The location of Riva is excellent. Right on the quietest part of the beach, but still very accessible to beach shacks and restaurants. There are 3 pools on the premises and the spa services are great. Check in and check out was so smooth. I really wish I could rate Riva higher because it’s a beautiful resort with hospitable staff and it has the potential to be very relaxing. However the food was a huge letdown. Goa is known as an amazing culinary experience, and I wish Riva was able to offer food that was upto Goan standards. I ordered a soup at the cafe and it was substandard to say the least. The sambhar and veg gravy the next morning was watered down and then over salted. Fortunately my resourceful family was able to find some amazing food options outside the hotel.
There’s work to do and I will wait to hear of better food reviews before I recommend or visit again.

Sono felice di rimanere all'hotel Swati.Vivo con mia figlia. Prenotato attraverso
Trip.com. La stanza è spaziale, c'è il vostro balcone, parzialmente ombreggiato da alberi con buona vista. Ci sono un pozzo di tè e un frigorifero nella stanza. Puoi prendere acqua, shampoo, carta da bagno una volta al giorno. Molto piacevole e utile in tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel.
Un rapporto eccellente prezzo-qualità.
Penso di tornare qui l'anno prossimo.

В номере нет возможности нормально сушить вещи , только в другом здание на крыше есть сушилка
2. В номере вообще нет москитных сеток, было бы неплохо сделать полог из сетки над кроватью , чтоб полностью оправдать уровень отеля 4*
3. В ванной вентилятор дребезжит очень громко
4. Наш номер 112 был прям рядом с технической зоной ресторана и постоянно был шум от вентиляции
При прочих равных, если руководство отеля все же сделает москитные сетки на окна или сделают хотя бы пологи над кроватью, то я бы вернулась в отель.

Начну в хорошего:
Отель расположен на первой линии, выходишь сразу на пляж.
Если взять номер с видом на море, то очень красиво
Завтраки нормальные, голодным не останешься( кофе только растворимый, если это важно кому).
Хороший бассейн.
Минусы:
Номера грязноватые и портепаны, пыль плохо протирают, кондиционер оказался очень шумным, спасали только беруши.
За 4 дня убил в туалете 4 таракана, пятый сбежал
Вокруг отеля живут бедняки( наверное они же рыбаки, которые живут по соседству)в домах из г-на и палок.
Персонал какой-то не приветственный.
В первый день бассейн был закрыт на профилактику.

Начну с лучшего: персонаж шикарный, начиная со входа и все с кем нам довелось взаимодействовать, вежливые, улыбчивые, искреннее настроены помочь и максимально удовлетворить все ваши адекватные потребности - это просто пушка, мегареспект. Приезжали всего на ночь с семьёй, это была вынужденная остановка, но к отелю это отношения не имеет, утром на завтраке нам приготовили лучший за все время омлет с молоком, потом мы спросили кашу, которой не было и какао, парнишка даже не знал что это такое, загуглил и нам все сделали! Территория красивая, дорога на пляж приятная, номера прекрасные! Песок на пляже мелкий, скрипучий как снег - просто рай!!
Ну и минусы которые требуют категорического внимания:
1. Пол в номере был ОЧЕНЬ грязным, мы приехали поздно вечером, уложили детей, приняли душ, ходили там по номеру, а утром посмотрели на свои ноги и офигели. Жена ради прикола взяла салфетку и провела по полу - лучше бы этого не видеть🤣
2. В бассейне очень чистая вода, сам бассейн с разной глубиной, очень комфортно - НО, в детской, более мелкой, зоне бассейна просто невозможно находиться, очень сильно тянет мочой из туалетов, прям воняет именно на уровне воды и метр выше. Если отплыть в противоположный конец, там все хорошо, проветривает.
3. Мы с проблемой не столкнулись, но мне кажется маловато лежаков на бассейне и пляже(8 шт), возможно пляжные лежаки больше актуальны для европейцев, тогда должно хватить.

