Maharashtra, India: hotel sul mare

I truely feel that here at The Taj, it is customer care not just routine customer service, everyone is so nice, friendly and kind.  My stay here has been more than just the hotel building itself, the people here made it extra special and a place I can’t wait to come back too 10 out of 10, would rate it even higher if I could 👍

L'hotel è situato vicino al Terminal 2 dell'aeroporto di Mumbai. Non c'è nulla nelle vicinanze dell'hotel, nemmeno un negozio conveniente. Esso è adatto per un breve viaggio d'affari dove solo il trasporto aeroportuale vicino è necessario a causa del traffico pesante a Mumbai. In generale, la camera dell'hotel è pulita e ha una vista infinita al parcheggio aereo. È possibile vedere il taxi di volo se si sta soggiornando in vista della stanza giusta. Il colazione ha una varietà di fusione indiana e occidentale. Tuttavia, un punto meno importante è che la cucina non cambia mai il menu del colazione. E' stato esattamente lo stesso menu per i miei 4 soggiorni notturni. Forse la cucina può cambiare almeno 1 o 2 piatti in futuro.

Had a fantastic stay at Trident Nariman Point – exceptional service, warm hospitality and great views from my executive ocean view room made it truly memorable!

The property is truly impressive. From the photos showcasing its creation, it's clear that the owner has invested a lot of heart and soul into it. However, the fern has recently taken over the area. The property has some age to it, and we had read reviews mentioning that the villas require maintenance. We opted for the executive room with a partial beach view. The room was spacious, and we had a wonderful time. The highlight was undoubtedly the stunning beach view through the garden—a view to die for. The beachside restaurant offered delicious cocktails and snacks, though it was a bit pricey, which is expected for such a property. Angpa, our server at the restaurant, was very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast buffet at Atlantis restaurant was just okay—not the best—seemingly due to limited staff managing a large number of guests. Our son thoroughly enjoyed the kids' water pool, which was fantastic. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely plan to visit again.

The stay at the resort was rejuvenating. The food is excellent! The staff is very friendly and polite. The location is top notch both near the city, beach at the same time quiet and serene. A special thanks to pragati and sanjyot for such a memorable stay. Looking forward to visiting the resort regularly in the future!

L'hotel è normale. Il personale è responsabile, con l'opportunità di trasferirsi in un'altra stanza. La colazione è, mini tavolo svedese, ma non ci piacevamo davvero cibo di qualità del gusto (acuta), è necessario chiedere di portare piatti, appena finito, la sala da pranzo non è molto comoda.

Dannatamente bella vista. Il meglio di questo hotel. Anche gli altri stanno bene. Ma quello dell'infinito è semplicemente troppo bello

I checked into the hotel early. The room wasn't ready yet so I went and had breakfast. The international buffet spread was really good, and service from restaurant staff was 10/10 - they were attentive and made sure I had everything. A while later, the reception staff came to inform me personally that my room was ready, and they gave me a nice quiet room like I asked for. There was an accident during my stay, in which the security guard accidentally broke my photo frame which I had just purchased. The duty manager was super nice and had it sent for repair, and next day, I was able to get my photo frame before I flew home. The staff were so apologetic, and sent me some lovely sweets as well as a sincere, handwritten note. Altogether, I had a wonderful stay and will be back if I'm ever in the area.
