UUtente ospiteOur second stay in Centara Mirage and it is still a great choice for families, especially considering the water park possibilities. The first room was a little bit smelly (I'm not sure it was fresh paint), but we were lucky and got an other room which satisfied us. One minus, but still 5* star rating for us: the AC is in the lowest mode is still to loud to fall into sleep - the Fan was also to loud. So, during the night it was very warm and we sweat a lot (I felt back into my youth, when spending sommer vacation with my parents in some hotel in the 90's without AC...and yes, we all survived).

I conducenti di servizio di Buggy sono sempre stati utili, mi hanno anche mostrato il modo per andare in strada a comprare qualcosa da mangiare!

LLian SengTo be honest, after reading all the reviews, I had pretty high expectations for Amari. I booked a one-night stay for my birthday. However, there was no special “birthday” decor or complimentary cake, which is something other 5-star hotels usually provide.
The room I booked was a “2x double bed room.” The hotel staff kindly informed me that the “double beds” were only 3 feet wide and asked if I wanted to upgrade to a larger family-sized room. I chose not to, but I feel it’s important to note that the so-called “double beds” are more like single beds. The booking website’s description was misleading. I would suggest that the hotel update the description to “single beds” to avoid confusion, especially since it markets itself as a “family hotel.”
The facilities and breakfast were excellent, as expected. The kids’ club, outdoor playground, swimming pool, and kid-friendly water park were all fantastic. We especially loved the restaurant Prego, which served excellent pizzas and gelato!l 10% off as hotel staff.
My main issue, however, was the misleading “double bed” description and the condition of the room. Since the beds were mounted on a frame designed for a king-sized bed, there was a gap between them. This caused the beds to shift frequently, and I accidentally knocked my shin on the oversized frame. Additionally, there were maintenance issues in Room 1219: a missing overhead light bulb, an air conditioner that wasn’t very cold, and a faulty wardrobe light. These issues pointed to poor upkeep by the hotel management.
To add to this, my wife was surprised to find the vanity set had already been opened and not replaced. It’s possible the housekeeper forgot to check and replenish it. The housekeeper may have been rushed when preparing the room, as we arrived at 1 PM, but only entered the room at 2:15 PM. Strangely, when we collected the key cards, we found that our room door was left ajar.

PPet desGood value for money. I would like to mention a items for perhaps a better stay experience
1. However, during my stay 21-24/3/2025 I experienced a ” foul odour” in the entire lobby from the glass door entrance to the Front Desk reception area. I thought perhaps it was a rare occurrence but After experiencing it twice in one day I informed the Front desk staff member suggesting it was ” A drainage odour”. I'm
Not quite sure what they did for the odour but it definitely was smelling nicer in the lobby.
It is a beautiful spacious lobby well lighted,beautiful deco etc but this odour did not do it justice.
2. Also, I would also suggest to the hotel owners to perhaps do a ”deep clean on the sofa sets” located in the lobby area as there were many stains on almost every Seat. I say almost every seat because I walked around whilst waiting for my Grab car.
3. The ”white aesthetic looking” hot & cold shower knobs in guest rooms were not easy to use
As would anyone I adjusted to the water temperature I desired. However The knobs it seemed had a mind of its own Moving by itself
Thus making it difficult to adjust to a proper temperature for the shower . I informed the front desk & the maintenance staff came properly to fix the situation.
4. The A-One New Wing looked like a decent sized hotel so it puzzled me to to why the swimming pool
was located at the MOOD hotel across the street?
5. Kudos on the Breakfast Buffet selections that even included a HALAL option. On three days I had breakfast at the hotel. There were many guests. I am assuming it's because of the thailand school summer holidays and because it was a weekend as well.  with that number of guest, perhaps it would be a better idea to have more than two wonderful coffee machines which served specialty coffee.

Location is amazing, don't need a bike if stay here, songtoew in both way just 1min away!🥳 🤗😁
Clean room, big room, big shower and WC, have a balcony 😁🤗, new and strong Aircon, large and strong fridge (my beverage get frozen ❄️😂), good WiFi.
why then just almost perfect?

On the owner on the hotel: please fix the doors and make a Noise insulation!
big problem: wooden door, doors clamp/jam and you have to SLAM it 3-5x until it close, large empty hallway transport and increase the noise. You hear everything what's going on on the hallway. Especially in the morning, about 5-8 am I woke up 2-4x because someone slammed his door.
I love my sleep, I need my beauty sleep 😁😁. please fix it.
how: fix the doors for they close easy without slamming them 4x. soundproof the doors, put a carpet in the hallway...

UUtente ospiteL'hotel non è male, si trova a sud, vicino alla Marina e al terminal 21. I plus includono una grande TV (in caso di maltempo), un litro di acqua potabile al giorno e un angolo cottura in camera. La biancheria da letto è standard.
La piscina è piccola, il sole splende due ore al giorno
Pulizia: un paio di volte la donna delle pulizie è venuta dopo le 16:00 (in qualche modo ci si abitua al fatto che le stanze vengono pulite dalle 12 alle 15), in linea di principio era pulito. Non ho notato alcuna creatura vivente, nemmeno le onnipresenti formiche
C'è una palestra, ma l'aria condizionata era rotta, il che ha reso tutto molto difficile.
C'è un'alta probabilità che sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel

MMangporrMi piace davvero Il personale è adorabile. Anche la zia cameriera è carina. Siamo andati da soli e abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti. sentirsi sicuro La hall dispone di personale in ogni momento. Le sistemazioni sono pulite. Il ristorante di fronte all'hotel è delizioso ed economico. Vicino al 7-11, vicino al Central, a pochi passi dall'hotel, dall'altra parte della strada verso la spiaggia. Il tetto è davvero impressionante. Grande piscina, vista sul mare, ottima atmosfera 🥰🥰

Beach that cross road is great . Photo attached
Overall hotel is in good location and swimming pool block is nice . We expect to stay swimming pool block coz in photo only show that . But city view is condominiums style block . This is the minus point we experienced
Other facility such as kid pool is great !
