Indonesia: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Aceh

The hotel has a great location and is very convenient. The staff at the hotel breakfast restaurant were very helpful and welcoming. There are some shortcomings that need improvement: the guest room floors weren't cleaned properly, there was dust on the bedside table, the towels smelled bad, and the hot water for showering in the morning wasn't hot enough.

L'hotel è a piedi da Masjid Raya Baitulrahman. Facile da trovare cibo e souvenir. Il personale è molto utile e il colazione ha poche scelte a un prezzo conveniente Può essere richiesto anche un check-out tardivo

Overall was ok. big and clean room (except bathroom was a bit run down and shower clogged - Room 317) Room service was ok and breakfast is the best. Biggest disappointment was food quality at the rooftop. Ordered pizza. was not cooked properly. When told the waiteress, what we received back was the same pizza which was reheated though flour/crust still not properly baked. Also, system have we Price Match. I found Agoda price RM50 cheaper but cannot claim as booking made less than 24 hours. Should have not put the Price Match logo if not eligible. Very misrepresenting.

One night stay in Banda Aceh before heading to Pulau Weh. Good choice. Simple, clean. Got upgraded to a room with a window, but the view is a wall, so no difference. Location is good - close to the main mosque. It is small town.

Everything was good eventho after flood in Aceh. I stayed during the flood season. The area wasn’t flooded, but there were power issues and unstable internet, so the hotel operated on a generator. Very friendly and polite staff. Room also clean. But the bathroom was not safe. The shower head fell and hit my shoulder while I was showering. Breakfast was good. I really liked the bihun goreng. The nasi goreng was a little bland, but it wasn’t a big issue. Ouh yaa, hotel near to Sate Matang stalls and souvenir shop. Can shopping at night because souvenir shop closed on 11pm.

Avevo un bel soggiorno all'Hotel Hilani! Dal momento in cui sono arrivato, il personale mi ha fatto sentire super benvenuto grandi sorrisi, check-in veloce, e erano sempre pronti ad aiutare. Uno dei membri del personale mi ha anche salutato con il mio nome, che sinceramente mi ha dato una bella vibe ✨ La stanza era pulita, confortevole e aveva tutto quello che dovevo per rilassarmi.Mi piaceva davvero quanto l'atmosfera fosse tranquilla e tranquilla dopo un lungo giorno. Il servizio è rimasto grande tutto il tempo, e si può dire al team che si preoccupa davvero degli ospiti. In generale è stato così un soggiorno liscio, senza stress. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

La prenotazione dell'hotel è stata effettuata l'ultima volta che il 22 Nov 2023 è arrivato a Banda Aceh. Il prezzo è ragionevole. Abbiamo ricevuto il numero di camera 333 e purtroppo la connessione WiFi era troppo pessima. Non c'è connessione all'interno della stanza e dobbiamo andare in lobby solo per essere collegati. Informi la ricezione e la risposta non può essere fatto. Dopo cena ho fatto nuovamente lamentazione ad un altro personale di ricezione e ha risposto molto bene aiutandoci a cambiare un altro alloggio a 355, che è connessione Wifi è stato estremamente buono. Inoltre ci aiuta a portare il nostro bagaglio. Era così utile e molto buon personale. Le strutture erano tutto a posto. Molto raccomandato per ospiti musulmani.

È un hotel boutique di tipo chic e moderno.Molto utile personale di servizio frontale e securities.Il ricevitore mi aiuta a trovare un trasferimento aeroportuale durante l'ora di notte.La sicurezza mi aiuta con il bagaglio.E un caffè al tetto.Grande grido.
