We pulled in here to see the big sculpture and walk around, but there were way too many people that looked like drug addicts. Lots of minivans parked with open doors revealing that people were living...
Beautiful park for families
We saw the Olympic Museum then walked across to the park for a picnic lunch. Beautiful and great playground for kids. Quiet, green, pleasant place to relax in the midst of town.
Dangerous!
First, this is a really beautiful park with an amazing view of the mountains, BUT....I don't feel safe taking my grandchildren there. Our last visit, I saw needles, crazy amounts of trash, and homeles...
Should be a signature location for the city.
The view is great. Unfortunately, the homeless population leaves trash, clothing, bedding, etc. all around the park. Not a commentary on the homeless, other than there are trash cans all around that...
