L'hotel Riz più confortevole in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Il letto più comodo, quindi sono rimasto lì per altre tre notti. Non volevo davvero lasciare questo letto. La reception era così accogliente e hanno organizzato anche il check-in con cura dopo essere arrivato con un volo in anticipo!

I’m going to start saying that this family vacation was sweet and sour. After looking around and have my concerns because some of the reviews I decided to stay here anyways. I’m going to start with the positive things. Breakfast- pretty nice, there was a variety eggs, pancakes, fruit, cereal, bread, etc. Ms Penny at the breakfast station was nice and polite. The room that was assigned was clean, the bed was comfy. *now let’s go with the next… 1. We arrived around 6pm, I proceeded to check in the lady at the front desk agent I’m not going to say her name but stars with Y (very unprofessional) told me that I was checked in. I was (what?) no I’m sorry but we just arrived, she was yes you are, I was no, then she mentioned another person name with my last name and said are you sure you are not _ _ and I was so now I don’t know my name :/ I was no ma’am that’s not my name. So the other person showed at the lobby because they assigned the wrong room… that means they assigned somebody else to my room without check and compare the name on the id and the credit card :| si the hotel manager came and reassigned another room for me and for the other lady, at this point the front desk lady said but there is no more housekeeping personnel and I was OMG, so after we finally got our room (finally), Sunday afternoon I told my husband we are having a good time with the kids let me see if I can extend one more day, so we can do something else with them, I proceeded to the FD and talked to the gentleman (Don’t remember his name) he said well to extend a night is 149, I said ok let me talk to my husband I’ll be back, when I went back who was there again Ms Y, so I said Hi I want to see if I can extend one more night and she was well is 159 and I was OMG here we go again. I was Ms Y! I came here a moment ago and he told me another price and she was no, he was incorrect, I was online is 136 and you are telling me that is 159. You know never mind. At this point I was so upset that I call Guest relations and explain everything from the beginning, they call the hotel and the lady told the Guest Relations agent that non of that happened and I was like whattttt, so now she was calling me liar ??? To put the cherry on top when we were ready to checkout and put our luggage in the car, we noticed that someone hit our car in the parking lot ( I thank God that wasn’t that bad) at this point I was so frustrated!!! We asked the Front desk and guess what?!?! There was no cameras in that side of the building! Yes, no cameras in a side where there a door with no lock and anyone can enter to the premises and have access to the rooms. I worked with hotel industry for more than 15 years and this was a terrible service and experience ! Picture of the good and no so good!

La concha is a beautiful & historic hotel in the heart of beautiful Key West. The location is unbeatable & the balcony rooms, while smaller than other standard rooms, offers excellent people watching & beautiful blue sky views. A parking space is included, which is great to have right on Duval & Fleming Streets. The staff was mostly very friendly, but the service level varied. At one point in our stay, the front desk went out of their way to make us a key card to use the microwave located in the conference room. When I asked to use it the next day, another staff member says there wasn't one in the building. I went & took a photo through the window to show him. He then said he could not grant me access as the desk had previously done. No biggie but a little frustrating. Our main issue with the hotel was HIDDEN FEES. Upon arrival, we were told we would be charged a fee of over $80 per room as a ”destination fee,” which was never explicitly disclosed & was certainly not fairly advertised. I asked about waiving this fee & the night desk said it was possible to check & see with day manager. The next day, they insisted the fee could not be waived & were unwilling to help with it further. I let them know I booked through a 3rd party prepaid, it said fees & taxes were included. They said read the fine print. They charged my card for the fees. Not being forthcoming and clear about the destination fee was the issue I had. And having parts of the hotel amenities, including outdoor areas, being closed off during the stay make this resort/destination fee more of a slap in the face. To highlight this point, the staff at this ”destination” hotel warned us that if we see some stuff a little run down or not in operation, its because the hotel just got bought & things wouldn't get straightened out until the new company takes over. Also minor issues for such a pricey hotel included missing slats on the inner balcony door & similar minor cosmetic issues. Other than that it is a beautiful building & top-notch location. Overall the experience was very enjoyable. P.S. The awesome bar tender makes delicious key lime martinis!
Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort

