    Nice stroll for an hr or so, but nothing more

    Approx 3 miles of trails along the Rio Grande River. Most of the year the river is dry with no water. Trails are FLAT and no shade. Compared to other trails in this area this park is extremely easy ...

    Pretty area

    This was a nice walk in the park. It's a lovely area with shade and plenty of vegetation with plants identified. Unfortunately, the information center was still closed out of COVID precautios.

    Rio not so Grande

    We went to the park to check it out for a walk, but there was no water in the Rio Grande. Apparently the water only flows spring through fall.
