I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya Hotel, and I want to highlight some exceptional service that made our visit memorable. Thoughtful Amenities The welcome ice cream for my sons was a delightful surprise. It was a thoughtful gesture that made them feel special and added to our overall positive experience. Duty Manager Mr. Andei Ho One standout moment of our visit was when Mr. Andei Ho, the Duty Manager, came to assist us during one of our evenings at the hotel. Being a Hongkonger himself, he made us feel right at home. When we returned from a day out and needed to store some belongings at the concierge, Mr. Andei approached us and warmly communicated in Cantonese. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly made us feel welcomed. Proactive Assistance After our check-out, Mr. Andei noticed us trying to call an Uber in the lobby and proactively offered to help by calling a taxi instead. Given that we had too much luggage, he went above and beyond by marking the pick-up and drop-off locations for us at the Airport Express Station, ensuring a smooth departure. One day, he saw us waiting outside for a taxi and proactively asked a colleague to come over and see if we needed help calling a taxi. Housekeeping I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. They kept our room impeccably clean and tidy throughout our stay, greatly contributing to our comfort. Summary In summary, my experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding service from Mr. Andei Ho and the entire staff, including the diligent housekeeping team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future!

I would have given an Excellent rating if not for their poor wifi connection. We did not have wifi for both of our room for most part of our 4 days stay due to their ”technical” issue. I find it amazing that this problem was not even resolved within 1-2 days. However, the layout and cleanliness was excellent. Room was huge and squarish with separate shower and toilet. The washing area was like an island top separated out from the bed area and it was spacious. The hotel is about 10min walk from Nagoya station and you will walk past Yanagibashi Central Market.

L'hotel è nuovo e moderno. La hall è fantastica, con grandi finestre e una bella vista notturna. Ma questo è probabilmente l'unico aspetto positivo, secondo me. Nella stanza, la posizione del letto è strana, perché i cuscini sono praticamente appoggiati sulla superficie rialzata del legno. Non consigliato ai bambini, perché cosa succederebbe se si sdraiassero sul cuscino senza prestare la dovuta attenzione? È molto facile che si sbattessero la testa e, peggio ancora, che si facessero male. E un lato della parete della stanza è come se fosse stato dipinto con inchiostro scuro, perdonatemi se non sono molto artistico. Nel complesso, non è stata una buona scelta durante tutto il nostro viaggio. We booked this hotel for a last-minute trip to Nagoya, choosing it as one of the city’s newest luxury hotels. Prior to arrival, it was difficult to reach the hotel to arrange spa bookings, and the process took quite some time. Even upon check-in, making spa reservations through the front desk felt complicated, so we eventually visited the spa directly to enquire. The wellness facilities, including the pool and fitness centre, were excellent, though advance booking was required, which could be inconvenient. Service throughout the stay could have been more flexible, especially when our food delivery arrived and the team was unable to hold it briefly at the concierge while we came down to collect it. That said, the location was great for sightseeing around Nagoya.

Nagoya Marriott has an unbeatable location with seamless access to trains and buses. The rooms match the online descriptions perfectly, spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to all travellers. One minor downside is that guests need to pay an extra fee to use the swimming pool.

A fantastic, luxurious hotel with excellent facilities and an incredibly comfortable night’s sleep. From the moment we arrived, everything felt polished and well thought out. The onsen was a real highlight—relaxing, clean, and a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The view of the castle from the lobby was absolutely stunning and added a special touch to the overall experience. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable, with thoughtful amenities such Nespresso machine made the stay even more convenient. We especially loved having a private balcony with seating, offering a beautiful view and a great spot to relax. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely come back again.

Great Legoland Hotel and wonderful kid friendly facility provided, including kid play zone - Keep playing Lego. My kid enjoyed so much. Large room with treasure box quiz in room as gift. Good location and car parking area nearby, less than 10min walk distance. Adjacent to Legoland Japan. Fantastic buffet breakfast offered to visitors. Strongly recommended if you like Lego!

La stanza è molto spaziosa. I mobili sembravano un po’ date, ma l’equipaggio di custodia ha fatto un bel lavoro per mantenere la stanza molto pulita. L’unica mia denuncia era che non si poteva rimuovere il conio d’aria durante l’inverno, perché il termostat era chiuso. Anche dopo aver spenta la caldaia, era ancora calda e stufa, e la finestra non può essere aperta che in parte, quindi il personale ci ha portato un ventilatore elettrico. Il terminale di autobus di Oasis 21, la stazione Sakae (metro), la stazione Sakaemachi (Meittesu Seto Line), il parco Hisaya-odori, la torre Mirai e diversi magazzini di dipartimento sono a pochi isolati. Il punto di partenza per la limuzina aeroportuale è proprio davanti all'hotel, anche se si deve andare al terminale di autobus per prendere l'autobus consegnato all'aeroporto.