L'hotel si affoga in un territorio verde, bello e ospite. Il bungalow ha terrazze.
La posizione è insuccesso. 5 minuti dal mare, ma c'è una spiaggia vuota, nessuna letto e ombrello. Andare a letto è molto lontano, 15 minuti sulla costa.
La stanza ha tutto tranne acqua calda))
Il pranzo non è molto buono. Non c'è caffè, solo caffè solubile. Anche un calderone per il tè è richiesto separatamente. Solo uova e frutta possono essere mangiati da tutta la tavola svedese.
Il personale in russo non parla, non molto affrettato

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno al Majestic Eco Comfort a Varca, Goa, con la nostra famiglia. La proprietà era pulita, pulita e ben mantenuta, rendendo il nostro soggiorno molto comodo. Il personale era cortese e utile**, aggiungendo alla nostra piacevole esperienza. Abbiamo davvero goduto del nostro tempo qui e lo consigliereremmo assolutamente ad altri che cercano un soggiorno rilassante a Goa!

Lavare pulito, polvere sui perimetri, tavoli, sedie sul balcone si lava. Materie e cuscini di norme. I vicini non hanno sentito. Vicino alla spiaggia, uscire dal centro al caveau di salvataggio, vicino a 5 colli. Nel villaggio ai negozi non è vicino, più km. Piccola piscina, riscaldata in modo che la sera è più caldo bagno che una piscina. È costantemente necessario parlare il numero della vostra stanza non solo all'entrata ma anche all'uscita! Non c'è caffè nero, solo dal ...on colazione ci sono molti piatti vegetariani e vegani, di carne 2 tipi di salsa, bacon, pollo (non sempre).

We travelled together with my husband, we are not clubbers, of course we knew that north Goa is famous for its clubs, shacks, and night parties, BUT not by our room. Even if you party, you don’t sleep in the club, you definitely go home. But this hotel is a party hotel as it was said in the different booking aggregator, in the trip.com there were no reviews about it, so I’m the first one telling you that if you want to sleep at night you will sleep and sing songs ***** with the people from the club besides your hotel, it’s not just noisy, it’s extremely loud, unbearable noise! The location to the beach is downstairs, so you need to climb the stairs back to the hotel each time you go to the beach. The beach is cosy and clean, there are some nice places to stay and eat, to watch the sunset. By the way there’s a small swimming pool and some sunbeds in the hotel area. The room was cosy and functional , they provide even an iron. I think they try to compensate the noise at night by all means.
There are many clubs around the hotel, not just one! So if you don’t mind the parties- it’s definitely your place! I felt as I was sleeping in the club.
We booked breakfast and it was completely Indian, only eggs and toasts were served except the Indian dishes. The restaurant provides lunch and dinner in their restaurant, we tried Indian cuisine and some other dishes, but all of them didn’t satisfy us at all. So overall the stay in this hotel hasn’t been really enjoyable!

Понимаю, что, наверное, многих пугали отзывы про старый фонд-но мне достался весьма приличный номер)

We were shown to our room and things explained.
The balcony was small but ample.
The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue.
The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter.
The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby.
The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way.
The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though.
The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice.
The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning.
Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble.
We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection.
If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss.
Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in.
All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

Per il nostro viaggio in India, il Little India Beach Cottages sarà il nostro rifugio speciale! Goa è già di per sé una splendida parte dell'India, ma questo hotel ha fatto di tutto per renderla ancora più speciale! Inizialmente avevamo prenotato una camera standard, ma volevamo qualcosa di più grande, quindi abbiamo chiesto alla reception alcune opzioni. Hanno colto al volo l'occasione per aiutarci, suggerendoci una delle camere più spaziose con cucina, soggiorno e camera da letto separati. È diventata la nostra piccola casa per tre notti e ci è piaciuta tantissimo! Quella sera abbiamo provato il bar e il ristorante dell'hotel e da allora abbiamo mangiato lì tutti i giorni. Il cibo è divino e senza dubbio uno dei miei piatti indiani preferiti! Da veri inglesi, abbiamo adorato la patata dolce e piccante! Abbiamo anche provato il Cabo (liquore al cocco) per la prima volta grazie al meraviglioso consiglio di Sonu! Sonu si è assicurato che fossimo accuditi ogni volta che entravamo nel ristorante, affamati e desiderosi di un delizioso curry! È stato così cordiale e disponibile con le mie esigenze alimentari! È un vero tesoro!! Abbiamo anche prenotato le nostre escursioni tramite l'hotel. Kapil non è stato solo il nostro autista, ma anche la nostra guida turistica! Conosce Goa a un livello quasi sovrumano! È stato una vera risata durante il viaggio e si è assicurato che trascorressimo il miglior tempo possibile. Ci ha insegnato davvero molto sulla vita a Goa e su come la storia abbia plasmato la gente e la vita lì. È stato anche lui ad accompagnarci all'aeroporto, così siamo ripartiti con un sorriso! In generale, tutto lo staff è stato fantastico. Ci è dispiaciuto lasciare il nostro rifugio alla fine. Grazie mille per la nostra esperienza a Goa!!

