Ryazan's Trtyakovka indeed

Cozy vintage museum. Not a lot of visitors, heplpful assistants in every hall (with good knowledge of stuff (in Russian)). Indeed a fresh inspiration.

Very well worth a visit!

Surprisingly good museum with many famous Russian painters such as Aivazovsky, Ivanov, Nesterov etc. Well laid-out and enough to fill 2 hours or so. Very enjoyable!

My GF and I liked it. The best part was the Aivazovsky room with a huge wall with about 6 of his big pictures and one of them was VERY large. It was great. The rest of the collection is also good none...

Очень довольны посещением, есть на что посмотреть. Много старинных икон, работы Айвазовского, Шишкина, Левитана, Серова, Тропинина. Очень приятные сотрудники, могут рассказать много интересного.
