A heartfelt thank you to the Marriott Zhuhai team for making my birthday so special and memorable 🤍 I actually booked Marriott just a day before arriving after my original hotel contacted there's renovation on going and with kids we wanted a quiet surrounding after tiring walk. It turned out to be the best last-minute decision. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm, genuine, and truly thoughtful. The room was beautifully prepared, and the birthday surprise completely caught me off guard — such a lovely touch that made the celebration even more meaningful. Travel around from this location is also convenient with Didi. Every detail, from the service to the overall experience, reflected such care and professionalism - truly 5-star service in every sense. The team went above and beyond to make not just me, but my whole family feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Grateful for the wonderful memories created here. Acquistato con un voucher turistico e culturale del Guangdong da 1200RMB, che includeva biglietti illimitati per due giorni al Chimelong Ocean Kingdom e in più biglietti illimitati per due giorni al Water Park e un biglietto di sola andata per la barca. Si può dire che è stato un ottimo affare. Arrivati alle 12:30, la hall non era affollata e ci sono voluti circa 20 minuti di coda per fare il check-in e avere la camera. Dopo un breve riposo, siamo andati al Water Park nel pomeriggio. Gli scivoli interni erano divertenti ma non troppo estremi. Per il fiume lento bisognava noleggiare dei gommoni, un noleggio doppio costava 60RMB. Abbiamo soggiornato nella zona dell'ippocampo, molto comoda, e la camera era piuttosto grande. Ho apprezzato molto la vasca da bagno, è stato molto rilassante immergersi e guardare serie TV o chiacchierare la sera. Dal 10° piano si potevano anche intravedere i fuochi d'artificio. La mattina successiva siamo andati presto in spiaggia per vedere l'alba (anche se era nuvoloso e non l'abbiamo vista), i delfini (4 delfini molto vivaci) e i fenicotteri. Le barche turistiche partivano ogni 15-20 minuti, e con il vento non faceva caldo, permettendo di ammirare il paesaggio lungo il percorso. Anche le navette erano numerose e convenienti, partivano appena piene senza dover aspettare. Il personale dell'hotel era molto cordiale, ci salutavano sempre con un sorriso ogni volta che passavamo. Forse perché Guangzhou è anch'essa molto umida e calda, non abbiamo avvertito umidità in camera. L'aria condizionata era facile da regolare e raffreddava rapidamente. Anche il deposito bagagli era molto comodo e la chiave della camera era adorabile.

Our stay at Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay honestly felt like a peaceful escape from busy city life. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, private, and relaxing. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and blends very naturally with the seaside surroundings, creating a quiet luxury atmosphere that immediately makes you slow down and enjoy the experience. The room was spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially loved our room location because it was incredibly easy to step outside anytime and enjoy the fresh ocean air, privacy, and relaxing ocean view. Sitting outside during the morning and evening became one of our favorite parts of the stay. The outdoor patio and soaking pool made the experience feel even more special and peaceful, especially at night when the atmosphere became even quieter. The room amenities were excellent, including complimentary minibar drinks, coffee machine, tea selection, bathrobes, ironing equipment, quality toiletries, and many thoughtful details that made the stay feel complete and comfortable. Everything felt carefully prepared and very well maintained. Breakfast was honestly amazing every morning and became one of the highlights of our stay. The fresh colorful fruits, delicious noodles, healthy dishes, fresh juice, and calm dining atmosphere made every morning enjoyable and relaxing instead of rushed. Even though complimentary fruits mentioned in the booking were not provided in the room, we honestly did not mind because the breakfast fruits were incredibly fresh and delicious every day. We also understand why check-in may sometimes take longer because once we entered the room, everything felt perfectly prepared, safe, clean, quiet, functional, and comfortable. We genuinely could not find anything negative during our stay. Thank you and appreciation to all the staff for their warm hospitality, professionalism, kindness, and effort in making our stay memorable, peaceful, and truly relaxing. We would absolutely love to return again in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at zhuhai charming holiday hotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was truly outstanding. Impeccable Front Desk Service A special shout-out to the front desk team, particularly 柳雅琪 for their warm welcome and professional service. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met with a genuine smile. Their local recommendations and helpful attitude made me feel right at home. The hotel facilities are equally impressive. Everything was modern, well-maintained, and designed with guest comfort in mind. I especially enjoyed the tub which was spotlessly clean and offered a fantastic atmosphere to relax. Overall, it was a wonderful stay thanks to the perfect combination of excellent service and high-quality amenities. I look forward to returning soon!

The room doesn’t feel clean and moldy. The breakfast has variations the staffs are helpful. I was chatting with the property two days before checking in to have our room decorated, they agreed. Arrived at property and no decorations. They didn’t even inform me me that they can’t. I’m totally disappointed with that.

Era un facile controllo, e le strutture erano buone, il lavandino era libero, ma era molto occupato e il asciugamano che usavamo non si asciugava i vestiti, quindi ci voleva più di tre ore, finché non ci accorgevamo e ci trasferissimo in un asciugamano diverso.
