Il weekend qet via per 3 giorni con mio marito vogliamo solo rilassarsi e godere del tubo caldo e piscina e avere un po 'di tempo tranquillo , le uniche denunce che ho avuto sono stati due bambini che correvano intorno facendo qualche rumore non sanno dove era l'adulto che controllava lì bambini. Era rumoroso @ 1 a 2 sono non riuscivo a dormire. Era molto anointed & de rispettoso per l'altro soggiorno qui all'hotel. Non ho chiamato la gestione che dovrei ma non l'ho fatto. Or e i bambini facevano così tanta merda nella spazzatura della strada era incredibile.

Abbiamo scelto di rimanere al DoubleTree di Hilton per un matrimonio nella zona, perché siamo fedeli fan di Hilton. L'hotel è più vecchio e molto diffuso, con una grande piscina all'aperto e all'interno, che è stato un bel toccamento. Il personale era generalmente attento e apprezzavamo i loro sforzi, ma ci sorprendeva di trovare il colazione nella sala da pranzo alle 10:30, che non abbiamo realizzato fino al secondo giorno. In quel giorno, la custodia di casa si avvicinò mentre eravamo ancora in camera, e gli dissemmo gentilmente che potevano procedere alla pulizia. Purtroppo, un supervisore ci ha poi scosso, citando una politica che impedisce agli ospiti di pulire mentre sono presenti gli ospiti, che si è sentiti poco professionale e ci ha lasciati frustrati. Se si tratta di una politica, sarebbe stato utile che fosse stata informata durante il check-in o che fosse stata trovata una nota in camera, e ho chiesto di parlare con il custode principale per affrontare le nostre preoccupazioni. La relatrice ha spiegato che questa politica è una norma a livello di Hilton per la sicurezza degli ospiti, in particolare per quanto riguarda i prodotti chimici di pulizia, e, sebbene comprendiamo la ragionamento, una comunicazione più chiara su tali politiche migliorerebbe notevolmente l'esperienza degli ospiti. We recently held a 4 generation family reunion at this resort, about 60 of us total, choosing this resort for its location and amenities. We had 2 catered meals in a conference room, delicious buffets. We enjoyed food from the poolside snack bar, eating at tables under a large, shady tent and breakfast in the hotel dining room served by our new friend, Deon. We used the indoor and outdoor pools, plenty of lounge chairs. A few more umbrellas near the pool would be helpful. There is a courtyard area where corn hole and bocci can be played. Some of the young adults in our group walked to the Main Street in Hyannis to enjoy the nightlife, while others enjoyed the live music in the Resort bar. The rooms are a bit outdated and some phones and outlets don't work, but they served our purposes well. They were clean and well kept. The highlight of this center though is the staff. EVERYONE: Housekeeping, maintenance, food service, catering, events planning. All were so friendly, helpful, accommodating, and made us feel so welcome. Every time we passed them in the halls they greeted us with smiles and big hellos. They chatted with us, laughed with us, gave us helpful tips. The new owner even stopped in to our Saturday Barbeque Buffet to see how everything was going, heard we were looking for music, and had a musician come sing Irish ballads. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay.

Our family of 4 stayed at the Courtyard Hyannis for 4 nights. I wasn't sure what to expect as we had never visited the area before but had high hopes since we were staying at a Marriott property. The two biggest positives are the housekeeping staff who was extremely nice and the LOCATION. There is a Target, Trader Joes, full service Starbucks and mall right next to the hotel. The lobby- large, clean and very quiet. No free coffee or breakfast but they had a Cafe with a Starbucks sign. Note that this is not a full service Starbucks and they do not have a lot of the ”specialty drinks”. The lobby also has a free computer/printer if you need to print documents. It also has a market area if you need to purchase drinks, laundry items or things you may have forgotten-- but it is expensive! Walk to Target or Trader Joes and get what you need. Do not get it at the hotel! The rooms- the rooms have not been updated but the beds are comfortable. The wall paper is peeling, the bathroom could use a good overall, the AC needs updating because it is VERY LOUD. But important things to note for all travelers- rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, includes a refrigerator and microwave! The house keeping staff- so very nice. Every time we walked by they said HELLO or GOOD MORNING. We walked by several times throughout the day and they were actually CLEANING the rooms, removing beddings, wiping down the counters and vacuuming. The location is wonderful- we walked to Trader Joes to get food, the full service Starbucks and Target. The kids were able to go to the mall together or with friends and the mall includes lots of eateries. Another plus is the Cape Cod Creamery is right there by the hotel. The bad- the walls are very thin, the wall paper in the hotel lobby, rooms, hallways are peeling. We TV hardly ever had a signal, we could never find a channel that we could actually watch something on because it kept going out. We called for maintenance one day and he/she never came. Some of the rooms we walked by had a very bad (sewer smell). Friends who stayed in other rooms had the sewer smell problem that the hotel couldn't fix but gave them room air fresheners. This Marriott property was just average and needs an overhaul. But give the hotel a try- the beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and the house keeping staff so very friendly. There isn't much you can do about peeling wall paper, update the bathrooms, loud AC, thin walls unless the property does a full overhaul. But at least the people are very nice and kept the hotel clean for us.

Overall, this hotel did serve its purpose. We stayed here as my husband was having a surgery at Cape Cod Hospital and since we live over an hour from the hospital, we always stay in Hyannis, just in case. The bed was super comfortable. The hotel itself is a bit of a maze. My husband who had surgery on his foot and was on a knee scooter always had to enter through the front and we were in the way back so it was tough as there aren’t many handicap friendly entrance’s. The room was overall clean. The bathroom showed some serious wear and tear. Cracks in the tub and rust and mold places. I wore my flip flops in the shower. The water pressure is awful. You can hear just about anything your neighbors are doing. With that said, It is in the middle of everything and not a far drive from other places and right down the street from the port authority Would I stay here again? If I had to, yes, since it’s close to Cape Cod Hospital. Would I stay here if I was doing a leisure vacation? I’d be willing to give it a second chance as the staff was the absolute sweetest.
