Pretty Average
This is a decent small park but very average when compared to similar parks throughout the country. It's very easy to get to and can be seen when going to other places so it's handy.

Nice little mini park
It's nice that the city honors Rosa Parks. The square is a mini-park, it's a nice place. You probably not going to to spend much time there, but if you happened to be nearby - take a note.
