L'ambiente è molto buono, vicino al mare, l'hotel è un po' moderno, ma l'esperienza complessiva è comunque buona, è adatto per una vacanza con la famiglia e gli amici, non lontano dalla città.

The service I received was amazing, the staff members were super helpful, nice and professional. The facilities were clean and operational, I had no issues with any of the equipment or appliances. Lastly, the location, the view, the room, all beautiful like something out of a movie! I would definitely love to stay here again and is a strong recommendation to friends and family!

A great resort on the North Coast of Azores. The trail along the coast from the hotel is very nice. There are a few restaurants around and the hotel has good breakfast and a restaurant on site opening for lunch and dinner. Good for family, the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They can help you book tours and call taxis.

Ottimo hotel nel complesso. Ottima posizione e personale cordiale e ottimi giardini/vista. L'esperienza potrebbe essere notevolmente migliorata con solo due piccoli cambiamenti:
1. Servizio a bordo piscina: così com'è, devi procurarti cibo e bevande. Aggiungere un'app o un sistema di chiamata sarebbe fantastico. Un cameriere/cameriera in piscina sarebbe fantastico.
2. Materassi migliori. Sembravano piuttosto duri, come un materasso economico non adatto a un bell'albergo.

We stayed for one night in an apartment. We were allowed to check in early which was great. The apartment was very spacious and had everything that you would need. The balcony was huge and had a great view. The only downside was that the bedroom and bathroom were really hot. There was air con in the living room but that did nothing for the rest of the apartment. We slept with the bedroom door open but then got bit to pieces by mozzies! Not sure we would stay in an apartment again but if the rooms have air con then we would try that.

Hotel muito bem localizado, perto de restaurantes e lojas...
Pequeno almoço bom tinha de tudo um pouco....
Os funcionários muitos prestáveis, vieram nos trazem ao quarto roupões e chinelos para usarmos no jacuzzi.

Perfect location on a beautiful island. Better get the room with a sea view and watch the boats come in. Good breakfast plenty of choice and wonderful fresh fruit. Staff all very pleasant and spread the happiness.
Excellent pool kept meticulously clean. Hot tub if rain comes and hot sauna. R3 Restaurant just across the road. Gentle stroll along the front into town and the marina.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is located in a comfortable position, close to the north cost in a small town, just 15/20 minutes drive from Ponta Delgada & the Airport.
To my surprise when we arrived there were two type of rooms, suites or bungalows, of course according to the price we paid we were assigned the suite.
What surprised me that during the booking process to photos we saw were not the suites, which led us to believe that was going to look different than it actually was.
The amenities were limited, there is no safe or fridge in the suites.
In the bathroom the paper holder was rusted because it has been positioned under the towel rack.
The breakfast included option was fine, but little limited and repetitive, fruits were fresh and good, as well as well various cheese and hams choices.
If you can get a cheap price for your stay is overall a good option, but bear in mind that there are some caveats.
I would suggest to the hotel to update their images on the platforms and separate clearly the type of rooms available in order to avoid unwanted surprises for the guests.

Con solo 9 camere, il personale si concentra su rendere eccezionale ogni esperienza degli ospiti.
La posizione è grande, centrale abbastanza per esplorare l'isola e tornare ogni giorno. Durante la vista da e quando esce, la vostra stanza prenderà il respiro ogni volta.
Tutti gli alloggi sono di alta qualità, il letto era molto comodo e anche le lavande e gli asciugamani avevano un senso di ricchezza.
Le opzioni per la colazione possono essere leggermente redditizie, ma la qualità e la freschezza degli ingredienti, insieme alla lama e al succo domestici, nonché la flessibilità per cambiare le cose sul menu, più che compiere per questo.
Anche noi il ristorante dell'hotel è eccellente per cena. Così tanto che abbiamo finito di default di esso più di una volta durante il nostro soggiorno.
Abbiamo anche apprezzato i dettagli come il telefono che hanno fornito al check-in che ci ha seguito ovunque sull'isola per seguire le proposte e le prenotazioni momentanee attraverso l'hotel!
In tutto, molto raccomandato, mia moglie e io sappiamo che torneremo!

UUtente ospiteWhilst the hotel was very modern it seemed to lack basics such as a kettle in the room (there is a nespresso machine but for any tea drinkers out there they will know that making tea through a coffee machine is far from ideal) and being able to retrieve an iron. Instead you are expected to put items in for laundry when all we wanted to do was run an iron over a shirt for the evening.
Pool area is stunning however has the most uncomfortable loungers you could ever find. They look great but the max stay to bathe is less than an hour before your entire body goes numb.
It seems that this stunning hotel is trying to be a little above its star rating and failing on these few points at just trying that bit too hard for the clientele staying.
Rooms were very clean although signs of some wear and tear are already starting to show.
Location is EXCELLENT and staff helpful, polite and welcoming.
Not sure if we would stay again as we are real sun worshipers and really struggled to enjoy the pool area here.

VVirginia LioSono stato a Ponta Delgada Azzorre poche volte, la prima volta ho soggiornato al Neat Hotel Avenida, la posizione era fantastica e comoda nel centro della città!
Ho fatto il check-in molto tardi e il personale della reception è stato molto cordiale, la camera è pulita, nelle vicinanze ci sono molti bar e ristoranti!
Tornerò a soggiornare qui di nuovo, obrigada

UUtente ospiteThe first room I was given was very old, with a broken floor, damp on the wall by the bed, and paint that was peeling and coming off. The room was located in a separate building from the hotel. I was quite disappointed because this is not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The explanation I was given was that I had booked through a budget platform. Luckily, after changing rooms twice, I was finally able to get a room in the hotel’s main building. The reception staff were very kind and understanding of my family’s needs. Once in the main building, everything was exactly as expected. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view, which is the reason I have returned to this property for the fifth time.

UUtente ospiteWe had a lovely stay at ANC. We spent 2 nights there after flying in from NYC. It was nice to have the pool, the terrace and be in walking distance to the beach (even though when we went there was too much seaweed to swim) most of the people at the front desk were very helpful. You can also walk to Caloura. These were all good things as we got acclimated from jet lag. Peaceful. One person in particular helped me with reservations and good details on our plans. The dinner was good and the breakfasts seem to be the usual fare, a good variety. We’d recommend staying here.

SShirley MerciecaWe were very happy with the service. The receptionists were all very helpful, especially Bruno, and the room and beds were very comfortable too. When we requested a mini fridge, they efficiently provided us with one. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we, as hotel guests, still had to pay €4 to park our car inside. This should have been free for hotel guests.

IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA

IitravelrussiaDid not like at all. Location is excellent, in the heart of Ponta Delgada. Check-in process is quite embarrassing - self check-in with instructions, sent only 1 hour before check-in after I insisted. Charged for parking, which must be free, as per information on Trip.com, saying “sorry, the information is inaccurate”. The price on their website was twice cheaper than at Trip.com. The room was nice, quite practical with lots of amenities, but some of them were broken. Not that much space, not good with children. Can’t recommend at all, sorry
