Not bad, nice surface!

I stayed here more than 3 times, this time was horrible: the room is so dirty, all blankets and pillows were so so dirty and smell😭😭😭😭😭I do not think I will come back in April

酒店有點老，設備設施都老！但是酒店夠大，離迪士尼也比較近，自己開車很方便，停車場很大！我們住的套房，沒有預訂時説的那麼好，衞生間總感覺不乾淨，地是黏的！不要和中國的hatty比！差着挺遠的！性價比一般

非常老舊的酒店，完全沒有服務。最最最離譜的是，亂收錢！！攜程上訂顯示1100一晚，最後住了4晚上信用卡收了我將近一萬。我就是酒店睡覺白天去迪士尼，啥也沒幹，結果打印出來收費單子一米長，人傻了好吧。我英語還不錯，跟前台吵了半天總算退給我1000，英語不好的人肯定就是人家收多少算多少了。中國人千萬別去這家垃圾酒店！

非常不錯 床也很大！離迪士尼也很近 交通方便 附近也很便利 設施上的話 基礎設施全部齊全 衞生上的話很好 打掃得很乾凈 是一個很不錯的酒店

Vengo de México, hice viaje sola con mi hijo, lo único que me desagradó es que tuve que pagar estacionamiento y desayuno, cuando el hotel pues muy barato no era y también camioncito que te lleva a Disney.

Great hotel and a great location. Spacious with a nice lobby including a Starbucks. The valet’s were great especially James, he was very helpful.

The suites are excessively worn down and dirty (at least the one we stayed in). I booked a suite and got an accessible room suite, which was not booked, and was not given another room. The bathroom was dirty and stained with mold, and the furniture/fixtures were broken. I've stayed here before and never had a bad experience. Unfortunately, the upkeep is less than desirable for the price.

I had a really great stay. I just had wrist surgery but I just had to be there for my granddaughters dance competition. Such warm and caring staff. From random workers to the front desk, all willing to help me in many ways without me even asking. My room was amazing and clean. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I’ve stayed in hostels that were cleaner and quieter. It is incredibly over priced. - I prepaid for this hotel in full and they charged me for checking in late after a flight cancellation. I had to speak with four different people to get it reversed and Im still unsure if it was as of now. ******* was also useless for helping me with this so I will never be booking with them again either. -The hotel hasn’t been updated since it was likely built in the 90’s - our room was dirty- smells like mildew- and has mold -cockroaches -the shuttle to Disney was advertised as free when we booked but certainly was not. -The lobby and bathrooms were very dirty. -It was so loud we could’t sleep until 1 am every night. The noise from the lobby is out of control and they allow people to yell and hangout in the lobby until all hours of the night. You can also hear all of the conversations from the restaurants and people rolling suitcases across the floor at all hours of the night . Also zero sound proofing between rooms. Doors slamming - people yelling. Then the last two nights there was a dance competition in the hotel. -No hot tub/ so much chemical in the pool it burnt our 5 year olds skin. - I will never stay at a Hyatt again based on how unbelievably poor this one is ran/taken care off. THIS PLACE IS A NIGH**ARE- STAY AWAY- THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE.