If you are looking to stay at one of the best places in Ft. Lauderdale- look no further. This Hilton lives up to its name between the cleanliness of the rooms, halls, pool, lobby and spa. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, always smiling. We were greeted and welcomed back every time we came and went wether it was by car or on foot. They did have some elevator issues during our time there, but were fixed rather promptly and did not put a damper on our stay. The location couldn’t have been better for us. Across the street is the beach and if you make a right down N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd and walk about 15-20 mins you will hit some of the best restaurants we’ve ever eaten at. Live music every night and more outdoor dining then I’ve ever seen, it just makes you feel so alive! We recommend Spazio, it’s a bit further down the ***** but we went back twice it was so good. There’s a CVS not too far from the hotel on that same ***** that has any essentials you may have forgotten or if you’d just like some snacks/alcohol. My husband and I got a couples massage in the Hilton’s Spa, it was fantastic! We ate breakfast at Ilios (inside the hotel on floor 6 by the pool) the food was to die for. They have outdoor, indoor and at the bar dining. A few side notes, parking is expensive ($20ish a day) and I believe it’s valet only. The resort fee includes two bottles of water a day, two free hours for their bikes, yoga in the morning and you get beach chairs and towels. Umbrellas are an extra charge of $25 which is very expensive to me unless you really would like to be on the beach for hours. We only found ourselves using the beach chair services so the resort fees were a bit of a waste of money to us, but for how immaculate this Hilton is, it didn’t bother me. Last thing, I wanted something with a balcony so I booked the Ocean view. I was very happy with that but it was only a partial view so if you’d like a full blown view I think you need to book an ocean front. Overall, extremely happy with everything and I promise you Hilton & Fort Lauderdale, we will come back and see you soon!

Grande hotel, tutto il personale, dal secondo che si tira in macchina sono fantastici.Il tizio di tovaglioli è andato a prendere dei salotti extra niente sembra troppo, che è come si vuole sentire in vacanza. Devo fare una menzione speciale alla bella signora del gioco del bingo, lei era molto divertente. Hanno un po 'di spiaggia che’ bello e un grande posto sulle roche per cocktail. Le camere sono belle e spaziose. La piscina è piccola, ma la spiaggia è più che mai. Sicuramente rimarrà quando in Key Largo.

Il servizio era buono, un ottimo luogo. In generale era ok, non troppo opzioni offerte al colazione mattina dopo che si entra nel lobby e all'interno della stanza c'è un odore di meraviglia nell'aria. Dammi le stelle dell'hotel 3.5.

Posso offrire a questo hotel amico del cane un rating di cinque stelle ben meritato, perché la nostra esperienza non era che eccezionale. Dal momento che siamo arrivati, il personale ci ha salutati caldamente, e la loro amicizia e aiuto erano evidenti nel corso del nostro soggiorno. Il nostro amico di furry era trattato come un VIP. L'impegno dell'hotel di essere amico del cane è stato notevole, e il nostro animale domestico si sentiva proprio a casa fin dall'inizio. Oltre all'aspetto di comodo animale domestico, l'hotel stesso è stato un vero piacere, la zona della piscina che offre una ricreativa fuga con musica carina. Le camere erano sempre pulite e il piacevole scento che permeava l'hotel ha creato un'atmosfera accogliente e invitante. Quando siamo tornati per la terza visita, il nostro amore per questo posto è cresciuto solo più forte. Se stai cercando un giardino amico di cani dove il servizio eccezionale, un bel ambiente e camere ricche si converge, non guardare più. Questo hotel è una gemma assoluta che non possiamo aiutare, ma adorare.
