The Vidraru Dam , the road (DN7C - Transfagarasan mountain road) is crossing the dam , parking is a bit tricky very few spots where you can stop safely, unfortunately wild bears are roaming the area b...
Spectacular feat of engineering
The dam is worth a quick 10 minute stop on the Transfagarasan road. There are a couple of small parking areas at each end of the dam as you approach it and there are footpaths either side to peer over...
Beautiful
Really beautiful... A little more complicated with the parking spaces, but definitely worth a visit.
