Excellent spot to see part of SC

Wonderful place to stay. Can get into Charlerston and to the beach easily without the craziness of navigating the city. Great restaurants.

Nice in May

We found this a safe walking area and not too far from many hotels and restaurants. We enjoyed the weather in the evening in May.

Lovely place for a quiet walk

There wasn't much going on when we were there at around 4 PM. We walked from our hotel which was perhaps a 1/3 mile away, noting the beware of alligator warning. We didn't walk around the whole park...

A must see spot that's FREE

I go to the pier every time I come. I enjoy walking the pier and looking at the bridge and harbor. This is also a good spot to watch the fireworks.
