A little disappointing
Visited on a rainy day so that might have affected our experience. The house was interesting and the gardens were pretty. Noted for tree peonies which were in bloom at the time.

I cannot say enough about how beautiful this place is. Went for the last weekend of the peony festival, the peonies were mostly bloomed out as it was the end of their season, but that did not matter ...
