Being Pulled Down

As St Peter’s was my church growing up it is distressing to me to see the sign which says the site will be built on in the near future and in it’s place a high rise building will stand there.

What a Shame Progress has seen it doors close.

My husband was Christened here 60 years ago, we were Married here 44 years ago, and our son was Christened here 43 years ago. How sad it wasn't able to survive. Times they are a changing.

Sweet little Old church has been in Coolangatta for a very long time, it's lovely to see some history has been spared.
