UUtente ospite: The hotel is in a great location, but unfortunately the room fell short of expectations. The air conditioning unit takes up nearly half the wall where the window is, and it was extremely noisy throughout the night. We struggled to get a good night’s sleep, which really put a damper on our weekend getaway. During the day, the construction next to the pool made it impossible to enjoy.

UUtente ospite: Second time staying at the Naples Bay Resort but this was the first time in one of the cottages. Great location and only a 1 min walk to the main pool complex. We had a couple of issues with the cottage when we first got there but the resort had them all resolved within hours. The whole resort is beautiful and a short walk to 5th Avenue and Tin city. The pools and amenities are great, it was a self maintained cottage so no daily housekeeping as you would get with the hotel, if staying longer I’d like to have had housekeeping come at least once tho. The cottage was clean although attention to detail wasn’t there e.g. dust on top of pictures, bed frame etc… but generally was clean. It had everything we needed, they supply towels and toilet paper (a few) and a few other things like detergent. Kitchen was well stocked and had more utensils than we would ever use. Overall a great stay and we will be back.

UUtente ospite: Nel complesso buono.
