Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

Il personale del dipartimento frontale era particolarmente gentile, accogliente e pensativo, portando un elegante demo e un caldo esaltato nell’esercizio dei loro compiti. Il telaio delle camere poteva essere mantenuto meglio, ma il bagno e letto erano senza spazi e puliti.

Il nostro soggiorno a Park Kairo è stato fantastico! Il personale è molto amichevole, soprattutto il servizio del manager VIP. La posizione dell'hotel è anche eccellente e, soprattutto, è ben decorato e pulito. Godetevi il nostro soggiorno nella stanza coreana. Il personale ha anche preparato un piatto di frutta per una festa di compleanno. Molto consigliato!

L'ambiente dell'hotel è di prima classe, è molto comodo prendere un taxi nelle vicinanze, quindi è molto comodo andare ovunque. La camera dell'hotel era molto confortevole ed è stata la migliore notte di sonno che ho avuto durante un viaggio di più giorni. La cosa più importante era che la temperatura era moderata e la camera era molto spaziosa. Il servizio alla reception è molto professionale, paziente e molto efficiente. Soprattutto il senior manager dell'hotel, Crystal, parla un inglese fluente, il che rende ancora più difficile lasciare una buona impressione ai viaggiatori fuori città. È molto premuroso che l'hotel consegni frutta.

Avevo davvero goduto il mio soggiorno. L'hotel era strategicamente situato vicino a molti punti di interesse. La nostra camera era grande e spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Anche i ricevitori erano molto benvenuti. Sicuramente rimarrà con loro quando visitarò Yanji il prossimo.

Il soggiorno era grande, ci aiutava il barista a prendere la stazione e andare via. Tuttavia il personale di front office non era così utile , non potevamo usare T3 per prenotare un taxi, il personale non ci ha aiutato a prenotare un taxi, solo chiederci di prenotare un taxi sulla strada noi stessi . Il sistema intelligente non ha risposto troppo bene, voleva aprire la cortina con il comando vocale ma non poteva funzionare, e il lavaggio non poteva drenare l'acqua molto bene, deve usare la mano per aprire l'acqua drenaggio per rilasciare l'acqua.

Questo hotel ha una posizione eccellente e comodi trasporti. Le camere sono spaziose e ben attrezzate e i letti sono comodi per un buon riposo notturno. L'atteggiamento del servizio è cordiale e premuroso e il rapporto con gli ospiti White Joe James è educato e professionale. La scelta della colazione è ricca, nel complesso si tratta di un'esperienza di soggiorno piacevole e confortevole, molto adatta per viaggi d'affari o di piacere.

The hotel is very clean but when I was there with my family, there are a lot of constructions ongoing near the hotel and it was raining every single day when we are at Changchun. The hotel staff is very nice and efficient esp when we had only 30 mins to board our train to head to Changbaishan. The hotel staff, Fu Yang, is able to cater for us and understand that we are rushing for time. We managed to board our train successfully thanks to Ms Fu Yang. The breakfast options were rather limited. There was a signage saying that we could have how we wanted our eggs. We requested for the chef to cook it; the chef booked for us unwillingly and gave us an attitude. From the previous guest reviews, there are many positive reviews with regards to the buffet hence we decided to pay for the breakfast buffet. Overall, we will still stay in the same hotel if we visit Changchun once again. :) Side note, the train station was rather far away from the hotel. However, DiDi works fine too.

The room in this hotel is the biggest room we have stayed in the trip in Northeast of China. The hotel is elegant. . The large room is equipped with modern lighting and electric curtain and also includes nice tea set. Breakfast is vast with many varieties of choices in the nice Japanese style restaurant. There is a concierge lady who helped guests arranging trip too. She is very friendly and supportive . What we like most is the ample space in the room that make us feel very comfortable. You can sip nice tea and be relaxed during the stay. We felt a bit sorry that we had only one day staying here because we really like this hotel. Even we stayed in Jilin only one day, we felt this hotel is very good hotel, and valued for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to all travellers who come to Jilin.

La posizione è un po' lontana dal centro. C'è una stazione della metropolitana vicina però. L'hotel è luminoso e moderno. La camera dispone di tutti i comfort di cui abbiamo bisogno. La doccia è buona. La TV è abbastanza grande. La qualità della colazione è un po' deludente.
