India: hotel con bar nella provincia di Bengala Occidentale

Ho avuto un buon soggiorno a TAJ. Tutto era molto buono, dalla pulizia delle camere al personale amichevole.L'ambiente era tranquillo e comodo.In generale, era una grande esperienza e mi piacerebbe rimanere qui di nuovo

Una esperienza senza guai. Rimanere incredibilmente lussuoso a un prezzo grande per un viaggiatore d'affari. Ottima competenza inglese da tutti. Servizio in camera era pronto, anche se non ordinavo fino a mezzanotte. Nawab, il *** che ha aiutato con le auto, era un aiuto fenomenale; mi ha chiamato e mi ha assicurato che il viaggio andasse bene, e mi ha portato e la macchina mi ha caricato e mi ha portato.

Abbiamo fatto il check-in in hotel sabato sera... ci sono 2 discoteche all'interno della struttura che sono molto rumorose... la musica era estremamente alta (le pareti non sono insonorizzate) e anche se la nostra camera era al 4° piano non è servito a nulla, la musica è finita alle 4 del mattino (sia sabato che domenica). È stata un'esperienza davvero spiacevole soggiornare in questa struttura.

Picked this hotel because it’s a reliable brand and it didn’t disappoint. It was clean and we had everything we needed. The lads at reception tried to sneakily add some extra charges when I checked-in which was frustrating as I’d paid up front, so I’m glad I was concentrating!

Everything was perfect; except the dinner buffet. We will come to that later.  I quote four memorable experiences.   1. The reception staff was well-trained and professional and any problems such as a billing confusion was resolved effortlessly, and more, the manager suggested me to relax in my room while they sort out the issue; no need to stand at the reception. What a nice gesture!   2. There was some drainage issue in one of the rooms (I had booked several rooms). A call to zero resolved the issue within 10 minutes. The service was ultra-fast for a hotel of this size.   3. They have shown a bold move by placing specially challenged (speech and hearing) individuals at public facing roles such as the butler, the restaurant waiter, etc. They are all well-trained and were able to communicate with my parents, my kid, and us effortlessly. Of course, none of us are trained in sign-language but somehow they managed it extremely well; hence this was a unique and amazing experience. 4. While we were checking in, there was some confusion with some of our guests who hadn't arrived yet. So, we decided to drop the bags and come back later for checkin. When the manager noticed that my elderly parents were in the car outside, they sent a couple of bottles of water to the car. Costs nothing but left a lasting impression!  The dinner buffet was fine in general but the management could work on the menu and taste better, given the spotless nature of all of their other amenities and services. The breakfast buffet, however, had amazing taste. Moreover, in any other city, I would not have this complain but in Kolkata, the locals are typically foodies and the cheapest to the most expensive places in the city cannot compromise on taste. I would like to give the hotel a benefit of the doubt- I stayed during a (better: the) major North Indian festival. That might explain the main cooks on leave and backup options turned on, who tried their best but did not quite get it right.

Questo hotel è enorme, mi sentivo come vivendo in un moderno palazzo reale. Mi sono perso cercando di trovare le mie vie. Il personale era estremamente cortese. Ho visto che un servizio clienti eccellente è la loro priorità. La camera dell'hotel è molto spaziosa e pulita. La colazione era anche molto deliziosa e avevano troppe scelte da scegliere. Ho avuto un bel tempo per rimanere in questo hotel. Molto consigliato!

Una cosa strana da passare è che non permettono cibo fuori !!!! i.e Swiggy - Zomato ecc , quindi è chiaro che si deve essere abusati da loro cibo ....se questa politica di questa proprietà allora gentilemente lo hanno postato sul vostro elenco anche - !!!!!!! Tutte le liste sulle piattaforme online dovrebbero essere citate come “NO ALUTO ALL'AMBITO” - non si può tenere i clienti nelle tenebre e dir loro quando arrivano per controllare !!!!!!! Male !!!

La stanza era buona, ma il telaio non era pulito. Ho indossato i miei calzini bianchi, e hanno preso la sporcazza abbastanza velocemente. La stanza aveva un odore distintivo. Ho dovuto mettere il mio AC pieno. Amico, cortese, utile personale e eccellente servizio auto.

La sua esperienza è stata fantastica, perfetta, grande edificio storico, buono, diverso e pulito. La camera era grande, la camera da bagno era pulita, funzionale e con un ambiente di stile hotel buono. 100% consiglia.

Il mio soggiorno a Hyatt Regency era grande. Sono una viaggiatore da sola femminile. La stanza è molto spaziosa e pulita. Il colazione è molto delizioso. Il personale è molto utile.
