I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya Hotel, and I want to highlight some exceptional service that made our visit memorable. Thoughtful Amenities The welcome ice cream for my sons was a delightful surprise. It was a thoughtful gesture that made them feel special and added to our overall positive experience. Duty Manager Mr. Andei Ho One standout moment of our visit was when Mr. Andei Ho, the Duty Manager, came to assist us during one of our evenings at the hotel. Being a Hongkonger himself, he made us feel right at home. When we returned from a day out and needed to store some belongings at the concierge, Mr. Andei approached us and warmly communicated in Cantonese. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly made us feel welcomed. Proactive Assistance After our check-out, Mr. Andei noticed us trying to call an Uber in the lobby and proactively offered to help by calling a taxi instead. Given that we had too much luggage, he went above and beyond by marking the pick-up and drop-off locations for us at the Airport Express Station, ensuring a smooth departure. One day, he saw us waiting outside for a taxi and proactively asked a colleague to come over and see if we needed help calling a taxi. Housekeeping I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. They kept our room impeccably clean and tidy throughout our stay, greatly contributing to our comfort. Summary In summary, my experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding service from Mr. Andei Ho and the entire staff, including the diligent housekeeping team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future!

I would have given an Excellent rating if not for their poor wifi connection. We did not have wifi for both of our room for most part of our 4 days stay due to their ”technical” issue. I find it amazing that this problem was not even resolved within 1-2 days. However, the layout and cleanliness was excellent. Room was huge and squarish with separate shower and toilet. The washing area was like an island top separated out from the bed area and it was spacious. The hotel is about 10min walk from Nagoya station and you will walk past Yanagibashi Central Market.

It was wonderful stay in Nagoya Tokyu Hotel. The building is not new and the room isn’t new but everything is good for our stay. We enjoyed Western and Japanese breakfasts during our stay. One thing that impressed us is that the hotel started breakfast at 4 am in the Nagoya marathon day.. So, it wasn’t expected. Thank you for the hotel. The room service menus are typical Nagoya specialties. Even though the food prices were a bit high, we had to order the foods because we couldn’t walk around after marathon running.

La posizione è ottima, la vista è incredibile, non ci sono molti servizi nell'hotel, ma il centro commerciale sotto l'hotel ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, e il cibo lì era buono, ma ci sono solo 2 scale mobili per arrivare al piano terra dall'hotel, un po' dispendioso in termini di tempo, ma nel complesso comunque consigliato

My second time staying at this hotel. It is very convenient for travelers who take public transportation— taxi stop, bus stop, Kintetsu, Meitetsu and JR all within short walking distance on the same side of the road. Louis Vuitton, Dior just one block on the left across the road. Takashimaya also within short walking distance.

We booked this hotel for a last-minute trip to Nagoya, choosing it as one of the city’s newest luxury hotels. Prior to arrival, it was difficult to reach the hotel to arrange spa bookings, and the process took quite some time. Even upon check-in, making spa reservations through the front desk felt complicated, so we eventually visited the spa directly to enquire. The wellness facilities, including the pool and fitness centre, were excellent, though advance booking was required, which could be inconvenient. Service throughout the stay could have been more flexible, especially when our food delivery arrived and the team was unable to hold it briefly at the concierge while we came down to collect it. That said, the location was great for sightseeing around Nagoya.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'Hotel Nagoya Marriott Associa con la nostra famiglia e ci siamo davvero goditi il nostro tempo. La posizione è difficile da battere è proprio sopra la stazione Nagoya e circondato da ristoranti, caffè, negozi di dipartimento e negozi. E'stato tutto così facile, che andassimo a vedere, prendiamo un pasto veloce o facciamo un po' di shopping. La nostra camera era pulita, confortevole e aveva una vista meravigliosa della città. Era il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e ricarrare dopo un giorno di lavoro che esplorava Nagoya. L'hotel stesso era molto ben mantenuto, e tutto si sentiva pulito e benvenuto durante il nostro soggiorno. Il personale era anche molto amichevole, professionale e sempre felice di aiutare. Il parcheggio è stato l’unico piccolo punto di svolta, che era un po’ confuso da vedere prima. Oltre a questo, tutto era eccellente.Grande posizione, comode camere, servizio amichevole, e molte opzioni di cena e shopping proprio alla vostra porta. Rimaneremmo sicuramente qui e lo consigliamo fortemente alle famiglie che visitano Nagoya! 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐

A fantastic, luxurious hotel with excellent facilities and an incredibly comfortable night’s sleep. From the moment we arrived, everything felt polished and well thought out. The onsen was a real highlight—relaxing, clean, and a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The view of the castle from the lobby was absolutely stunning and added a special touch to the overall experience. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable, with thoughtful amenities such Nespresso machine made the stay even more convenient. We especially loved having a private balcony with seating, offering a beautiful view and a great spot to relax. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely come back again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was hands down our favorite family trip so far. It was our first time visiting Nagoya, and the experience exceeded every expectation. My son absolutely loved the hotel—honestly, I think he may have enjoyed it even more than LEGOLAND itself! The hotel was so engaging and family-friendly that we found ourselves spending more time there than we did inside the park, and we loved every minute of it. I also appreciated the convenience of having a restaurant on-site. After a full day of activities, it was nice to have food readily available without needing to travel elsewhere. We didn’t get a chance to use the water park during this visit, but knowing it’s available as part of the overall experience makes me even more excited to come back. The convenience, the atmosphere, and the joy it brought my son made this an unforgettable stay. We will absolutely be returning before we leave Japan. If you’re traveling with children, I highly recommend it.
