More wild
More of a wild forest with trails throughout. Not the typical botanical garden. Nice area to walk through but parking is limited

Stopped by early this afternoon. Entrance fee $8 for not being an Austin resident which I didn’t mind.
Gardens were disappointing many open or bare spots. Water displays needed attention. Maybe this how it is supposed to be

Underwhelmed
It was a midweek visit. Needed weeding, the ponds weren’t clean, and the cactus garden was almost nonexistent. There was no food available, be sure to eat before visiting.
