The hotel itself is stunning, with its breathtaking surroundings, spacious and comfortable rooms, and the private pool was simply amazing. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by your entire team. Every single staff member we encountered greeted us with the warmest smiles, making us feel truly at home. We were especially touched by the thoughtful gestures for our child. The staff noticed we were traveling with our little one and immediately arranged a sofa bed, ensuring our family’s comfort. The horse riding and desert activities were unforgettable memories, and we are particularly grateful to the lovely lady who helped us arrange these experiences. A special thank you to Mr. Javaid, who took us on a magical desert sunset tour. The photos we took during that time are some of our most cherished memories from the trip. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ahmed Karim, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He gave us a wonderful introduction to the hotel, arranged taxis for us, and solved any issues we had with such care and professionalism. His passion for the hotel was evident, and it truly made us fall in love with The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah as well. The Chinese New Year celebration at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. The “sky lantern” activity was beautifully organized, and we were deeply moved by the efforts of the staff who learned to say “新年快乐” (Happy New Year) in Chinese. It made us feel so special and welcomed during this important festival. This stay was nothing short of magical, and it was undoubtedly the best part of our trip to the UAE. 很豪華的酒店，各方面都很好，但是價格比其他平台貴，這個可以改進下。

В этот отель приезжаю с 2017 года последний раз был в 22 году . За это время владельцем стал Хилтон, и всё изменилось не в лучшую сторону . Раньше это был Лакшри , роскошь , отсутствие посторонних, высочайший сервис, теперь это рваные лежаки , затёртые полотенца , плюс стройка с двух сторон , причём иногда в море зайти нельзя , грязное. В общем я конечно обескуражен. Персонал конечно хороший , стараются во всю , в остальном …. От былого Вальдорфа осталось только воспоминание, был там последний раз , а жаль ….

L'hotel è molto pulito, moderno e ben tenuto, rendendolo un grande luogo per soggiorni brevi e lunghi. Le camere sono senza spot con letti confortevoli, letti freschi e tutti gli elementi essenziali che vi servono per un soggiorno rilassante. Le bagni sono anche molto pulite e ben mantenute, che hanno aggiunto molto al comfort del mio soggiorno.

Very nice scenery location with great service for relax and chill

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and excellent location close to major attractions. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Check-in was smooth, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business stays

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything—from the food to the service—was excellent. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff truly make you feel at home. Our room was lovely and had a balcony, which was a nice highlight even during the summer. We also enjoyed swimming at the beach; although it’s only open until 7 PM, it’s understandable since it gets dark later in the evening. One of the major highlights for us was the indoor playground for kids. We brought our baby along, and she had such a great time—it made the whole experience even more special. The food was delicious throughout our stay, and I want to especially commend a staff member named Yuki. She was so nice, hardworking, and truly stood out with her excellent service. Another thing worth mentioning is the cleanliness. We went out and came back to a clean and tidy room even without requesting housekeeping—definitely a big plus! Overall, this was the best staycation we’ve had, and it was a perfect way to celebrate our baby’s first birthday. We felt relaxed, well taken care of, and genuinely happy with our stay. Thank you so much—we will definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to coming back again!

Il prezzo è stato sorprendente. Il positivo è la grande dimensione della camera familiare e 3 bagni. Inoltre, è la pressione dell'acqua di capra e Internet di buona qualità. In alcuni hotel 5 stelle non lo otterrete. Il cibo ordinato in camera era delizioso. Vedi solo cosa possono fare meglio: essere più amichevoli nel servizio di ordine in camera. Windows dal terzo piano non dovrebbe essere in grado di aprire, perché i bambini possono cadere fuori. La pulizia può essere migliore senza punta. Con punta è al top. Dovrebbero esserci anche piccole tovaglie per le mani. Dovrebbe esserci qualcosa per appendere le tovaglie, eccetto la porta. Attenzione che questo hotel non riceverà il cattivo nome come il Julfar, per esempio.
