Returned again to this wonderful hotel.Staff were very friendly and helpful. Zarah and the team were amazing. All our luggage did not arrive on the plane from Brisbane. and they chased it up. and when it did arrive made a special journey to Port Moresby airport to pick it up. Loves the pool and was greeted with towels to use. Nice meals served in Holiday Express oposite

Appreciate the awesome service that was provided by a very hospitable host by the name of Miss Karo. The service is with a smile and the experience at the establishment is so good that we feel at home and relaxed with the products that was offered in the sense of beverages that was satisfactory.

Since my arrival here in PNG in 1972 to establish various businesses. I have stayed in hotels throughout the country. My stay in Port Moresby has normally been at the Grand Papua hotel but my secretary booked me into Ela Beach hotel last trip 11th to 12th September. Accommodation was good but I was delighted with the food and exceptional service I received each night at your restaurant. Hanna Simeon was very obliging and gave me wonderful service. I intend to make this fact known to an old friend of many years and the Director of Coral Sea Hotels, Sir Michael Bromley. Il servizio clienti da parte di Waiters e Waiters è tra i peggiori del mondo. Sono inamici, ignoranti, di fronte duro, e possono essere stupidi. Perché stupidi? Uno di loro mi ha accusato falsamente di non pagare il mio bollo. Non voleva concentrarsi sul suo lavoro che mi ha portato all'accusa, i camerieri e le cameriere sono così ignoranti, passano solo come vogliono che tu li chiami ogni volta.

L'arrivo era tardi la sera e l'aeroporto era molto apprezzato. 24 ore di servizio in camera anche conveniente ed efficiente.Ha avuto una deliziosa salada Caesar e il prezzo ragionevole di 50PGK ($14USD). Lotta fresca e buoni pezzi di bacon freschi cucinati. L'allerta è stata fissata per 5 ore dall'hotel e poi trasportata all'aeroporto.Bagno grande con acqua calda e letti molto comodi .Personale piacevole e utile con risposta rapida alla richiesta TV e Porter alla stanza all'arrivo . Resta ancora e si consiglia di fare altre vacanze . Ristorante aperto fino alle 10 pm .

I enjoyed my stay. These are some observations during this stay. I stayed at the Lamana in November 2023. 1. Security is good. One feels secure. 2. Restaurant staff are great. Very helpful. Room service is excellent. 3. Sheets at that time will need changing as they were definitely used. 4. Staff go out of their way to be accommodating and I liked that. 5. An elevator would help in terms of movement from floor to floor. 6. Suggest that a separate desk on travel advisory be part of the main reception area. Port Moresby is rich in its own way of places to visit and so is your beautiful country and on simple things like hired guides or taxi fares or other travel related advice. 7. For taxi fares advice,it is advisable to ask the hotel reception staff first for guidance. Overall,I was happy with my stay. I will have no hesitation in recommending the Lamana to anyone.
