Last legs
The owners are clearly running this course into the ground in order to sell for construction. I cannot see the course existing in 6 months. Greens were full of fungus and more sand than in bunkers. ...

Terrible condition
Course is horrible. Greens are mostly dirt and weeds. Tee boxes just as bad. Fairways are not much better. Don’t waste your money playing this course.
