India: hotel con bar nella provincia di Bengala Occidentale

Good hotel nice ambience and good service . Only negative thing was it accidentally charged me again at checkout when I had prepaid and it took them 10 days to refund. Not good

Ho usato questo hotel in poche occasioni.È un hotel di ”trasporto”, non uno che mi aspettavo di utilizzare per più di una notte. Il personale è molto buono, amichevole e utile. Il cibo al colazione è molto buono, non ho cenato la sera, ma c'è un ristorante. C'è una zona di bar, anche se la maggior parte degli ospiti sembrano rimanere in quelle camere. Area di seduta esterna piacevole, anche se molti lavori di costruzione sono stati realizzati nel novembre 2025 Può sembrare abbastanza vicino per andare all'aeroporto, ma non è così.Prendi un taxi, il personale mi ha aiutato a ottenere un camion UBER al Rs/110

While everything else was good, I found that wash basin in the bathroom wasn't clean which was a slight put off in otherwise a nice experience.

Everything is fine except their bathroom basin design is so improper that water fall down out of basin because the tap is small and basin border is thick.

This lovely hotel has fabulous staff who attend to the minutest details. The rooms are spacious, and the Legacy rooms are beautiful and give you an ultra-luxury feel. The food is fantastic, with an excellent choice of Bengali cuisine besides Indian and Continental options. Good pool and lovely central location

The overall experience was good. There were some issues with housekeeping which was annoying. Service and staff were very good. Mr Raj received us very well late at night. Service at the restaurant was exceptional.

This hotel is massive, felt like i was living in a modern royal palace. I did get lost trying to find my ways. The staff was extremely courteous. I could see that excellent customer service is their top priority. The hotel room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast was also very delicious and they had too many selections to choose from. I had a great time staying at this hotel. Highly recommended!

Я не понял, почему бассейн работает до 9:00 и с 18:00, почему в нём платные полотенца? В остальном пребыванием в Stadel удовлетворён. Отдельно благодарю рецепшн и Соню в частности, барменов из египетского бара и администратора и официанток ресторана, большое спасибо! Буду рекомендовать друзьям и коллегам! А также приеду снова сам.

It was awesome. Great service, loved my room and fb location is perfect for travelers like me having to layover for the night in Kolkata.
