Il personale della reception al primo piano del bancone dell'hotel è piuttosto poco professionale e non sa come comunicare con gli stranieri in un inglese internazionale di base. La disposizione della stanza è molto spaziosa, ma l'ambiente circostante è comodo per lo shopping e l'insonorizzazione della stanza è molto scarsa! È piuttosto rumoroso di notte ed è difficile dormire. Il servizio Internet è instabile a intermittenza e non c'è Internet fino alla fine della notte. Ho anche ignorato la reazione del personale dell'hotel. È ancora più esagerato che la porta non possa essere aperta anche dopo che la scheda della camera è dato. Chiedere il personale per aprire la porta al primo piano, ci si sente un po 'come essere in una prigione. Il gabinetto perdeva continuamente sotto terra e non veniva riparato, e l'acqua spruzzava in disordine durante la doccia. Temiz sınıfına göre başarılı bir yerdi. Personeli güler yüzlü otel temizdi banyo ve yataklar güzel tek sıkıntısı asansörler bana biraz bakımsız geldi. Onun dışında bir sıkıntı yoktu

I was supposed to stay in a 2 single beds room as I was travelling with my colleague, but unfortunately we were provided with a very small room with a double bed. I didn't like my stay there. not recommended at all, the staff is not cooperative.

В целом не плохой отель, но довольно узкий, скромный шведский стол. Но сервис хромает, когда попросили заселить в номер с 2 кроватями, сказали что я выбирал другой. Хотя номера свободные у них были попросили доплату в 50 евро за ночь....

Das Frühstück war schön und vielfältig. Dusche hatte Schimmel und leider war die Klimaanlage sehr laut. Ansonsten sind die Betten mega bequem und Betten sowie Duschtuch sauber. Personal war freundlich und hat sofort unseren Wunsch erfüllt. Sehr schade fand ich nur, das wir kein Parkplatz hatten.

Terrible Service . Staff knows only turkish . Staff are afghans , Iranian and other. Terrible rooms , everything overused and outdated. Shower tub leaking and wash basin too. You need to buy a pass-pass or s floor mop when you check in . Cleanliness zero Dirty towels with stains and holes. Bed Linen with holes snd yellow stains ! Breakfast poor , the cheapest variety they can offer. Beyaz peynir ( the same salty white cheese over 4 serving plates) , limited choice and the same food everyday. I asked the waiter if he fixed the leaking eater problem in my room, and he replied to me in Turkish. He made fun of me in front of other guests. I could not take the insult. The manager , that looks like a guest rather than a manager , no dress code , instead of investigating the incident , had a very bad attitude, and asked who are you ??? & kicked me out of the hotel in front of all the other guests and asked me to pack my bags and leave. Advice : This property is not safe to stay at; No safety deposit boxes , and the balcony doors do not close and are easily accessible from the neihbouring rooms. Do not stay unless you do not have any other option.

The location is good. 1 min to bus station and 10 min to metro station!your destination to metro station is full of stores & turkish restaurants. You can get to cevahir shopping mall in 10 mins. Staff were really polite especially Obeydollah was really helpful and kind.They know turkish & English & persian. We had booked a triple bed room but the gave us a family room with 4 beds. The room was big enough and clean. The breakfast wasn’t bad. I was looking for a hotel which isn’t near to school or club and quiet . If you want to have an experience of a trip in a native place I highly recommend here

First impressions were not great the reception communicated with me via Google translate. The room given was a small tight room , barely any room to walk or pray in. There was a fridge with water cartons. I wasn't expecting a bath as it did mention bath and shower also a terrace which the room didn't have nor any toiletries. Bed covers were not clean and had dried sauce on it. The thing I did enjoy was it was close to shops and also the WiFi had one password for 3 different wife names . Overall out of 5 I'd give it a 2
