Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Near mtr station. Washing and dry machine is very useful. But no clean up service everyday. Only limited clean up before 1100.

Not clean the environment the rubbish will put outside the room, and daily cleaning need to charge ,so they will not help you clean the rubbish and bed sheet all this

Hotel is comfortable and spacious quite nice 👍… but it is not convenient if you travel from Haneda airport to this hotel 😬

Great place, just off the busy part of the town. Expensive considering they don’t even provide cleaning or fresh towels but cleans, safe, spacious more then some other hotels in Jaoan

Everything is perfect, down to the location and cleanliness. Friendly staffs and they also look after our luggage after checked out. Highly recommend!

We spent 4 nights at Tokyu Stay Shinjuku Eastside and it was a disappointing experience deal to the poor front desk service. We are a family of 3 with a 5yo kid and on the third night we requested for an additional pillow for one of the adult, as the pillows were extra flat and soft. Sadly when we asked at the front desk, the lady in charge replied us in an unfriendly manner by saying “ You have four pillows in your room.” after looking at our booking record. This is the very first time and only hotel that we got rejected for ONE additional pillow all over Japan, especially with such attitude. We are fine with an additional pillow cannot be accommodate but it can be in a more welcoming tone and manner. Also the quilt is not using a quilt cover, just a piece of big cloth underneath. No room service at night time, towels or other items needs to be picked up at front desk. I would not recommend travellers to stay here especially families with kids as it is certainly not kids friendly.

Nice Hotel in central Shinjuku. Great for exploring everything by foot. The metro is 5min away. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Full recommendation for this price level.

Convenient location - Very close to higashi-Shinjuku metro station, take the elevator available at exit A3 if you are carrying luggages.
