Take a detour down a side street
Took this drive based on other recommendations. But I recommend going down some of the side roads to see the beautiful homes. Loved the palm trees lining the drive.
Beautiful Drive
Every visitor to Ft Myers should take a drive down McGregor; whether it is you first or fiftieth visit to Ft Myers, the drive under the Royal Palms, past the Edison home is worth the time.

The palm trees lining the road are a beautiful sight! Great restaurants along the road! My friend and I biked the road which made for a great experience!
Nice Stretch of Old Fort Myers
Look, I live on McGregor Blvd. and I can say that I never tire of it. Between town and Colonial Blvd. is the best stretch for me, when not in tourist season and dealing with lookers and lost folks!
