For the price, the size of the room (2 bedroom and kitchen) and the location with convenient parking it’s honestly a very good stay and deal for a family. The beach is literally right there, the parking is in front of your room door and the pool is nice too.
That being said, there’s a few things you should be aware of that other people mentioned in their comments. The bad smell other mentioned is true, it’s on and off smells like laundry that stayed in the washer. The AC/Fridge are indeed loud. The overall cleanliness is not so great, but I believe the beds and sheets were clean and that’s kind of all that matters in the end.

Al lago del centro della città, il paesaggio è buono e conveniente.Le strutture sono generali e più vecchie.La cena è nel ristorante dell'hotel, molto conveniente.Il bar del lago deve prenotare in anticipo, e non c'è posto più tardi. La colazione deve essere pulita, il prezzo del buffet non può essere detto alto. Il caffè è un altro soldo. Sono cinque o sei cose (mangiare in un totale di soldi), quasi come un complotto insopportabile*, e il coltello non mangia per la seconda volta.

Not a 5-star place but okay. Spa and pool facilities were partially closed which was extremely inconvenient. They charge extra fee for onsite self-parking which is not reasonable. Staff is polite and friendly but not everyone. Our room was clean and fabulous. Restaurants are small and overpriced. My personal impression: 3/5.

Ci salutava il personale quando arrivammo. L'iscrizione ci voleva solo pochi minuti. La stanza era bella. La stanza era grande e spaziosa. Avevamo una stanza re e regina e entrambi avevano il proprio bagno e il proprio bagno. Una spaziosa sala da soggiorno con un posto in fiamme e un balcone che guarda le montagne e i laghi. La cucina ha tutto quello che avete bisogno. Non potevo chiedere di più. L'hotel è fantastico.

Anche se siamo arrivati tardi di notte, ci siamo salutati con un sorriso luminoso. Il personale è amichevole, rilassato e utile. La vista è stupenda. Il colazione era semplice e buona. Non c'era nessun ascensore dove siamo, ma il personale era felice di aiutare a portare le valigie se necessario.

The cleanness of the room was excellent. The room had a musty smell had to go out and purchase an air freshener to help absorb the smell. I asked if they had bbq was told yes. So we went out bought a steak only to find out it is a charcoal bbq and you had to supply your own. So it was a big disappointment and put a damper on our stay. The hotel is not close to city so heading out again was not an option.
If you want cleanliness it was 100%

L'esperienza molto soddisfacente è stata in camera. Il personale ha iniziato a chiedere il nostro parere, chiedendoci se siamo soddisfatti della stanza. Quando sapevamo che volevamo più spazio, ci ha portato a visitare un altro tipo di camera più grande, Quindi ci scambiamo dalla dimensione Queen in una stanza di dimensione re, principalmente gratis 🤭.Grazie in particolare per l'aiuto di Muizz.

UUtente ospiteBlack Rock Oceanfront is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in Canada, It is upscale and luxurious. It is located within walking distance of the Trans Pacific hiking trail and the Lighthouse.
It has a heated outdoor pool.and a hot tub overlooking the ocean, as well as a fitness room. There are two oceanfront restaurants. They offer the same menu. One is more formal while the other has a casual bar-like feel. The food is very good although pricey, like most places in Ucluelet and Tofino.
Our room at the lodge was large. It had a spectacular view of Big Beach and the ocean from the balcony, which was large enough for more than 2 people to sit at. However, you could see and hear your neighbours enjoying their balconies too. There was a large, ultra-modern bathroom with a separate rainfall shower. There was also a 2-person bathtub located next to a covered glass window. If you uncover that window during daylight, you could see the ocean across the room and balcony.
I prefer Ucluelet because it's quieter than Tofino, and would definitely stay at Black Rock Oceanfront again in a heartbeat.

