Basildon: i migliori appartamenti

Il mio secondo soggiorno all'hotel e come prima della stanza e delle sue strutture erano buone. L'unica questione è che, a causa dell'età dell'hotel, non ci sono punti di accesso/USB vicino al letto. Tuttavia, la custodia è molto buona e il benvenuto e l'aiuto del gruppo di ricezione è grande.

Stayed at festival Park a couple of times within a few weeks due to visiting a family member in hospital, who unfortunately took poorly while on holiday in the area and had a five week hospital stay in basildon. Home now & recovering We were a long way from home feeling quite anxious about the situation but Nothing was to much trouble for the staff no matter what time of the day Made to feel very welcome and cared for. They give 100 % with lovely smile day & night . They are a credit to you Thank you for looking after us, The hotel was clean and tidy in rooms and public area's, Only had breakfast once but room was very clean and well set out, Breakfast very nice lots of choice. Lots of eating out option's in the evening close by on the entertainment park or the pub next door.

Great size room. Advertised as 4star….don’t know in what year that would be…more a 2star! Window cill & wall in bedroom really rotten, dated furniture, all a bit scruffy, had to keep window open as room a bit smelly but then was really noisy through the night with lorry deliveries, extracter fan in bathroom not working so really steamy, cracks in tiles where shower is, rotten door frame in bathroom too. Didn’t complain at time as only staying 2 nights just to sleep - sheets etc nice & clean but pillows not comfortable, old & sunken. Wouldn’t stay again.
