BlobCarp:“Abbiamo visitato i mercati di Natale, lo skating del ghiaccio, Neverland nel palazzo e il tracciato di illuminazione e è stato fantastico.Tutte le strutture erano in ottima condizione (anche i portali tipo toletta erano esemplificanti! Il palazzo e il terreno sono stati molto amichevoli.In parte di Natale, è stato incredibilmente festivo e ci ha davvero messo in un'atmosfera festiva. È stato fantastico anche vedere il palazzo e il terreno accanto agli eventi di Natale. Molto consigliato durante il Natale!”

G:“Location is great but is expensive. They have tried to automate things but means a hit on service. Did not tell us about registering the car numberplate in a computer as part of check in. We then got stuck at a barrier just popping out to see the area. Then had to pay the barrier as no humans. Then had to make a claim. Then still waiting for the claim. Computers reduce headcount but reduce service. The hotel itself is fine but was not value for money.”

The.snacking.gypsy:“I had an absolutely delightful stay here. The rooms were spotless, provided in the rooms were coffee machines, bath robes, room slippers, hair dryers. There were basic toiletries and you could ask for vanity kits or shaving kits as well.
The in room dining menu is priced very well but it is not all day, so do check with the reception.
There is so much to do around the property and there’s ample parking available as well.
