Finalmente capisco cosa intendono le recensioni con ”non si può negoziare in modo amichevole”. L'hotel ha fatto il check-out alle 11:00. Dato che il tempo era un po' limitato, ho voluto negoziare un ritardo di 30 minuti. Di conseguenza, mi è stato detto che se non fossi riuscito a fare il check-out alle 11:00, avrei ricevuto una multa di 80 dollari. Alla fine, ho fatto le valigie e me ne sono andato il più velocemente possibile. È davvero disumano 🙄

One of the nicer properties in Atlantic City. Modern decor and spacious rooms. Very comfortable. Of course lots of food choices and plenty of amenities. A short stay for business so didn’t enjoy all of the extras. Nice view from the 30th floor.

Stayed over to see a show. They were sold out but we got the room through trip.com. Corner room was spacious, clean and had a great shower. Bathroom hair dryer wasn't working but they left an extra one. Got in later than we wanted due to traffic, went to the show, met with friends and ate late at night. Great selection available for late nite food. Burger was excellent (I'm picky about burgers). My only complaint - I thought the venue was too cold. Love that Hard Rock offer both smoking and non smoking rooms. I hate getting a room that has been smoked in.

Well located, close to a bunch of nice restaurants. The room and the amenities were nice. The only bad thing was that we arrived one hour before the check-in time (4 pm) and they wanted to charge us ~$50 for an early check-in, so we had to hang out for an hour.

LLB1170The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.

CCRodOk so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience.
Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert.
Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus.
From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout).
The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy.
In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

Strumenti di marcia e di potenza e poi l'allarme d'incendio è andato fuori e fu detto dalla gente della strada che dovevamo evacuare. È stata una mattina terribile, i consumatori apprezzano il fatto che si desidera migliorare la struttura, ma si prega di tenere conto dei vostri ospiti che vi si trovano soprattutto per un fine settimana. La ragione per cui ci siamo fermati persino è stata di riposare di buona notte dopo il sabato sera, quindi è stato davvero orribile svegliarsi per le attrezzature di battaglia e di potere quando tutto quello che volevo era riposare di buona notte.

We were in room 301- so no view or balcony- but you could step outside and walk around and look at the water (which is across the street)-BUT people do walk by the front of your room, in front of the sliding glass doors, so if you don't want that, book room with a view- they have balconies and you cannot walk in front of them.Check in was a breeze and Diane was very efficient and informative. We only stayed 1 night, but chose not to go to the pool because we came on a Sunday, thinking it would be quiet and chill. The bar is right next to the heated pool and there was a band, so it was not quiet- nothing wrong with it- just not what we were looking for. Beach was gorgeous. They have a jitney that takes you to town and towels available that you can also take to the beach. Keurig, microwave and mini-fridge in each room as well as a safe and robes. Well-lit at night and felt safe walking to my room solo. AC worked wonderfully - I should have brought an extra blanket. Water pressure was a little weak but doable.
Only negatives- beds were pretty soft and the pillows were terrible- bring your own.

UUtente ospiteDi recente ho soggiornato all'Harrah's ****** and Hotel di Atlantic City e ho avuto un'esperienza complessivamente positiva, sebbene con qualche piccolo inconveniente. La camera era pulita e la posizione dell'hotel era comoda per raggiungere le attrazioni vicine, il che è stato un grande vantaggio. Inoltre, la loro sala da poker era un punto forte, offrendo una buona selezione di giochi divertenti e ben organizzati. Ho persino vinto qualcosa giocando a poker, il che ha reso l'esperienza ancora migliore.
Tuttavia, ci sono stati un paio di problemi che hanno influito sul mio soggiorno. Il più preoccupante è stato un buco nella scrivania che si estendeva nel muro. Questo strano difetto ha anche causato un cattivo isolamento acustico, rendendo facile sentire i miei vicini parlare giorno e notte, il che è stato piuttosto fastidioso.
Nonostante questi problemi, prenderei in considerazione l'idea di soggiornare di nuovo all'Harrah's, soprattutto se riparassero il buco nel muro. Nel complesso, è una buona scelta, soprattutto per chi è interessato alla loro offerta di poker.
