Only visa card and cash, asked the hotel staff to help me order takeout, thank you very much! At the same time, I asked if I could exchange cash for Alipay, because it is very convenient to scan the code online in China, and I can also buy food online, but it is very inconvenient to only have cash. A staff member helped me exchange cash for alipay, which solved my troubles. The ambience of the hotel is beautiful and the stay is very comfortable. I will choose it next time!

The rooms are recently renovated so the rooms are new and really Nice! Location is ok. Hotel was clean and had a nice restaurant.

Everything just fine but maybe the reception are doing they job, quite annoyed everytime we came out or came in they always ask about our passports and what exactly are we doing in Hangzhou 🙈 But overall everything is great! I think the reception need to learn more about the tourist passport, no salty at all! ❤️

基於第一次入住的良好印象，到杭州出差再次選擇則入住亞朵酒店。酒店的環境衞生設施都挺不錯的，還是令人挺滿意的，但是辦理手續的時候，前台小姐姐説，掃碼登錄小程序加入會員。你如果續房的時候會比第三方平台會便宜一些，結果是個坑。第二天續房時要你先買個99元的套餐會員，然後再給你説減免一點點。你不買這99元的話，前台訂房房價會比第三方平台更貴。原有的好印象立馬就沒了。

酒店位置好，出行方便，距離西湖、西溪濕地都不是太遠。房間乾淨整潔，花灑水量充足，早餐比較豐盛。酒店的前台服務員熱心、體貼，會主動徵詢入住客人的入住體驗，對客人反映的問題能及時給予解決。客房服務人員工作也很認真。總體感覺酒店的管理比較好，服務意識強。

酒店床品很舒適，房間乾淨，離小河直街近，早餐非常好，小餛飩，豆花，片兒川，咖啡美味，臨走還送了禮物🎁，感謝酒店在下雨我堵車來不及回酒店拿行李時，幫我叫車把行李送到火車站，服務非常棒

酒店設施齊全，住着很舒服，離杭州中心很近，周圍的文二菜場的檸檬咖啡不錯，酒店也有咖啡廳，門口車位不是很多，要停到裏面大學校區，後面有一排充電樁，對電車的朋友很友好，下午電價才不到9毛，在杭州這個地方還是很便宜了。

這個酒店是整趟旅行中住的最舒服的酒店。水壓很大，服務人員也很好，遇到問題都可以幫忙解決，點外賣叫車也方便。下次去還會選擇這間酒店。希望可以繼續保持這個服務態度和酒店的整潔舒適環境。

被保俶路亞朵給驚艷到了，説幾個小細節 1. 早餐很豐盛，咖啡無限量外帶對咖啡星人太友好了 2. 健身房雖小，但是居然內容很豐富 3. 洗衣房也很乾凈，三個洗衣機三個烘乾機，商用洗衣機不用放洗衣液，一鍵洗衣，晚上去一點不擁擠 4.房間很乾凈，佈置很温馨，手機還可以桌面接觸式充電，設施齊全

房間空間很足，衞生也很好，無異味，空調也好用。早餐內容豐富。 酒店位置在高校裏，比較安靜，出門就有小河，春天有海棠櫻花，步行十分鐘不到還有當地很有名的“文二菜市”，離地鐵站也不遠。

第一次住亞朵，懂了為什麼亞朵可以賣枕頭。 超級舒服的鵝絨枕，腦袋完全陷進去一晚上睡得都很好 早餐也很好吃，工作人員講話也很舒服周到