Il personale che mi ha fatto camminare in porta era sorprendente. Erano molto gentili e molto utili e molto informativi per tutte le mie domande e esigenze. La stanza era molto pulita e i letti erano molto confortevoli. Sono venuto per un fine settimana rilassante e ho avuto solo questo. Il ristorante e il personale dello studio erano così bello e sul pallone. Era molto occupato, ma non si sono mai sbattuti e mi hanno sempre fatto sentire come se fossi l'unico nella stanza. Sono stato molto impressionato.
E' stato deludente che non ci fosse un tubo caldo, perché si occupava di riparazioni in quel momento, ehi, queste cose accadevano, ma la piscina era grande e la sala di allenamento/studio era molto impressionante.
La posizione di questo resort è sorprendente, sinceramente non può ottenere molto meglio. Visione spettacolare sulla spiaggia di una delle spiagge più popolari di questa regione. Che bel posto!!
Mi sento come se potessi andare avanti e indietro, tutto quello che ho avuto una grande esperienza al Bayside Resort e sarò sicuramente presto!!

The room size was decent with a walk in closet that I used as a change room. The cost of the room per night and the resort fee of $25 + tax did not quite match the overall value. The hotel needs a major update; cleaning of general/common areas needs improvements.

PPawang TripNeed to line up for checking in- But good thing the female receptionist is fast. I wasn’t able to find the gym. Reception is not answering calls. They don’t offer breakfast. No face tissue inside the room. No dringking water. Don’t expect too much. Otherwise, not bad as we are just there for a night.

UUtente ospiteTop notch service. Corner suite on the 6th floor had a killer view of the harbor and parliament building. Walking distance from restaurant and the BC museum. Really appreciated having a sitting space separate from the bedroom.
Everything was very nice but room not newly remodeled. Nonetheless, looking forward to an opportunity to stay there again.
Major flaw was the pool, sauna area was part of an attached gym. Not the spa experience I had hoped for.

JjulianaWe stayed here for 5 nights. They are in a great, if not the best, location in Vancouver. Next to Waterfront station where they have skytrain, seabus, buses and train. Also literally at Canada Place where they have free shuttle to Grouse Mountain and Capilano bridge. You can see the cruise, seaplane and helicopter from your room too. Minutes of walk to Gastown to see the stream clock.
Best thing is, when you buy a fridge magnet of Vancouver, the hotel is part of the iconic building.
Staffs are really friendly too, our room is always clean.
If I have a complain, I'm just not very used to housekeeper's trolleys being 24/7 on appearance at the corridor of a 5-star hotel.
Other than that, it's a near perfect stay. Loving the view from our room too.

Anche se è molto vecchio, non penso che il vecchio debba comprare colazione da solo. È il ristorante sottostante che non ha acqua nella stanza, ma in Ci sono macchine vendute nello stesso piano. Se c'è un'auto, puoi fermarti alla porta. In realtà, nessuno verrà a prendere la tassa di parcheggio.

BBrettI recently stayed in a King Executive Suite at Bayview Hotel, and overall, it was a comfortable experience. The suite was spacious, with a well-appointed bedroom and a cozy atmosphere. The bed was plush and inviting, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Everything was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.
The included breakfast was satisfactory, with a decent selection of options to start the day. It wasn’t anything extraordinary, but it covered the essentials well.
The only minor drawback was that the living room area felt a bit dated. While still functional and comfortable, a refresh could enhance the overall feel of the suite.
That said, Bayview Hotel provided a pleasant stay with plenty of space to relax. It’s a solid choice for those looking for a comfortable and clean hotel

UUtente ospiteI was in Victoria for a conference at the Conference Center, and Chateau Victoria's location couldn't have been better! Perfect walking distance with great stops for coffee, lunch, or dinner along the way. The Chateau staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with all questions I had and you HAVE to visit the restaurant, Vista 18. There isn't a bad seat in the house with windows overlooking the town in all directions. My server, Scott, gave a fantastic dinner choice (halibut) which ranks in one of the top 10 meals I've ever had! Excellent wine and cocktail choices as well as desserts - as tasty as they are visually delightful. My room had everything I needed including a Nespresso and a small fridge. I WILL BE BACK! 5 stars.
