Viti Levu Group, Fiji: hotel sul mare

Decent resort but dated rooms and amenities. Most of the staff was great but the reception and drop off staff could certainly do better. We felt a lack of welcoming warmth from the start which only got redeemed by the room and service staff later.

The staff were faultless!! However there were far too many mosquitoes to enjoy our stay- we had stayed in Nadi prior to this for the same amount of time and had 0 problems, same in one of the islands- no bites… here however we had over 20 between two of us from one night. Perhaps they could have repelling candles on the outdoor seating areas, and fly catchers elsewhere, but something needs to be done in this season! I found it overpriced for the experience, the food was average and not worth the cost, there was a cockroach and lizard in our room- I would say the roofs need looking at/ re sealing. The interconnecting rooms are NOT soundproof and you can hear everything from next door. We asked to move and were so with 0 hassle- again the staff were ALL absolutely amazing!!!

Una strana esperienza qui devo dire.. Sono arrivato alla camera da letto 28 (anche se trip.com ha detto che era 10 letto) e non c'era alcun segno di nessuna altra vita nel dormitorio. La maggior parte dei letti sembrava essere fatta mesi fa e nessuno aveva dormito in loro da quando erano coperti di polvere e di polvere. The only downsides to this resort is they don't have any activities or excursions of their own and they direct you to the hotel further along - I snorkelling there which costs $75 - the whole thing felt hurried in my opinion and the trip wasn't Non c'era tempo per fermarci e osservare nulla, sembrava che i ragazzi della barca volessero solo farlo passare e fare il più velocemente possibile.

We stayed at Club Fiji for our entire 5-day visit, and after exploring the area during our stay, we believe it was the best choice in Nadi. Why did we love it? The location is fantastic — right on the beach (we stayed in a beachfront bure), close to the airport but without any airplane noise. There’s a convenient free shuttle to many activities like the Vau Contemporary Dance performance or a Denarau snorkel cruise, and a taxi to Nadi town costs about 10 FJD. Our beachfront bure was newly renovated, clean, and had everything we needed — not fancy but comfortable. The beds were made regularly if we weren’t in the room when housekeeping came by. The grounds are stunning, with beautifully kept gardens and loads of chill-out spots — beach beds under umbrellas, hammocks on palm trees, two pools, and lovely spaces to eat or have a drink. The service was very personal, with staff always checking if we needed anything. They even have a travel expert on-site to help plan your activities and bookings. Entertainment happens most nights, ranging from the unique way dinners are served (like Korean grills or beach BBQs) to concerts and local celebrations. Food-wise, the buffet breakfast is simple but adequate since there are few other options nearby; the à la carte dinner menu is decent, but the special grills are outstanding. We really loved the authentic Fijian atmosphere here, which felt very different from the typical all-inclusive resorts—it had a feeling you couldn’t find just anywhere in the world.

Non è all'altezza di un resort a 5 stelle. Nel complesso è un soggiorno piacevole, ma troppo caro e non aspettatevi il lusso di un 5 stelle. Purtroppo non ha mantenuto la manutenzione di cui ha avuto bisogno nel corso degli anni. Aspetti negativi - problemi con l'aria condizionata e abbiamo dormito senza, ci hanno cambiato camera per risolvere il problema - una perdita sopra la doccia in entrambe le camere - il frigorifero era rotto in entrambe le camere - mancanza di teli da piscina per il numero di ospiti, abbiamo provato a prenderne uno più volte, ma ci è stato detto che erano finiti. Quando finalmente ne abbiamo avuti, erano macchiati. - mancanza di attrezzatura da snorkeling per gli ospiti, purtroppo non abbiamo potuto fare snorkeling perché erano sempre fuori. Abbiamo parlato con altri ospiti che sono andati a comprarne un po' perché non ne hanno trovati nemmeno loro. - L'aria condizionata nelle camere è molto rumorosa. - La connessione internet si interrompe costantemente. - Non siamo riusciti a guardare la TV perché la connessione internet non funzionava per Netflix e ci è stato detto che potevamo guardarla solo su telefoni o iPad. - I menu del cibo in camera sono sporchi e cadenti. Aspetti positivi. - La maggior parte del personale è molto gentile. - La piscina riservata agli adulti è tranquilla e silenziosa. - Buona varietà di attività e cose da fare in hotel. - Il personale è per lo più disponibile quando si ha bisogno di qualcosa. Abbiamo addirittura cercato di ottenere un rimborso alla fine del soggiorno per poter andare via. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno e sappi solo che se decidete di soggiornare qui, è più simile a un resort a 3 o 4 stelle.

Non torneremo più qui. Prima di tutto, la direzione dovrebbe organizzare bene la routine del personale. Tutti sono stati attenti e disponibili, ma: i servizi dell'hotel non sono sufficienti (un giorno abbiamo aspettato gli asciugamani tutto il giorno), ogni giorno alcuni piatti del menu erano fuori (quando si ha una sola opzione per mangiare in hotel, ha senso), la piscina era sporca e l'acqua era troppo fredda.

The Beachouse resort is an amazing place with really good facilities. The dorm has amazing value for money also. The only thing that bothered me was most of the staff. Some were nice, but the most where the least likable staff member i experienced in 3 weeks Fiji in different hotels. Every question seemed to be to much, so grumpy!

This resort offers everything you can hope for; comfort, cleanliness and superb facilities. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, but the air-conditioning is rather noisy. Numerous restaurants on site makes you spoilt for choice, but they are rather pricey. However, the friendly staff are what makes this resort five star, they really are superb.

Il golf intercontinentale è lontano dalla città e dall'aeroporto, ma se non andiamo a Fiji all'estero, allora l'intercontinentale dovrebbe essere la scelta migliore. E'bello rispetto al mare dell'hotel urbano.Molto adatto per il piacere dell'hotel. La colazione è la più perfetta di questa esperienza, il tipo è molto ricco, e il pasto continua a seguire, sempre pieno di scelte fresche. L'ambiente è anche molto bello e confortevole.La reception e il bus sono i migliori servizi per sentirsi. Il cibo cinese e la cena sono un po'peggiori rispetto al colazione. L'ultima volta che abbiamo catturato la pioggia, il ristorante ha iniziato a piovere molto. Poi l'apertura del ristorante è stata in grado di raggiungere il centro, e il cibo non è stato mangiato. Il sistema di scarico non è molto perfetto. Il terreno è tutto il pozzo che può fare pioggia forte e tornare alla stanza per un po'. Voglio che il ristorante aiuti a chiamare un bus suttle e dica troppo occupato, non importa. Così tutti noi siamo infiltrati, il giorno dopo i corridoi sono ghiacciati e dimenticano di migliorare.Il senso generale è buono
