super pulito e confortevole e legno bianco brillante, grande bagno con doccia calda. Affidabile in ogni corridoio e in ogni ristorante all'aperto + in terrazza. Ampio parcheggio sicuro e personale super utile - tutto quello che vuoi da un hotel, consiglio molto l'Hotel Plum.
