    Terrific medieval castle

    Quite a hill up to it- run by HES so pay or free to members. Needs a guide really. But interesting if you like castles and lots of it to see.

    Nice place and interesting castle

    we enjoyed an hour visiting castle and wildlife garden. We are members of Heritage so of course cost us nothing. Look out for swallows and other birds and possibly the odd red squirrel
