I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND A VERY COMFORTABLE WEEK'S STAY AT HOTEL INATEL. IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA

Die Lage des Hostels in Sichtweite zur Bucht von Praia da Vitória ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Service ist überaus freundlich, allerdings nicht rund um die Uhr vor Ort (eine Telefonnummer ist jedoch hinterlegt). Die Zimmer sind mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet; qualitative Ausstattung und Sauberkeit in der Gemeinschaftsküche sind jedoch nur bedingt gegeben.

Ottimo hotel nel complesso. Ottima posizione e personale cordiale e ottimi giardini/vista. L'esperienza potrebbe essere notevolmente migliorata con solo due piccoli cambiamenti: 1. Servizio a bordo piscina: così com'è, devi procurarti cibo e bevande. Aggiungere un'app o un sistema di chiamata sarebbe fantastico. Un cameriere/cameriera in piscina sarebbe fantastico. 2. Materassi migliori. Sembravano piuttosto duri, come un materasso economico non adatto a un bell'albergo.

The service I received was amazing, the staff members were super helpful, nice and professional. The facilities were clean and operational, I had no issues with any of the equipment or appliances. Lastly, the location, the view, the room, all beautiful like something out of a movie! I would definitely love to stay here again and is a strong recommendation to friends and family!

Perfect location on a beautiful island. Better get the room with a sea view and watch the boats come in. Good breakfast plenty of choice and wonderful fresh fruit. Staff all very pleasant and spread the happiness. Excellent pool kept meticulously clean. Hot tub if rain comes and hot sauna. R3 Restaurant just across the road. Gentle stroll along the front into town and the marina.

A great resort on the North Coast of Azores. The trail along the coast from the hotel is very nice. There are a few restaurants around and the hotel has good breakfast and a restaurant on site opening for lunch and dinner. Good for family, the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They can help you book tours and call taxis.

Questo posto è buono e tutto è ok

Hotel che segna un certo età e disuso. Insonorizzazione delle camere deboli, permettendo di sentire rumore da camere contigue. Abbiamo prenotato 2 camere per la famiglia, non c'è cura di mettere almeno in uno stesso piano. Autoclima che ha fatto il pinguino tutta la notte. Dopo la reclamo, i tecnici hanno cercato di risolvere e la seconda notte, ha rotto tutto il meccanismo, e non ha avuto acqua nel bagno. Il check out è che hanno proposto un cambio di camera. Buone condizioni di piscina interna, sauna e bagno turco.

Muito bem situado, junto à avenida principal. A limpeza do quarto, tal como, nas áreas comuns num excelente nível. A disponibilidade e atenção dos funcionários é total. Ambiente acolhedor e virado na prática para a sustentabilidade ambiental. Muito recomendável!

Ottimo luogo, con parcheggio, camere molto buone e le aree comuni e di fare molto bene cura, ha vista mare e piscina esterna, ginásio ben attrezzato per fare un allenamento rapido e la piscina interna con acqua calda in una buona Temperatrice.
