Still in Dalton, GA just in a different location
This monument is owned by the Daughters of the Confederacy and has been moved from its location on Hamilton St (Main Street) to the Huff House. It’s still able to be viewed by the public.

Dalton has lots of heritage, and interesting, fact based History.
