酒店尚可，trip.com 這個平台不值得信任，為了賺取客户的房費，謊稱當天的訂單不能退也不能修改，理由是酒店不同意退改。可提前一天到達的我，問酒店前台能否調整日期提前一天入住？酒店方面非常肯定的答覆：平台同意調整日期即可；但本人在平台上無論如何也修改不了入往日期！提問所謂“專職客服”，永遠是機器人的回覆:不能退改！在一再追問下，回了一句“如果酒店同意退房，一週後退款”。明明我衹需要修改入住時間（提前一天），且酒店方明確表示在平台上修改入住時間即可馬上辦理入住手續，trip.com平台卻設定不能修改 。站在酒店前台的我對這種推三阻四的機器人回覆高度懷疑：平台是在千方百計找藉口來私吞客人預付款！為了不讓這種無良商家的陰謀得逞，咱衹好改變行程，在這家酒店連住兩晚！給平台多賺佣金的機會，但絕不允許平台有意坑客。如果讓平台經常嚐到這種設計坑客的回報率遠高於正常佣金的甜頭，社會風氣真會每況逾下。無論trip.com 這個平台的擁有者是香港人還是台灣或者大陸人，都將使我中華民族臉上無光。奉勸平台所有者誠信經營，否則會自食其果。

Facility was very clean and smelled good. The front desk ladies were quick and very communicative. The room was clean, nice and spacious even for a solo traveler. The view I had of the lake was beautiful. I definitely would recommend this place and will be staying there more when I come up for trips

La nostra una notte al Sleep Inn era meravigliosa. Amiamo le letti e letti. La TV era grande, luminosa e aveva un buon pacchetto di cavo. La doccia era eccezionale! La camera da pranzo era accogliente e offre un patio esterno che ha guardato la Baia orientale. Abbiamo sentito che il valore offerto in questa gamma di prezzi era eccezionale.

Facilità: bene, ma non c'è ascensore.Ci sono sauna in ginnastica. Igiene: l'igiene è buona e pulita. Ambiente: il paesaggio circostante è buono, vicino al lago Michigan. Servizio: sì, il personale della reception è molto entusiasta.

E' meraviglioso.

相當好的酒店，下次還會再來。兩個泳池都很好，工作人員非常友好和樂於助人，水景很漂亮。

La stanza è pulita e pulita come sempre, il programma TV è ricco e molto adatto per i viaggiatori. L'hotel ha colazione, il parcheggio è gratuito, il personale della ricetta ha cambiato una stanza gratuitamente

E'un po' pesante per il colazione, e' tutto bene.

This  year we celebrated our 41st  wedding anniversary, but didn’t want to spend a fortune on a cute little hotel in a city close by , where we could unwind and we could also do a bit of after Christmas shopping . We found this cute cozy little city called Traverse City in Michigan. It was a short ride ( 3 hours) and arrived at this hotel situated on the beautiful Little traverse Bay  . I can only imagine how nice this city is in the summer , I hear it’s called the Cherry Capital of Michigan .  The hotel was as perfect as the city.  And It had all the amenities that we needed for our perfect little get away .  The room was just the right size for the 2 of us. With a comfy king bed and a queen bed , with crisp clean sheets with equally nice employees  to round out our stay.   We were told about a nice restaurant where we could enjoy a great steak with  great ambiance . BOONES Long Lake Inn . ,after which we retired to our room back at the hotel .  Sadly we weren’t able to enjoy the hot tub or pool as we were just too tired from enjoying the day and evening out. We did enjoy the free breakfast that was delivered to our door.  All in a I have to give it a 5 star  experience.hoping to return again soon .
