I have stayed here many times in the past, and every time I stay it seems like they have made more improvements.
2 years ago you had to ask for water, but it was available if requested, then last year water was on a small display with coffee, tea, and makeup removal kit, now they have added refrigerator with cold water bottles and a display with room temperature water bottles.
This may seem small, but everything else is already very nice here, and they are still finding small ways to continue improvement.
Staff is always friendly.
Hotel is always clean.
Hotel lobby has seasonal decorations which are very nice, and are related to Toyohashi area.

It’s a very classy hotel and it’s been around long enough to show it. It sits right on top of the Meitetsu bus center. We didn’t utilize the bus the first few nights we stayed here but once we did, we understood why this hotel is so popular. The accessibility to the bus center is very nice.
With the age of this hotel, it retains the premium real estate space per room that just doesn’t really exist at this price point in more recent hotels. I wouldn’t say it’s as roomy as the average American motel but there is a noticeable difference of additional room compared to your average business hotel.
Amenities were limited but it had enough for what we needed. Technology wise, the rooms are still equipped with TVs from the Stone Age but this wasn’t a negative for us and we hardly utilized the TV.
Shower and tub were standard though the bidet tech was a bit dated. It’ll still get the job done cleaning you up though.
No issues with check in or check out. Staff were kind and even let us check in a few minutes earlier than scheduled.
If you enjoy the shops around the station, the hotel elevators go all the way down to the basement shopping arcade which also connects you to many of the other buildings in the area. You never really have to go outside.
We heard this hotel will undergo renovation next year. I wish the best for all the staff involved and look forward to see the new improvements the next time I’m able to stay here.

Everything almost perfect. The location is nearby subway sakae station. It also have airport bus from the airport directly to in front of the hotel which is very convenience for who has the large suitcase.
We really love this hotel. Location is great as it is next to a garden and historical tea house. It's a short walk to Inuyama Castle and we do have the castle as our lovely breakfast view.
The room is big and comes with a balcony with a nice view of the surrounding area. There is also an onsen at the hotel with indoor and outdoor baths!
Hotel is also a short, scenic walk from the train station. I would love to come back again!

Pros: spacious room, have a nice lounge at lobby, pleasantly surprised with the face steam masks and foot relax patches!!
Cons: abit of a walk from JR, even Meitetsi especially when you have luggages

HHKenWe stayed at the King Corner Suite and the space was wonderful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable we had to order pillows from Marriott after we returned home! On site parking is available for guests on a first come first serve basis and once you acquire a parking spot you will be guaranteed for the spot for the remaining duration of your stay.
Will definitely stay at Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya next time when visiting Nagoya again
LLissa CThe location and convenience is unbeatable. You can buy gifts, ample choice of f&b, Mart and commute with ease. The hotel lobby has both human and robot security, making late shopping safe. The scenery from the room is amazing! Will stay again in future.

UUtente ospiteBeware: Room 908 has broken AC!
Stayed 2 nights in summer (July 12-14) with the AC set to 19°C, but the room was consistently over 25°C. The hotel only offered a fan, no upgrade (they said they were full), and zero compensation despite me paying full price.
What's more, I'm incredibly disappointed that even after emailing the General Manager directly, she hasn't bothered to reply herself. This is a shocking lack of TIAD standard. Avoid this hotel if you expect functional air conditioning and proper customer service!

Fflam73Fantastic theming in the rooms and hotel generally. Great for our 2 and 4 year old boys. The gifts inside the Treasure Chest are great. The breakfast buffet was also quite good. We also spent two nights at Disney Resort Toy Story hotel and found the Legoland Hotel to be better. The only things I think could be improved would be the sound proofing of rooms - our kids slept at 8pm and you can hear all the kids/people talking and walking in the hallway outside. The water play area also gets booked out literally one minute after it opens (12pm) so we had no chance to use it even though I was on the website at 12.09pm. It feels a bit like false advertising of a hotel feature when it’s not even possible to access.
UUtente ospiteHotel incredibile, super elegante e zen .
BBrian PYMercure Nagoya location is very nearby Nagoya Station where is very convenient in and out through Nagoya Station. The hotel area is very quiet at night but still very close to many restaurants. We will stay again next time in Nagoya.
UUtente anonimoThe condition of the hotel was great and the rooms had great view of the city. They also had blackout blinds which was useful for a sound sleep. The sound from the trains and traffic were also minimal. Great stay at the hotel
