Sono molto soddisfatto nel complesso. Considerando la posizione, a 30 minuti a piedi dal centro città, il prezzo era davvero conveniente. La camera era molto pulita e confortevole. Il personale è stato molto gentile e mi ha permesso di fare il check-out anticipato. In camera c'era una piccola guida turistica con tutte le informazioni necessarie, che mi ha aiutato molto a organizzare il mio soggiorno.

Abbiamo entrambi avuto un bel tempo qui. Il cibo (anche se ci sono altri recensioni) era perfettamente buono per un breve soggiorno. Ho potuto vedere come con due settimane potrebbe diventare un po' ripetibile. Le bevande che sono state spruzzate erano molto forti, ma ci sono state poche bevande comuni (ad esempio espresso martini, margarita) che non erano incluse e dovevano essere pagate. Questo, insieme a quello pagato per il gelati e pagato per i saloni di spiaggia, ci ha dato l'impressione che l'hotel fosse un pennello di pinching.
Non possiamo in alcun modo colpire il personale, tutti noi abbiamo parlato erano carini e molto attenti.

SSeat 2AThis is an intimate 5-room establishment situated amidst the alleys of the Old Town, hence cars cannot drop passengers at the doorstep. Easy enough to catch a shuttle bus for EUR 8 from the airport to the bus station at the port, from which a Makarun staff will meet you and assist you with your luggage to the hotel, a 10-minute walk away.
Breakfast is a la carte, as is to be expected for such a small establishment, comprising 3 courses - pastry/toast, eggs of your choice with cold cuts, and a dessert, complemented by tea coffee and/or juice. Food was more than adequate in terms of quantity and quality.
My room was comfortable enough, though 2 issues were noticeable:
* Instead of a flat cotton bed sheet, there was a fitted sheet made of what seemed like jersey, and looked more like a mattress protector.This was pilled and coarse, in contrast to the far smoother cotton quilt cover. When I brought this to the attention of the staff they explained that this is standard for the hotel. Whilst it did not affect the quality of my sleep, the coarseness of the sheet wasn't entirely pleasant
* In the bathroom, the shower was mounted at waist height, hence one either had to hold the shower in one hand, or, if there was a need to use both hands to wash, then one would have to crouch under the shower while it was in its holder. Not particularly convenient.
Overall a comfortable stay in a convenient location, enhanced by the friendly and solicitous Ivan and Mario.

-Staff was very absent and you need a key to get in the hotel and in room. we forgot our key in our room and realised after dinner around 11pm and even though staff should be in hotel until 3am : no one was there . We had to contact by phone only but being Canadian we didn’t have a working phone . We almost slept outside. . We got help from neighbour restaurant.
- staff supposed to start again at 7 am ; we left at 8 without checking out as again there was no one .
- my daughter got her EarPods stolen in our room we could locate them with the Apple app and could see exactly where they were . Again no staff at all in hotel to tell them cleaning person stole. (We are SURE 100% they were stolen as they didn’t leave the room we never brought electronics with us anywhere and the location they were at was 7km away from hotel where we had never been.
- they offer steaming service, I wanted to use it but they told my it took 1 week to fet my clothing back .. we were there for 4 days. Staff offered to bring a steamer to my room so I could do it myself . They never brought it…
-there was a beautiful terrace on the 4th floor but we only found out about it on our last night .
- we wanted to go to a beach and the staff said it was a 45 min walk and that’s only way to go. We walked . Finally when we got there .. we could have takes a trolley for 3euro …. We took it to come back.

PPikachuuuuuuLa stanza non ha vista sul mare.
Non è come un hotel, più come una villa, la sicurezza non è molto alta, perché ha 2 entrate.
L'ingresso dalla piscina, chiunque può accedere senza problemi.
La piscina era piuttosto sporca, ha un sacco di bug fluttuanti, e anche non è stato regolarmente pulito dal personale.
Ha molti ristoranti vicino, e la qualità e il prezzo sono migliori di quelle pasti turistiche nella vecchia città.
Il primo giorno è stato rotto, il secondo giorno ci hanno informato che è stato fissato, ma ha ancora un po' di problemi di sgorgatura.
Credo che la Croazia non abbia una regolamentazione per il controllo a tempo determinato dell'ascensore, poiché non ha alcun certificato all'interno o all'esterno dell'ascensore.
Se l'hotel mostrasse 3 stelle e il prezzo fosse più basso.
Il lato destro del balcone ha un grande campo da tennis al livello 2nd-floor, è molto vicino, ed è piuttosto fastidioso che le persone possano guardare facilmente.
La suite non vale quattro stelle, la spazzatura è super vecchia, ha alcune tinture su di essa.
La chiusura della porta frontale sembra nuova, è sicura, ma alcune installazioni elettriche non sono state installate correttamente, sembra che si possa tirarle facilmente fuori.
La casella di sicurezza elettrica non funziona con la password, l'hotel ha lasciato una chiave per l'uso.
Il colazione è ben gestito per gli ospiti con una visita precoce, possono organizzare la scatola di colazione con 1 frutta, 3 pane e 1 yogurt alle 06:00-07:00.

