Sconvolto in una tranquilla strada dalla strada principale. Immenso sole tramonta la stanza di View Standard Sea. Amichevole, personale utile. I dettagli del design sono impressionanti. Qui mi sentivo come se fossi a casa. Buon soggiorno!

This stay was absolutely magnificent from arrival to departure, upgraded as we arrived at the hotel. The staff, incredible! Always doing more than asked, going out of their way to assist in making plans, arranging transport or just providing extra information. Shout out to Claudia, who was patient and articulate. She stopped her work in order to attend to me at all times. Shout out to Dewald, humorous, witty and exquisitely piquant. Always up for a conversation amd willing to make anything amd everything more convenient for the guests. Rennia and Alice, ebullient and light-hearted, i felt the care and meticulous nature of their work through all they did, and the smiles they provided, thank you! The entire staff, quite warm and accommodating! Clean room, aesthetically modern and quaint. 100% recommended, convenient location for all your needs!

La nostra esperienza in questo hotel è andata oltre le nostre aspettative più selvaggie! La posizione eccellente dell'hotel vi offre una vista balcone sull'oceano e sulla majestata montagna da tavola come sfondo. Il livello di servizio che abbiamo ricevuto è stato davvero eccezionale, lasciandoci molto impressionati, le camere erano impeccabilmente pulite e la gamma di servizi forniti era più che generosa. Le camere stesse si trovano in un perfetto equilibrio tra spazioso e cucina, creando un'atmosfera veramente invitante. Una caratteristica notevole che mette in parte questo hotel è il minibar complimentare, offrendo una varietà di snacks e bevande – un raro trovato. Ciò che è ancora più notevole è che questi snacks non sono solo deliziosi, ma anche cucinati alle preferenze veganiche e prive di glutine. Senza dubbio stiamo già preparando piani per tornare a questo istituto di eccellenza in futuro.

Had a splendid 2 night stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The staff made us feel so welcome. They are exceptionally polite and well informed on the surrounding area. We were provided with a map full of helpful suggestions, and a thorough introduction to the lodge and all it's facilities upon check-in. The lodge is located right next to Hermanus New Harbour and a few steps from the cliff path, which is well worth the walk. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. It opens onto a beautiful, well maintained garden area but a few steps from the pool. Breakfast was fantastic (reccommend the Full English!), and a lovely selection of breads, cereals, fruits, cold meats, yogurts etc at the buffet. Truly, no complaints. Would absolutely stay again.

Территория вокруг отеля прекрасно развита: рядом есть разнообразные магазины, где можно найти всё необходимое, уютные сувенирные лавки, рестораны и кафе. Отдельно хочется отметить кофейни — кофе там действительно очень вкусный и атмосферный. Номера светлые, чистые и ухоженные, с потрясающим видом на океан. По состоянию номера — ни одного замечания: всё продумано и удобно. Уборка на высоком уровне. Персонал заслуживает отдельной похвалы — всегда вежливый, внимательный и готов помочь в любое время суток.

Nicely decorated lodge in safe neighborhood. Breakfast is good but choice is limited and same menu everyday, I stayed for 5 nights so it can get boring. Staffs are friendly and try to be helpful but lack follow ups. Cleanliness is good but my house keeping opened all my balcony door and toilet windows everyday after cleaning despite the fact that I requested them not to open any of them due to safety in Cape Town as well as bugs kept coming into my room with the wide open balcony and toilet. On the last night the house keeping even left their cleaning towel in my room on my night stand, and tried barging into my room with me being inside in early morning. Somewhat questionable on the high rating.

Perfection! I was pleasantly surprised when I received way more than expected! The attention to small details throughout this amazing venue really impressed me. Everything carefully and tastefully prepared for our convenience. Manageress Katie is extraordinary and made us feel like family with her home cooked 5-star quality perfect breakfasts. Will most certainly book this venue again whenever I go to beautiful Plettenberg Bay again! Real value for money & super affordable! Special thanks to Brigitte for spoiling me with the Whale room with the most stunning views even when the weather was cold & rainy. Incredibile casa/hotel in una posizione fantastica, a 20 minuti dall'aeroporto, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, super pulito e facile da trovare! Il personale era il migliore, il colazione ogni mattina era sublime, camminando per il gusto odore, e la gamma in offerta era perfetta! Sono stato accolto con un drink e una tovagliola bagnata, dato informazioni sulla casa/hotel e sulla zona, più mostrato alla macchina del caffè che è complimentare, con marshmallow e biscotti/cookies di crema! Grazie ancora, amato la vibrazione del posto, amato la casa degli ospiti, il letto era enorme e dormiva bene, godeva il mio soggiorno a Capo Town! Avrei sicuramente raccomandato questo posto, grande casa lontano da casa come dicono!

Das Hotel ist in gute Lage, in der Nähe von Hafen und Einkaufzentrum und 6 min Fahr zu die wunderschönes ”The Point.” Unser modernes Zimmer ist sehr gross, 60 cm. auf 2 Etage, mit Blick auf Hafen. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und wird in einem schönen Restaurant mit Meerblick serviert. Das Personal ist immer sehr nett. Parking ist gratis.

Che gemma è questo posto. Ho avuto quattro giorni di più dopo una conferenza a Capetown e ho prenotato qui dopo una breve ricerca online.  Karen e Dave hanno fatto di questo un bel posto per essere. Quando sono arrivato, mi hanno invitato a una birra al pub del posto, mi hanno dato un buon consiglio su chi prenotare per la merluzzola e la balena guardare... e poi andare a DeKelders... La mia ”camera” come un viaggiatore solitario era davvero un condominio con cucina, e poi salta in piedi la camera da letto. Buona cena, buon wifi e buona conversazione hanno fatto l'esperienza un A +. Lulu il cane amichevole cementa l'accordo per far sentire il posto come a casa.
