We stayed for three nights, only requested room service after the second night, but our bed sheets didn’t get changed, vanity consumables, such as shower cap, cotton tips were ran out but no topup. Had to call reception to get them delivered. The smoke alarm went off in the third night at 3am, never had such bad experience. Only good thing is its location.

UUtente ospite: The hotel was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen and a cozy living area. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and spotless. The location is right in the city center, close to restaurants, cafes, and public transport, which made getting around very easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing quick responses to any questions I had. The only minor downside was that the noise from nearby streets could be a bit noticeable in the evenings, but it didn’t significantly affect my stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Canberra, whether for business or leisure. I would definitely stay here again!

667866: Ottimo luogo - fermata fuori dall'hotel, con un'ottima distanza a piedi dai negozi. La camera stessa era spaziosa, e il letto era confortevole, che ha fatto per un piacevole soggiorno complessivo. Non sono state fornite strutture di base come spazzole dentali, tappeti da doccia e mutandine, ecc. Il minibar non aveva nemmeno i prezzi, quindi non c'era alcuna indicazione di quali i prodotti sarebbero costati. La luce principale nella camera e nella camera da bagno era chiara e molto dura per me, non c'era alcuna opzione di adattarsi a un tono più morbido. E il fan della camera da bagno era molto alto e non sembrava avere un'opzione di spensarla, che potrebbe essere disturbante. Inoltre, la ricezione non è disponibile 24 ore su 24 e a volte è stato difficile contattare il personale per l'assistenza. In generale, un soggiorno decente, un ottimo ubicazione.

UUtente ospite: Great stay. Very nice hotel. Room on small side and the twin beds were sandwiched together - which was fine as travelling with a close friend however if you were with someone not so familiar may have been a bit too close for comfort. Car park was full but we found free street parking next to hotel with no restrictions so left car there all weekend no problem. Able to walk to restaurants for dinner. Very convenient spot and great value for money.

SSafi18: Enjoyed our stay. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and that is always a good sign. Place was clean, tidy - bed and pillows were comfortable, bathroom was clean and necessary items - shampoo/condition/body wash & lotion supplied. This studio apartment had a laundry area inside the big bathroom with an ironing board propped bewyeen since & washer. Kitchen was well equipped though we only used the kettle to boil water for coffee & tea. One tv in lounge, a smaller one with Netflix /YT/etc in bedroom. Overall a pleasant happy stay for me. Thank you to the wonderful staff

Buona stanza Studio, tocchi inattesi come menu di cuscino, lasciando note su come chiedere asciugamani aggiuntivi, ecc quando la stanza è stata contrassegnata con ”Non disturbare”. Che è stato un bel toccamento Grande scelta per Canberra