The rooms are nice and AC works well
The Breakfast is very good and Marko and his team really go above and beyond
The location is excellent right on a little beach which is free but chairs need to be rented and a 10 min walk along the boardwalk to old town
Now the bad
The reception don’t really seem to care about the guest and are actually pretty rude
Second day HK didn’t come when we asked reception we were told did we ask for HK ? Which was strange thing to say really when the day before we had it
It then took hours to get the room cleaned and follow up visits for towels and soap
On the last day we left our bags and arranged the free ferry pick up and drop bag service (which you don’t know about until you arrive) we asked what time would the bags leave so we can change first the said 3.30pm when we got back at 3 the bags were gone and they said sorry we were busy so we had to walk to the ferry in our swimwear as we planed to change
It’s only a small matter but shows how they really don’t care and say what they like

UUtente ospiteFantastic hotel, 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal and bus station. The resort is small but makes for a quiet holiday which is exactly what we were looking for. We were upgraded to the harbour suite which is a stunning room, although no balcony, didn’t bother us, just to make others aware. Shower gel and shampoo are Ritual branded and smell lovely. The food is fabulous, breakfast is buffet style and dinner (for half boarders) is chosen off the menu. Really high quality and believe they were Michelin recommended for 2024. They even gave us a breakfast bag as we were checking out very early.
The staff are fantastic, very friendly and can’t do enough for you. This was the case from reception, restaurant to the roof top bar. All were great.
The rooftop bar was a brilliant place to sit and watch the sunset and the ferry coming and going.
The pool is covered and heated with a separate area for sunbathing. There’s also a couple of saunas you can use. The smallest gripe, it would be good to trim the top of the trees which blocked the view from the sun terrace.
Would absolutely stay here again for a chilled and relaxing holiday.

AAdamsKateThe location is right on the beach which is nice if you want that, but otherwise a bit far from the downtown, and taxis are very expensive here, so it would cost at least 25€ to get from hotel to town. The room and view were lovely, but when I moved a rug there were bugs crawling under it. The pool and spa looked amazing but we didn't have time to go so I can't say much more than that. The breakfast was top notch, amazing, lots of delicious options for every person -- spoilt for choice. Loved the amphora displays in the lobby.

LLC678La posizione è buona nella zona del palazzo, ma potrebbe essere molto confusa perché l'hotel ha un allegato diverso che è a pochi minuti a piedi. E potrebbe essere difficile trovare l'ubicazione dell'allegato, per la persona che io soggiorno in nome Villa Donbric non poteva essere trovato sulla mappa di Google. Inoltre, poiché abbiamo un paio di bagagli grandi, cerchiamo un hotel con ascensore, ma l'allegato che ho soggiornato non ha facilitato uno. (Non sono sicuro che l'altra allegato abbia uno o no) La stanza è più piccola di quanto mi aspettavo, è un po' confusa quando apriremo insieme due bagagli. Il colazione è servito e buono, con diverse opzioni di uova. Suggerisco che la attenzione aggiuntiva sia migliore quando prenotare l'hotel circa la posizione e preoccuparsi per i bagagli. O suggerisco di prenotare il loro servizio di pick-up opzionale.

MMark ElshoutExcellent location right in the centre of great restaurants and the tourism hotspots. The room and bathtub are great. Good wifi and television box for plenty of viewing options. Rooftop garden/outdoor area is amazing at sunset (see attached photos). A couple of things to prepare yourself for which are out of the control of the hotel owners: there are 90 steps to the floor where the rooms are so would not recommend if you are physically challenged, and the restaurants in the square do have music till quite late which is audible in the rooms so light sleepers may like to try ear plugs. Sound did not bother us and the walk up the stairs was good for our health! The whole of the city has bell ringing at various times during the day (7am, Midday, 8pm) No need to set an alarm to wake up in the morning!

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo dovuto rimanere una notte a Split per prendere un volo il giorno dopo, e abbiamo prenotato la Plaza Marchi, ma, perché era così fredda quella notte, c'era un problema con i tubi congelati e non c'era acqua calda. Ci sono stati contattati immediatamente e ci sono state chieste se volevamo stare vicino all'altra proprietà, in una stanza migliore senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Qualcuno dell'hotel ci ha incontrati al posto che abbiamo designato, così che potremmo trovarlo facilmente. Adoravamo la decorazione dell'hotel, il comfort del letto, la sua pulizia e la tranquillità, considerando la posizione centrale.