DDanielUn soggiorno assolutamente piacevole. Raccomando molto questo posto a tutti e soprattutto a coloro che cercano di rilassarsi e di rilassarsi dalla spiaggia. Non ***y posti in India sono come questo. Le strutture e il personale sono tutti di prima vista. Molto professionale e gentile. Hanno curato tutte le nostre esigenze senza esitazioni. C'è un bel giardino per camminare la notte, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia e guardie di sicurezza in entrambe le uscite.
Il resort aveva una vasta varietà di cibo, con diversi ristoranti da scegliere, anche se forse un po' troppo costoso rispetto a ristoranti altrettanto buoni vicino.
In generale, vorrei che avessimo rimasto un po'piu', ma avessimo già prenotato i voli. Certamente tornerò quando torno a Goa.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel itself is nice and clean, the room we had was 511 which if you want to walk to the beach going out the back way is a nice short cut, security guys are on point and really nice, only thing I would say the reception staff could do with some ramp up, what I mean by that is when we had checked in we was told that our passports will take 5 minutes to scan which to us was a bit alarming, scanning a document in today's day and age takes seconds, once that was done we was told ok you’ve checked in room 511 and that was it. So we asked the question ok it is our first time here are you able to point us in the right direction towards the room, to the response we got was 'oh you don't know where the room is' to which it replied 'happening to be our first time here no we do not know where the room is'
Just this little issue did put us off on day one but what can you do, apart from that we didnt have any other issues.

They know how to treat their guests.
They decorated the room, and arranged a surprise, everything was special.
There was a small blunder, but they made up for it, and sorted everything out, a perfect 5 star experience.
Also the attached beach by the hotel… is a different sensory experience to wake up to.
Very polite and professional staff, and courteous service.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo avuto un fantastico soggiorno in questa proprietà!La posizione è superb solo un minuto a piedi dal mare, rendendo l'accesso alla spiaggia incredibilmente facile. Siamo stati molto impressionati dai terreni, il territorio è spazioso e ben mantenuto, offrendo un riposo pacifico. Il nostro appartamento gemelle era perfetto: pulito, ben attrezzato e molto comodo per due.
Il piacevole caffè sul posto è un grande comodo, e il passo fuori vi porta direttamente alle vivaci strade di Arambol, piene di negozi e ristoranti, a pochi passi da camminare. Una piccola ma molto apprezzata perca è stata le due bottiglie d'acqua che ogni giorno sono state fornite.
L'unico piccolo inconveniente che abbiamo affrontato è che alcuni dei nostri carichi europei non hanno adattato le soccette, ma il personale di ricezione ha fornito rapidamente un adattatore, ordinando la questione immediatamente. Molto consiglia per una vacanza rilassata ma conveniente Goan!

UUtente ospiteQuesto resort ha il potenziale di essere buono, ha un'area decente di piscina e le camere sono ben proporzionate.
La colazione era decente, ma abbiamo trovato disappunto i pasti, soprattutto il risotto che era stato consegnato freddo e poi apparentemente microonde quando abbiamo sottolineato questo.
Abbiamo assistito a una celebrazione della piscina di Sao Joao che è stato un po' deludente, si suppone che sia iniziata a 12.30 ma le decorazioni erano ancora in aumento alle 1pm.
La cosa più deludente è stata quando siamo arrivati molto presto a causa di un treno notturno che arriva quattro ore prima, ma non siamo offerti quanto un bicchiere d’acqua e quando abbiamo chiesto se i nostri sacchetti potevano essere immagazzinati mentre abbiamo comprato colazione ci siamo detto di no e solo per mangiare. La maggior parte del personale che abbiamo affrontato era amichevole.
